Add a total to the AR Detail page
The AR Detail screen gives you totals for each timeframe. It would also be helpful to list an overall total for that profile, like listed on the main AR page.

Task Email Reminder to include task description (re-open archived idea)
The description is included with a completed task notification, so reason stands the system should also be able to include it in a task email reminder - this would greatly improve task management utility and integration with outlook/Microsoft365 tasks.

Sync Household Address When Individual Updates Address via Portal
Foundations increasingly allow donors and fund advisors to update their contact information directly through the Portal, which is a great improvement for data accuracy and staff efficiency.
However, when an individual profile that belongs to a household updates their address, the household address is not automatically updated. Many foundations use the household record as the primary source for mailings and communications, which can lead to inconsistencies and outdated addresses.
Current Challenge:
-Individual updates address via Portal
-Household address remains unchanged
-Mailings continue to pull from the household record
-Staff must manually reconcile recordsProposed Enhancement
Provide an option to:
-Automatically update the household address when an individual updates their address or
-Prompt staff to confirm whether the household address should be updated as wellThis could be configurable based on foundation preferences.

USPS Address Validation - Spell out city name
When validating addresses in CSuite with the USPS validation, please spell out the entire city name as preferred by the post office (see screenshot below) instead of abbreviating city names that are 13 or more characters.

Fund Relationship Fields
Be able to pull other profile fund relationships on to the fund statement. For example, be able to put successor advisor name and contact information so that the fund advisor can confirm that information annually.

Internal Grants in Bulk
Can a process be created where we can upload in bulk internal grants? Each year there are many funds in Community Suite that transfer funds to our Grant Making fund. It would be quicker and easier if this were able to be completed with a CSV upload instead of having to do all the steps of an internal grant multiple times.

Donation Notification Delay
There should be a system-wide option to delay sending automatic email notifications to fund advisors when a donation is posted. Delaying it for 2-3 days would give us more time to review and correct any errors.

Opportunity Assignment
When assigning opportunities -- The initial assignee and secondary assignee selections function and look differently. It would be appreciated if these were consistent for system literacy. Apart from this, it seems that you can continue to re-add a secondary assignee.

Archived Fund Fee Types
We archive unused fund fee types to get them out of the way. Please update the system so that archived fees don't show up when editing a fund. It would be much easier to not have to wade through fee types that are no longer used.

Make Fund IDs More Visible in Portal
It would be very helpful to make Fund ID numbers visible more easily on Fund Manager. At the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, we regularly urge agency partner fund advisors to use Fund Manager to initiate grant requests, but we still have several who email in their requests or simply reach out with questions about their funds. We have been encouraging them to use their fund ID numbers when emailing a grant request or questions, so we can ensure we look at the correct fund, but fund IDs are NOT currently easy to find in Fund Manager. They usually have to go into a fund, then open a statement in order to see their Fund ID#. We have approximately 700 nonprofit partners, including many with multiple funds and similar fund naming conventions. Making the numerical Fund IDs easily visible in Fund Manager along with the Fund Name would be a huge help to reduce confusion for our fund advisors and staff.

Add "planned giver" and "prospect" designations
We would like to add two designation types to the existing options: Planned Giving/Gift/Giver (whatever makes more sense) and Prospect. We currently use a Profile Type, but it hides that under the Relationships tab. It would be helpful to see they have a planned giving commitment at the native profile level, just as easily as whether a profile is a Donor. We also anticipate this will give us other ways to run reports and dashboard data not currently available.

Donation page settings
It would be great to allow us to add a section that asks how the donor heard about the fund they are donating to. They could make a selection from options we provide, such as website, event, referral, etc. This would help greatly with marketing efforts.

donation advisor
Change the way CS searches names when adding a donation advisor: Currently, when you search names to add a donation advisor, the search factors prefixes and suffixes. It would be much easier if it just search Last Name, First Name. In some areas of the system, this is how the search function works, but it's not consistent across all area.

Remove "Review Grant Request" and add Submit
Currently in the donor portal, before a donor submits their grants, there is a button that says "Review Grant Request". Can we please change this to say submit the grants? I have had numerous phone calls from our donors because they are frustrated with the clicks before the grants are submitted. We have several older donors who are confused by that button and let their grants sit in the cart. I would love to see an easier process/button to submit grant requests.

Ability to edit "Who" when first entering a note
When entering a note for another individual, it would be great if the "Who" was an option to change when entering the note. Currently I have to enter the note, then edit the note to change the "Who." Thanks!

Approval Log on Scholarships
Please consider adding an approval log (or something similar) to a scholarship record. Currently there is nothing that mimics the 'Approval' log that appears on a grant. When a scholarship record has 'auto-approve' turned on, it auto runs through the grant stage, and still does not receive a logged approval. There is no easy way to see which user made the approval on the scholarship record, at any point in the system (SLM through to CSUITE). The lack of this transparency means we have to upload additional documentation to CSuite, showing who approved the scholarship to be paid, even when the record is linked to SLM.
For scholarships that are approved via SLM, an option could be including which user approved the scholarship on the SLM side.

Auditors ask for who approve the journal entry. Would like to have Approve By on the Posted Journal Entries report for our Audit requested information.

Allow deceased profiles to be added as donation advisor
Currently, it doesn't appear that you can add a deceased individual as a donation advisor. This creates issues when someone gives us money through their estate. The donor will usually be "the estate of" or a trust associated with the original donor. But we cannot add the deceased individual. That means we won't be able to see a donor's total giving history even if they made clear their intentions during their lifetime.

It would be awesome if the option to bring in the Public Name of a fund was available everywhere Fund Name is. Anytime I send out correspondence, I am using the Public Name, not our internal name.

dashboard
The dashboards for grants and donations are excellent It would be amazing to have something similar for reporting on our organization's finances and investment performance. Graphic presentation of info is important to our finance committee, and it seems a shame to have to create everything manually from exported reports now that CSuite has dashboard capabilities.
Create a dashboard for financial performance. (budget YTD and full year, year over year, trends, etc.) Allow user to select and save filters (accounts, fund groups, etc.)
