  1. Is it possible to display the ruling date from the IRS Business Master File into the Financials & Compliance tab in the request summary? This information was easily accessed through charity check, but now it looks like we may have go to the organization summary page to access it. This will slow us down considerably when vetting applications for eligibility.

  3. I would love to have the ability to print or download Sent Emails that were sent through the GLM system. Currently, the only option is to open the email, copy it, and paste it into a new document.

  4. I'd love to see the previously-available bulk unassignment functionality in the Evaluations Assigned bucket preserved alongside, rather than replaced by, the new User profile level evaluation tool.

    With the recent update, it appears the ability to bulk unassign reviewers directly from the Evaluation Assigned bucket has been removed. Previously, we could select multiple applications and remove assigned reviewers in one action, a workflow that was essential for managing large review committees.

    The current workaround, navigating to each application individually and removing reviewers one by one, is not scalable when adjustments need to be made across dozens of applications at once.

  5. Dear Foundant Development Team,

    I am writing to request an enhancement to the follow-up functionality in Foundant that we believe would better support both grantmakers and grantees.

    Our organization intentionally uses soft deadlines for grantee follow-ups because we recognize that our nonprofit partners are focused on meaningful work in the community, and we do not want to create unnecessary pressure through rigid reporting requirements. The soft deadline reflects our philosophy of being flexible and supportive while still gathering important information about project progress and community impact.

  7. There are several ideas around the apply page, but I didn't see this one addressed specifically.

    Please make the "Apply" at the top of the page more prominent. With the new applicant dashboard, everyone's eyes seem to be drawn only to the columns and cannot locate the apply button. Make it larger, a different color, or something to make it stand out.

  8. Need the ability for someone to nominator another person or organization to receive a grant. The nominator is not the recipient but needs to initiate the application. The recipient will receive the award and will need to be assigned follow up forms.

  9. Allow admins to add manual grants directly from the dashboard with a single click. Currently, manual entry requires searching for an organization, opening the record, and then selecting “add,” which is inefficient when entering multiple grants.
    A dashboard‑level “Add Grant” action would significantly reduce clicks, save time, and streamline workflows for users who regularly enter grants across multiple organizations. TCF

  10. It would be great to have a follow up tab in the application (admin view) so outstanding follow up reports for an organization can be noted quickly. We don't allow organizations to apply for a grant if they have an outstanding report. Having a way to quickly check this (like the charity status) while in the application would be handy.

  11. I wish we had the ability to tag an interaction so that it shows up in relevant places. For example, I just created a note about a phone call with an individual in that individual's profile. I wish I could have that note also show up in the organization's profile. And then, when they do create a request, have the ability to tag the comment to the request. I might just delete the comment from the individual and put it on the request when it comes in, since that's a more useful for grant reviewers to be able to see…

  12. As part of our June Monthly Release, we introduced a User Setting that allows you to preview the updated Organization Summary layout in your Sandbox environment. This was added to the Live environment in August.

    This redesigned view consolidates key organizational details into a streamlined format to improve efficiency and usability. It also lays the foundation for future CRM-related enhancements.

    Hi Everyone!

    Thank you for the initial feedback.

    With our August Monthly Release, we just made this viewable in your live environment. Based on your sandbox feedbac,k we have made a couple of updates:

    -Sort order of cards: primary contact in top right and then alpha A-Z, comments, and documents showing newest to oldest left to right.

    -Table vs Card view on contacts, documents, and comments, you can change the view to either card or table view.

    Foundation Status:

    There is a full charity check to view all information. We are continuing to update this view and will highlight the organization more prominently in the coming releases.

  13. When sending grant documents (grant letters), currently C-Suite only allows for one primary email address and if you want to add a second to be cc'd, you need to add it manually. It would be helpful if C-Suite allowed for a primary and secondary email address to be added and have that be automatically added to the cc section when sending grant letters.

  15. It would be very helpful if Site Visits was added as a category of Interaction and to allow uploading of site visit reports within the Interactions feature. Right now, we upload site visit reports in Documents, and since a site visit is a type of interaction, it makes sense to include the visit and a link to the report within the interactions.

  16. I work in GLM and would like to be able to close an old request with an incomplete follow-up without marking the follow-up complete. When the request is closed and an incomplete follow-up is marked complete, I cannot reassign the old follow-up when the same organization submits a new request.

  19. I use the nonprofit descriptions in the nonprofit dashboard in the grant packets I pull for our Board members. I find that after many years, org descriptions need to be updated but nonprofits cannot do that themselves... they have to rely on me to do this. It would be super helpful if I could ask the nonprofits to take that step themselves.
