  1. deposit slip to more then 18 items

    Would like to be able to print a deposit slip that has more then 18 items which right now we can't. Maybe the additional items can print on another page?

  4. ID # search

    The only search function that allows you to search using ID #s is the main search bar on the top left of the home page. It would be great if the ID # search would be available in all search areas instead of having to type in the fund name, profile name, etc. We are at the beginning phases of using CSuite and have multiple profiles that have the same name. It is impossible to find the correct profile when searching only by name. Using ID search in all areas would help keep errors to a minimum.

  5. Expanded Grant Notify Settings for Fund Advisors

    We would like to be able to turn off the Grant Unpost email, as it tends to cause concern for Fund Advisors when minor changes are made to a posted grant. It would be nice to separate the settings!

  6. inactive users

    Remove inactive users from the Assign To search box when creating a Task. When creating tasks inactive users are still listed as options to assign a task to which makes the list of users cluttered and can cause a task to be assigned to a former employee.

  7. Add Household Steward as field in Opportunity Reports

    Stewards are on our household records, but some completed opportunities are on individual profiles. When running reports, I need to pull steward name. Please add household steward as field in Opportunity reports.

  8. Legal Name added as tax receipt field

    The Legal Name field is not an available field for tax receipt templates. I'm hoping it can be added to the Template Fields List for tax receipts.

    This field would be the ideal field for donor names in tax receipts. Our CSM has suggested using the mailing label, but we use that field for informal/preferred names (when we have them). Also, the profile name is not always in an appropriate format for letters (for example, the name for households is formatted as "LAST, First and First" for efficient searches and campaign lists).

  9. voucher grants

    Please split the Voucher bucket into 2 different buckets. One for Vouchers that have been created and one for items awaiting voucher. It is very confusing to try and figure out if an error is made or something missed when creating grant vouchers and having them stay in the same bucket once created.

  10. Salutation Field for Fundholder Portal Registration Email

    Within the Site Custom Field options, it would be great to be able to use the {{Salutation}} field in the advisor log in email that goes out to new fund advisors.

    Currently, it is only possible to use {{Name}} which creates an email that reads as:

    Dear John Smith,

    This is rather stiff and having the ability to populate just the first name would be greatly appreciated!

  11. deposit date

    It would be helpful if the date that prints on the deposit slip is the actual date of the deposit--not the processing date. The correct deposit shows in the transaction detail, but won't print on the deposit slip. Please correct the coding for this!

  12. Customize Envelope Template

    The ability to be able to customize the envelope template would be extremely helpful. Currently, I have to run envelopes through twice to print our logo and mailing address and then again to print the recipients address on them. The ability to customize the envelope template would not only save time, but printing costs as well.

  13. I need to filter out sub funds in order to get an accurate fund count.

    This was my answer from Foundant. "Currently there isn’t a way to pull this information in a report from CSuite.

    The easiest way would be to export the Funds list by going to Funds then List and select Export CSV. Then in Excel the SubOf field will be in the export & you can filter that way to filter out the funds that are sub funds."

    PLEASE ADD THE ABILITY TO REMOVE SUB-FUNDS TO GET AN ACCURATE FUND COUNT.

  14. Ability to add letter templates for general correspondence using fund and profile fields together

    The more we use CSuite, the more we want to use it lol! Would be great to be able to add letter templates for general correspondence for mass mailings - using the fund and profile fields together in one document.

  15. Donation Custom Reports - Add Donation Create Date

    We have a need to see all donations created in the past week. We've been basing that on donation date, but you can enter a donation in the current week with a donation date before the current week, like when public securities are donated at the end of the year and it’s important to have that date for the donor. That’s one example. We really need the donation create date added as a field we can pull and filter on.

  16. Salutation Field in Donor Report

    Add Salutation Field to Reports/Donors report. We pull this report to merge with our annual Valentine's card to our previous year donors to give them the final annual total to help with their taxes. (Don't worry, it's not an official tax receipt like the letter we sent during the year.)

  17. 4th Equity bucket

    In Canada many foundations put the interest & earnings from the investment pool into a stand-alone equity account as a reserve or capital stabilization account. CSuite can only support 3 defined equity accounts. In order to put this into the account each month it is a manual journal entry from the default fund balance equity account to the 4th equity account. If the system were able to support this 4th equity bucket/account it would allow this process to be more automated; reduce manual intervention & risk for errors.

  18. System Data - Content: enable html for grant_letter_email_body

    Please make the grant_ letter_ email_ body template in site custom content HTML compatible! It appears every template is html compatible except this one.

    Without the compatibility, you are unable to create line breaks or format any text which is very frustrating.

  19. Create Donation Advisor Name Field (vs Donor Name) in Tax Receipt Templates

    Currently there is no merge field in templates for Donation Advisor, versus Donor Name. For advised donations, it would be helpful to have a template that includes the fields for the advisor instead of the technical "donor." For example, Schwab Charitable may be the source of the donation check, but John Smith was the advisor for that donation. We don't want to thank Schwab; we want to thank John Smith. Right now, we must edit the thank you and it would be great if we could automate this process.

  20. 1099 code needs to be on voucher line level not only broadly on vendor or GL

    My question is related to some activity being paid is subject to 1099 and some activity is not. Same vendor but maybe a combination on invoice payment.

    FIMS would give us the option to assign at voucher level. Is there any way to do this in CSuite? Or can I only do a broad G/L account or broad profile option? This makes preparing 1099’s a bit cumbersome.
