Show closed funds, with an indicator, on the Fund Advisor Portal so fund holders can continue to see the funds history. We have had this request from a few of our fund holders.

paid invoices bucket
The paid invoices bucket has the oldest invoice at the top rather than the most recent. Please resort this bucket so newest invoices are at the top when you open the paid invoices bucket.

Option to rename "login" button for Portal
Please add the option to rename the "login" button for the Portal when accessing from the Giving Hub.
When a fund advisor is logged in to the Portal and navigates to the Giving Hub through the "Donate" tab, it may appear as though they have been logged out since the button to return to the Portal says "Login." Being able to change the name of this tab would allow fund advisors to easily see where to click to get back to the Portal.

Add "Item Dates" to Tax Receipt Fields
It would be nice to include an "Item Date" for tax receipts in the foreach item section. Currently, if you wish to include the date of an item/donation for a tax receipt in a table, a SET-REF condition needs to be used within the template.

Expand Notification - Tasks and Notes
Currently the only notification related to tasks and notes is the notification that is sent to a user when they are assigned to a task that they do not own. If I add myself to a task I am creating, I would not receive an email.
It would be nice if the creator and anyone that the task is share with could receive a notification when any notes are added by the user that the task is assigned to.

OPTION TO SAVE EDITED TAX RECEIPTS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS TO PROFILES
It would be great if there was a way to save edited acknowledgments/tax receipt letters to profiles without having to download them and reupload them to the files area. We have soooo many different scenarios that we simply cannot put in enough tax receipt templates, and we are always making several edits to the templates. This means the letter that is saved with the gift is not what actually was sent.
With FIMS, we were able to click a button to run macros after we were done making edits, and it saved all the letters in the file to each profile (although it was much more cumbersome to add templates). Something like that would be great!
With the option for donors to access their acknowledgements online through the portal, it will be important that they get the correct information.

Bio field on primary profile page
We'd like to see a field on the main page of the donor profile that allows us to enter donor biographies (2-3 sentences), we'd like it to be a field that will pull into reports. This is a feature Blackbaud offers and is so nice when pulling a donor report for staff, board, and volunteers to prepare them for donor engagement.

Fund Advisor Portal: Total Grant Distributions in Calendar Year
We've had several fundholders reach out and ask to see a summary of their total grantmaking for the calendar year at the top of the portal screen. This would be a summary amount similar to current balance and amount available for grantmaking that would be easily viewable on the fund summary page.

Affiliate Portal Permissions
We are creating an affiliate program as a Foundation, and our Foundation has been in existence for over 30 years. Some of our affiliate partners already have funds set up with us because they are historical partners. We will provide a different level of access to donor information and donation amounts for our affiliates. We are running into setup roadblocks because several permissions are set as global or fund-level permissions that would be helpful to have on a more granular level—at the individual fund advisor and/or affiliate level. Specifically:
Look Back Dates - Right now, this is a global-level permission that applies to every fund in CSuite. We would like to be able to give our Affiliate Advisors permission to specific donor information starting on a certain date, when they sign the agreement with us. (This applies to our historic partners, specifically.)
Hide Donor Name, Email, Phone, Address settings: We do not share donor email or phone with non-affiliate partners. We would like to share more donor information with our affiliate partners, and this is a global setting that applies to all portals. Bringing permissions to the affiliate portal level would be helpful.
Hide Amounts: This setting is currently at the fund level and it would be great to bring to the Fund Advisor and/or Affiliate Advisor level. Again, we do not share donation amounts with anyone except our affiliate partners. So, if we have a Designated fund set up, we would want the Affiliate advisor to see donation amounts, but not the fundholder who set up the fund.

UI Refresh Interface released on 10/1/2025
The UI Refresh looks great, however when a user decides to go back (disable the shiny new look) to the original look in the Styles Settings. It changes it globally for all the users in CSuite. Please make it so it doesn't change it for everyone and make it based on the users preference. Thank you.

Historical Donations - Editing the Donation Comment
The Donation Comment for historical donations needs to be editable just like any other closed donation. There is an [edit] link beside it, but it takes you to a 404-error page when you click it.

Add file Share Options
Currently, when a file is shared, it's only shared to the Fund Advisor Portal. We would like to see some file sharing options where we can choose where we would like to share the file to, and allowing to share to multiple areas. For example:
1. Share to Advisor Portal
2. Share to Grantee Portal
3. Share to Donor Portal
4. Share to Fund Profile
5. Share to ProfileWe have started to send Welcome Letters from Opportunities. When we share the auto attached welcome letter, we would typically share this on the Advisor Portal and the Fund profile.
This would save time with attaching/sharing files within CSuite and the portal.

Add the 'Log' Menu item to every screen that has data on it.
Many screens have the 'Log' menu item, but not all of them. For example, Fund fee type has a 'log' button to see who edited it, but Admin Fee types does not. But if you go into "Logs" and add a few filters, you can create a filter that approximated what the 'log' button would have done for that screen.
It would be best if all screens that had any sort of editable data on it had a 'log' button on it that would create a filtered log list for that item.

Bulk Delete Profiles from Campaign
There should be a function to 'bulk delete' profiles using a checkbox when manually scanning the profiles tab, instead of having to click "delete" individually from a campaign, which causes the page to refresh each time and makes you lose your spot.

Add "Assign To" option for opportunity tasks
Add the same feature of "Assign To" that is available in Tasks to Opportunity Tasks, so that multiple opportunities will pull in a report under one opportunity task entry. As opposed to "Share with" because this doesn't actually show up in the opportunity task report.
Ex: 5 staff go to an event. Allow one user to create one opportunity task and assign to each of the 5 staff members that went to the event. When the opportunity task report is pulled for that quarter, it will show one entry with 5 opportunities completed and accounted for within that one entry.

Opportunity bulk import improvement
Currently in bulk import of opportunities we are unable to set the stage and add custom fields. I have to manually and individually change the stage if it isn't the first stage. And to add custom fields I have to do v-lookups and do it in different bulk uploads to identify the opportunity id to then bulk update the custom fields. The bulk import of profiles allows the import of custom fields and the default fields. I would like to when doing a bulk import of opportunities to also set the stage it should be at and the custom fields in one spreadsheet, one upload.

Bulk Updating/Linking Donation IDs to a Fundraising Campaign
After creating a campaign, there is an option to import a CSV document with the Profile IDs of donors/advisors who received the email. This allows you to add multiple profiles to the campaign at once.
There should be the same feature for donations attributed to a campaign, we should be able to upload a CSV file of Donation IDs to the marketing campaign instead of having to manually add each donation 1 by 1.
