Update opportunities so new funds can be created easily from the opportunity
Add three new features in opportunities, that would allow us to (1) merge Deed of Gift templates with data (much like the send letter field does now), (2) create the fund in CSuite, and (3) have the notes carry forward from opportunities to the new fund profile.
Ideally, we would have these additional fields in the opportunity that we currently use in creating a fund related to the Deed of Gift in the opportunity:
- Name [of fund]
- Group
- Division
- Internal Description [which we use for the Fund Purpose]Then, two new left side menu options in the CSuite Opportunity:
1. Print Deed of Gift (it would be critical that this is a word option)
2. Create a FundAny existing notes in the opportunity would ideally be linked to the new fund profile when the new fund is created.

Journal Entry Sort
Currently, journal entries are displayed sorted by debit and credit values, which makes it difficult to review and approve entries efficiently.
When comparing entries against the entry spreadsheet, which lists them in the order of journal entry ID, the current sorting method disrupts the sequence and increases the likelihood of oversight or error. This misalignment between the system view and the entry format complicates the review process and slows down approvals.
Requested Change:
Please update the journal entry review interface to list entries by journal entry ID by default, rather than by debit/credit values. Alternatively, providing a sorting option that allows users to toggle between ID, date, and value would offer greater flexibility.Benefits of This Change:
Aligns the system view with the import spreadsheet format
Improves accuracy and efficiency during the review process
Reduces time spent searching for and verifying entriesI have attached a screenshot of the current interface and the corresponding entry spreadsheet for reference.

Grant Payment Date vs. Check Date
The payment date for grants should automatically become the check date. It doesn't make sense for the payment date to be the date it was approved by us and causes confusion with donors wondering why organizations haven't received checks when the payment date is before the grant date and/or before the date checks are run.

Task Reports Not Connected to Opportunity
It would be extremely helpful to be able to use the custom Tasks report for tasks not connected to an opportunity. It seems strange to me that we have the ability in CSuite to link tasks to Donors, to Funds, to Gifts, etc., and then are not able to report out on the details of those Tasks. I know we are not alone in using Tasks outside of tracking Opportunity Tasks. Using tasks has become a way for us to manage our workflows internally across departments, so would like to see more robust reporting that matches the existing functionality.

Show GLM Reports in CSuite
When you go visit an organization's page in C-Suite, it would be great to show a list of GLM submissions that you could click to open the PDF, much like the list of grants can open the individual grants. These could be arranged by date, so you could easily see the most recent.

Enhanced User Login & Engagement Tracking in Community Suite
We push people to the Portal a lot, but right now we really don’t have a good way to see how often people are actually logging in.
We can’t easily tell who’s active, who hasn’t logged in for a while, or whether people are using the Portal the way we hope they are. Without that info, it’s hard to know what’s working, where users might be getting stuck, or how engaged our fund advisors and other users really are.
It would be incredibly helpful if C-Suite could make basic login details—like last login date, how many times someone has logged in, and overall login trends—objects in Reporting.
Having even simple data would help us understand user engagement, spot people who might need support, and see whether changes we make to the Portal are actually improving things.

Bulk Update Assigned Employee on Opportunities
It would be useful to re-assign opportunities from one employee to another in bulk. Specifically thinking about handing things off when there are staffing changes.

Fund Group Listed in Profile Record
When in the Profile record, it would be helpful for the view in the Relationship tab of the Fund Profile to include the fund group. We need that information for the view to keep from having to open each fund if a fundholder asks about their "Donor Advised Funds", for instance.

Multiple Newsletter Campaigns on Giving Hub Checkout
Currently, CSuite allows only one marketing campaign to be designated as a newsletter, resulting in a single opt-in checkbox on the Giving Hub checkout screen. Many foundations manage multiple newsletters targeting different audiences or interests and have no way to offer donors a choice at checkout.
We would like the ability to:- Designate multiple marketing campaigns as newsletter campaigns.
- Display a separate opt-in checkbox for each designated newsletter campaign at checkout.
- Add a description at the campaign level to communicate what each newsletter covers, helping donors make an informed choice.
This would allow foundations to grow segmented subscriber lists organically through the donation process, without requiring donors to take a separate action after giving.

Fund Request Form Enhancement - Fund Agreement Template
When a prospective fund holder submits a Fund Request through the online form, that submission captures much of the information needed to begin drafting a fund agreement. Currently, there is no way to carry that information forward into a templated document without manual re-entry.
We would like the ability to create a document template that pulls fields from a submitted Fund Request record and generates a first-draft fund agreement. This would:- Reduce manual data re-entry for staff after a fund request is received.
- Standardize the initial fund agreement drafting process.
- Create a more seamless handoff from the intake stage to the fund creation stage.
This would be especially valuable for foundations with higher fund creation volume or those looking to streamline their donor onboarding workflow.

Share Do Not Mail/ Email/ Call/ Solicit between linked profiles.
When you mark a profile as "Do Not Mail" or similar it would be great if there was the option to update linked profiles to the same status. Similar to how when an email address is updated, we're asked if we want to update all instances.

Allow Internal Grant Letters to Pull Receiving Fund Fund Advisor Info (Name/Address)
When generating an internal grant letter (e.g., a DAF granting into an Agency Fund or Field of Interest Fund), foundations may want to notify the receiving fund advisor that a grant has been made into their fund.
Currently, there are no available merge fields that allow users to pull:
-The primary fund advisor of the receiving fund
-The receiving fund advisor’s mailing address
-Other advisor contact details from the receiving fundThis limitation makes it difficult to automate internal notification letters for:
-Interfund grants
-DAF → Agency Fund grants
-DAF → Field of Interest grantsCurrent Limitation:
Internal grant letters only have access to fields tied directly to the grant record and its originating fund. There is no way to dynamically reference the receiving fund’s advisor information.Requested Enhancement:
Add merge fields to internal grant letters that allow users to pull:
-Receiving Fund Primary Advisor Name
-Receiving Fund Primary Advisor Address (Street, City, State, Zip)
-Receiving Fund Advisor Email/PhoneImpact:
This enhancement would:
-Reduce manual data entry
-Eliminate reliance on custom fields as workarounds
-Improve automation for internal grant communications

Grant Document Template Field listed in Grant Report
Hi, it would be great if we could pull the grant template/document name field from the grant report. We need to be able to filter by this field in the merge file so we can print four different cover letters.

Optimize Additional Image field to format better on desktop and mobile
Please make the Additional Image field optimize better for desktop and mobile!
When the Additional Image is added to a fund page on desktop, it adds a ton of white space. On mobile, it expands and cuts off the image.
Since the fund image is best for square images, we use this field for rectangular shaped logos and banners. Between the two bad options for how it displays, it's not a very useful image field - which we desperately need to brand our funds!

Linked Fund Advisors Unable to get Donation Notification Emails
We currently utilize the fund advisor designation for our organizations holding an endowment fund with OCCF.
The main contact is usually the fund advisor and the receiver of the donation notifications.
The problem we are facing is that our linked fund advisors are not able to receive donation notifications unless their email is added to the main profile and the box is checked within the fund advisor designation or making their individual profile a fund advisor with that box checked.
I have a picture of the login and linked advisor below for reference. Even if the linked individual is marked yes for advisor, they do not receive donation notifications.Would love if there was a pathway to notifications for our linked friends without making more fund advisor designations on individual profiles.

Add a Credit Card Processing Fee Field
Please add a field for tax receipts to make clear for the donor the credit card processing fee from the donation. They currently show up separate, but there is no text specifically stating it's the processing fee.

Short Description separation from Long Description
The short description and long description of a grant request on the catalog is not differentiated in any way. This looks a bit messy to the donor who may only want to glance at the short descriptions as opposed to reading the entire long description for each grant request. It would be very beneficial if there was a separation between the short description and the long description such as a line, a larger space, or even just bolding the short description and not bolding the long one.

Show Organization Name in Charity Check Log
Add organization name as a column in the charity check log to more easily confirm that the right Tax ID is in the profile. Right now, if you need to confirm that a grantee has the right Tax ID on file, you have to run a new charity check.
