  1. On the Applicant Opportunities tab on the UA - could we edit the order that the opportunities are listed? I know we can alphabetize the entire list, but I have two separate groupings of opportunities. I just added two new opportunities for 2025 and I want to put them each in a specific location on the list. Thank you.

  2. It is impossible for every committee member to evaluate every submitted application, yet all the committee members are making the decisions when it comes time to vote on grant approvals and declinations. Instead of creating and sharing a report with everyone, it would be great it they had access to "view only" or "read only" all the applications that were submitted but not assigned to them to evaluate so that they aren't hearing about an application for the first time at the grants meeting when it's time to make decisions.

  3. It would be excellent if the Contact Email History messages could be exported. I often copy and paste them into word documents to be able to send them to contacts with questions about their award histories.

  4. It would be so useful to be able to incorporate logic into email templates. If I could have one sentence if a certain condition is true, and another if it's not, would save me from having to create (and maintain!) a multitude of templates.

We'd be grateful if there was a way for the admin to edit LOIs/applications from within the evaluation process (ie. the double-pane view), without having to back out into the org's overview and click in from there to edit the form (and then click back into evaluation mode to get to the next form). We have some internal review fields attached to the LOI, rather than to the LOI evaluation, so that we can carry those fields forward to subsequent parts of the process and have them copied into subsequent processes. We have had several evaluators ask for there to be a way to see the amount of money they have recommended be allocated in total as they are going through all of the applications they have been assigned. As we give them a budget for each process, this would be helpful in seeing how close they are getting to that budget.

Our evaluations are done by student and if I need to edit evaluations assignments in the Evaluation Assigned bucket, it's very hard to ensure all of a student's opportunities are assigned to the same evaluator when I have to assign by opportunity instead of by student. This is still not possible with the new update if a student has already been assigned to evaluators. This is the message that is received: One or more selected request(s) has an evaluation already assigned.   8. It would be great to have quick access to recently searched or recently modified/accessed requests or organizations. I find myself in and out of a lot of requests in one day and it would be nice to have quicker access to recent ones without having to re-search each time. I saw someone posted this previously with 9 votes but it was archived. Thanks.

  9. We would like to replace our budget template with tables but we need to be able to show %'s for each expense section and revenue area. In particular, we need to be able to identify the applicant's 10% match in the revenue section. Adding %'s to the Table feature would be helpful so we could do away with applicant's having to download the budget template and then upload it again.

  10. Once the student hits submit on the UA, is there a way to change the font color of those opportunities that have additional information pending. Currently everything is black or blue, would like to change the "EDIT APPLICATION" to RED to catch the students eye.

  12. We have a number of pretty straightforward eligibility criteria that apply for all potential grantees. We would like for grantees to be able to take the eligibility quiz at any and all times. A quiz is a more dynamic option than asking people to read through a bunch of text which they often choose not to do.

    If their results lead them to a custom pass/fail message, according to their answers, and the road ends there, we will be thrilled.

  13. We would like to prevent applicants from selecting the primary contact.

    We love that applicants can now invite their colleagues to join their org. If we can make a small tweak so that they cannot select who the primary contact is, that would be really helpful.

    Our specific usage example: We use the primary contact to indicate who is at the helm of the organization (ex: this allows us to use the primary contact as a merge field in documents that address the ED/CEO).   14. Automated Data Synchronization:

    Establish automatic syncing of relevant data between GLM and our main systems. This would ensure that updates in GLM reflect in real-time, reducing manual data entry and minimizing errors.

  15. I inadvertently Closed our scholarship recipients when I went through the old applications in order to update contact info. They have to be kept in approved to pull up by group; Closed applications can only be accessed one by one. The Close Request button is on the bottom right where it's common to find a button to leave a form/web page or an X on the upper right. Foundant has neither for users. You have to go to the Home icon, Requests & Users option, or the back arrow. It's not good user layout. Move the Close Request to the…

Enable administration of a "blinded" review without having to update Application form multiple times (i.e., visibility of questions for Applicant, visibility for Evaluation 1 blinded review, visibility for Evaluation 2 unblinded). Since there is one Application form ("master") this is very challenging and presents potential for errors.

  19. What would really help us (and I'm not sure in which category to include this idea) would be a tab that allows for a project management view for administrators & reviewers. More specifically, to visualize where we are in the different steps of the process after approval of the proposal: recommendation sent to Board; Board approved; grant agreement prepared. This would really help our team to see where in the grant management process we are. Or is this already available and haven't I found it yet?

  20. Include mergeable fields to be used in templates and reporting based on the staff member assigned to the request. Currently, there are only merged fields for the applicant assigned to the request, not the internal staff member.
