  1. If a grantee uploads a file when submitting a follow-up, it would be helpful if that file could be attached to the notification email sent to admins and others so they don't have to log into GLM to download it.

    This would also be useful for applications, especially when working with colleagues who don't have easy access to the system (or want to).

  3. Applicants love the collaborator feature, but they are confused with "Can view, Can edit or Can submit" because they do not understand the permissions are additive. Would it be possible to change these to "Can view", "Can edit" and "Can edit and submit"? Even an explanatory pop-up would be helpful.

    Would also like an additional checkbox "Allow to invite other collaborators" or such. My applicants are asking for this. Either that or include it as part of the Submit permission.

    I know that this was submitted in the past, I am suggesting it again.

  4. It would be nice to hook a donor email to a scholarship opportunity so that students can automatically send them a thank you note from their follow up form. I know this would be possible to do through the third party field but it would be too much work to add the donor email to each follow up form. Plus, this would require us to give a donor email to the students, which some donors may not like.

  5. The standard columns for the tables are not optimal for our program, so we've assigned project numbers to each funded application. I would like to be able to see this number in the payment tracking table, but can't add it to the installment form as a shared question. Woiuld this be valuable to others?

    I would also like to be able to delete some of the standard columns--project titles take up a lot of space and are not that useful!

  7. We have recently had an issue with some partners not submitting reporting(like over a year overdue) and then cutting off all communication with us. Per our grant making policy this makes the organization ineligible for funding until the previous grant contract is fulfilled(meaning we get some type of report or account of grant monies.) We are looking at the idea of seeing if it was something that could be implemented to have a box or button that is able to be clicked on(toggle on and off so once they come back into good standing that goes away) an admin side…

  10. In GLM, it takes a LONG time to navigate to a specific request. Summary of that process: home screen > search > organizations > type org name > wait for results to load > comb through all results > click on correct org name > requests > comb through all requests > click on correct request name > finished. That's a TON of steps.

    It'd be very helpful if we could export the unique URL of all requests. I'm thinking it could be a report field? this would enable us to set up an offline spreadsheet containing direct links to…

  12. I am currently having an issue where we are not getting a full picture of donations that include tributes. The Tribute Donation Summary report will only include the names of tributes for online donations if the donor selects to notify the family of the person, if they leave it blank it automatically marks not to notify. When checks or other donations are entered by staff the notify option is left blank in many occasions they are included in the Tribute Donation Summary.   14. For SLM Universal Application follow ups it would be great to be able to reorganize the list, in alpha order for example. Right now it is in the order of when the follow ups were created.

  15. We would love the ability to display ranking options in text to our evaluators, such as
    Extremely Clear
    Very Clear
    Somewhat Clear
    Not So Clear
    Not at All Clear

    BUT - We'd like to store them as numeric data so that
    Extremely Clear =5
    Very Clear =4
    Somewhat Clear =3
    Not So Clear =2
    Not at All Clear =1

    To be clear, we don't want to show the numeric to the evaluator, just the text.
    Currently, we use a complicated formula to calculate the data.

Now that users can be connected to multiple organizations -- We have users who had historically applied for both organization and personal artist grants under the same account, so we were looking forward to getting the personal requests moved over to a personal "organization" for them. It's a problem that we can't move anything that was awarded/assigned followups, even though those requests are closed. It would be very helpful to be able to do this so they can see all their personal history in the same place.

  17. Currently only questions that exist on the Eligibility, LOI, and Application forms within a process can be added as a Shared Question to the Evaluation, Decision, and Follow Up forms. We would like the ability to add a Shared Question to ANY form within a given process no matter what form it was originally added to.

    For example, if we add a "Reasons for Decline" field to an Evaluation form, we'd like to be able to pull that same field in as a Shared Question to a Decisions form.

  18. It would be great if we could click on a Project URL during an evaluation and it be a hyperlink to take us to the URL. Instead we have to copy the URL and paste it in another browser window to view it.

  19. There should be a feature that allows you to control how many rows you want in your report. For example, I'm building out a Top 25 Report based on total giving and it would be beneficial if I can restrict the report to display only the 25 organizations that have received the most funding without needing to set a manual cap that is subject to change to filter them out.
