Profile Fund Relationships - alphabetize Categories
Fund names are alpha order which is great. But we often have more than one relationship per fund. Can you also put the Categories in alpha order? It would greatly help readability.

Address Autocomplete during Registration
During the registration process, it would be very helpful if the address had an autocomplete option similar to how many online retailers do these days.
When filling in the address 1 line, the system would automatically start showing the full street address based on what the applicant has input so far. Then, they'd be able to select their address from the drop-down list and this would automatically populate the remaining address fields on the registration form.
This is a common practice with online retailers today and would be incredibly helpful in GLM/SLM as many applicants don't correctly input their address…

Create Subfolders for Files
Please allow for the addition of Folders and Subfolders for uploaded files on the donor portal. Currently we upload documents for the "Documents and Resources" section on the donor portal with no way to organize files at all. The additional organization would enhance the experience for both the internal and external user.

customize grantee record
It would be excellent to have the ability to customize the columns listed within a grantee's record.

New administrator comment notification to applicant
We believe the administrator comment function is valuable. Its impact could be even stronger if given the option to notify the applicant that a new administrator comment has been added to their application. This seems to work well for the Idea Lab!

Batch Create Merge letters from Approval Buckets
For our GLM Processes, we typically create all of our Merge Grant Letters once the applications are moved into the Approval Buckets. Once these are in the approval buckets and we go to create the letters we have to go into each application one by one > create word docs > export > update > save etc... It would be awesome if we could batch create our letters by selecting the checkboxes on the approval bucket page and export 1 word doc with each letter having it's own page on that doc. This would allow us to create, export and…

Sync grantees change of address in GLM to CSuite as primary/pay/mailing
Either sync grantees change of address in GLM to CSuite as primary/pay/mailing so we are not mailing grant checks to old addresses, OR, have an alert for when grantees change their addresses in GLM.

Document Viewer in Documents Tab
I would like to see a document viewer in the documents tab similar to the application feature. Even with descriptive file names, it is time consuming to download each document to review it. We use GLM to store all documents connected to a grant so the number of files can get large.

Email Formatting
Emails generated through Foundant have grey boarder margins that cut off sentences on some email platforms. Can Foundant fix this formatting issue so email formatting will look the same on multiple email providers?

I saw the idea below had been submitted but was archived. I would like to submit this same request again.
Staying logged in to GLM and SLM at the same time.: Please make it so you can be logged into SLM and GLM at the same time. Many of us work with both scholarships and grants and not being able to stay logged into both is very inconvenient.

Could the user email history tab, for a user that is not admin, show up when they log in? Having it easier for them to locate would be wonderful.

Export charts from run report
It is possible to add a chart to your data set in "run report", however, this is not the most useful because you cannot export these charts in any way. The only way to use this data visualization would be to screenshot the chart and paste it elsewhere.
I suggest it be possible to download the chart the same way you can download a chart from the metrics dashboard in the run report function.

We need a way to export the images in a report/as a batch for our annual reports. These images are uploaded in our final report form.

applicant opportunities - ordering
On the Applicant Opportunities tab on the UA - could we edit the order that the opportunities are listed? I know we can alphabetize the entire list, but I have two separate groupings of opportunities. I just added two new opportunities for 2025 and I want to put them each in a specific location on the list. Thank you.

Evaluations
When evaluators are assigned to grant applications making sure the mandatory fields are completed, if not, giving them an alert before they can submit/finish.

Hide Abandoned Applications
A site (or process) wide setting that allows us to hide abandoned applications would be helpful. Our board/evaluators are confused if they see this information in the request history tab or in print packets. We delete it but would prefer for it to show on the applicants' side and remain as a historical record.

Allow more Recent Data in Portal Investment Reports
The new Investment Reports available to Fund Advisors through the Portal are great. But it is weird that they can only pull investment data through the end of our last fiscal year. Please allow investment data to be pulled from our last closed month.

API Integration of SAM-UEI Verification

This would allow organizations that require a SAM-UEI to verify the number submitted.

Ineligible organization
We have recently had an issue with some partners not submitting reporting(like over a year overdue) and then cutting off all communication with us. Per our grant making policy this makes the organization ineligible for funding until the previous grant contract is fulfilled(meaning we get some type of report or account of grant monies.) We are looking at the idea of seeing if it was something that could be implemented to have a box or button that is able to be clicked on(toggle on and off so once they come back into good standing that goes away) an admin side…
