"Select all fields" option.
When creating a new report data set, it would be nice to have a "select all fields" option in order not to have to select each field.

Organization Profile Information on Evaluation Form
Our Evaluators need to know what an organization's mission statement is to accurately evaluate proposals. This information is currently stored in the organization profile and cannot be viewed by evaluators. I think that selected fields from the organization profile should be visible to evaluators.

Stand-alone LOI
LOI - generally called a Letter of Intent - we call it a Letter of Introduction. It's kind of an 'elevator speech' for applicants where we get a snapshot of some financial needs (we ask for up to 3). We use is as a guide and have a phone conversation with the applicant once the LOI is submitted. depending on our yearly goals, we may pass on this applicant for the year, but want to keep them for the next year.
It would be great to have a 'stand-alone' LOI that can be branched to an application at another date…

Denied applications on Dashboard
On numerous occasions, I have been asked how many organizations were declined for a specific process in a prior year, and which organizations were declined. It would be helpful to see this from the dashboard. Currently, denial drafts are visible, but not denials. Since there is no way to see this from the dashboard, I need to create a report to obtain this information which seems like a lot of effort for something that should be quickly accessed from a dashboard. Award Details Grant Total Line
Add a Grant Total Line on Award Details Tab so that we don't have to go back to the Application or Follow-ups to figure out how much we have given and still owe.

Add a status to Application
I'd like to have an additional bucket I can put LOIs and Applications in that shows I've reviewed the application and there's an issue. As it is now, if it's in "Submitted", it implies we haven't looked at it yet, and if it's in "Complete" it implies there's no issue. I realize GLM was designed so that if there is an issue with an LOI/Application, we revert it to Draft status so the applicant can correct the issue, but in an effort to be as burdenless as possible, we often just reach out with an email and ask them to…

Make "Next Pending Application" button stay in the same scholarship process
Students can apply for multiple scholarship opportunities with our UA. If an evaluator saves an evaluation and clicks "next pending," the system takes them to the first scholarship opportunity the student applied for, which isn't the opportunity the evaluator was trying to read. This makes the "next pending" button basically useless. We would like a way to adjust this feature to stay within the same process.

Third-Party batch email options
We frequently follow-up with third-party respondents in applications. It's time-consuming to click into each application, process, email history to make those connections. We'd like "email third-party respondents" as one of the bulk option for selected applications.

Ability to Export Organization Packet in Word
We use the organization packet a lot to share information with our committee members. We would like to be able to export it in Word, in order to edit some of the information we share.

Shared documents - Select committee to limit visibility
The client would like to see the ability to select a committee to show the visibility of a folder instead of just a role. Right now they have many different committees and it is not good that they can all see everything in that role in shared documents. This sometimes requires the client to use other systems to manage parts of their evaluator experience.
Client voice: I would like to use this system for the full evaluation experience but it creates privacy issues when I can't assign specific folders to specific committees. (Bank of Hawaii)

Evaluator Discussion Forum/Bulletin
currently have an evaluator bulletin where reviewers can post questions to foundation admin that they need to ask the applicants. Questions are linked to a project, other reviewers can see all the questions and the answer. Staff receive a notification when a question is posted, all evaluators get a notification when a response is submitted by staff.

Change application language to eligibility for first stage of UA
When using a UA, those first common questions are really for eligibility, at least the way we are using it. So when the potential applicants get to the confirmation page, for either the failure message or to see what scholarships they are eligible for, it says your application has been submitted, but really, it hasn't. They are, at that point, ready to enter the application and its questions. Can there be some terminology changes set for the first stage? I make it clear in my instructions what's to happen, but an applicant as you define it shouldn't really be one…

Tax Class from GLM to CSuite
I'm not sure if this is a CSuite or a GLM idea. Why isn't the tax class field a standard field in GLM so when you sync the grant you do not have to remember to edit the profile? We end up with a lot of agencies without a tax class when it is time to run the 990 reports. Very time consuming.

Give the choice to cc secondary contact in emails
In sending out emails to applicants, in most cases they are already going to the primary contact (grant writer, Dev Director, program mgr. etc.) And the ED or CEO is almost always the secondary contact. It seems silly for the drop-down option to be "cc primary contact"...when it should include the option of "cc secondary contact". We just completed our entire first GLM process, and have only now realized that we've not been cc'ing the ED of most organizations!! This puts the onus on the primary to share. Option to turn off ability to create a print packet and download attachments for evaluators
Want the ability to remove the "Create Print Packet" button from the evaluator's screen and remove the ability to download documents that have been uploaded into an application. Concerned that evaluators can download sensitive information such as transcripts, FAFSA, etc.

Running Total in Evalutation Form
It would be beneficial if evaluators could track the approved grant amount per organization while they are evaluating the applications. Having an in-system ability to track the running total amount of funds being granted would decrease the chance of the evaluators going over or under the total budget allotted for the whole grant cycle.

Allow Copy Previous Requests from Organization (Instead of User)
It would be really useful if the Copy Previous Answers function worked for all requests under an Organizational profile instead of just the specific User profile. This would be helpful for some of our organizations who experience high turnover or for folks who are applying when other colleagues are on leave.

Adding Pronouns
I know there is a place to add fields to user forms, which we've done. But to actually see the pronouns, you need to be in the user record or editing the user field information. It would be useful to have the pronoun information show up on the Contacts tab of an organization record and/or on the Contact Info tab on a submitted request. As it is now, our board has no way of seeing this information because they can't go into user records.
