  1. I know that Login As was intended to bounce the user out of their own CSuite login when used; however, I would ask that you reconsider this approach. From a Customer Service perspective, this is a nightmare. We most often use Login As when on the phone with a Fund Advisor (and now could be anyone with portal access), to help them troubleshoot either getting into the system or working with the system. If we then have to answer any questions that require us to be logged into CSuite ourselves, the portal user has to wait while the customer service…

  2. My idea is for the Donations, Grants, and Vouchers on the dashboard to be outlined in a red box when there are recurring donations, grants, and/or vouchers to process. This is similar to what happens to Tasks when there is a task with a due date on or before today's date. It will make it easier to see what action is needed right on the dashboard.

  3. I would like to see the option to purchase multiple types of tickets on one screen. Currently, users must add one type to cart and then have to go "back" two screens (or more) to add a different ticket type. It would be better to have a drop down option or the ability to add multiple types of tickets on one screen. This is inconvenient for both desktop users and mobile device users.

  5. Is it possible to show the donations of linked households on the donor portal? Our Foundation processes donations from the household, however users login under their individual profile. It would be great if donors could see donations from their household as well as their individual profile.

  6. Currently, when a fund advisor requests a grant through the portal, if the grant is an interfund, we have to void their request and re-enter it causing confusion to the fund advisor.

    It would be great to have the ability to internally switch it to interfund on the back end to keep the integrity of the fund advisor's request intact.

  7. We really would appreciate the ability to show closed fund activity on the portal. It’s often extremely important for our donors to see historical information, even when a fund is no longer being used. If closed funds can’t be shown there, could CSuite provide an ability to merge Funds, similar to the ability to merge Profiles?

    Let me provide a little background: Our foundation’s process is to close a fund when the type of the fund changes (i.e. passthrough to endowed). Being able to show the history of the gifts/grants in the fund advisor portal would allow our fund holders…

  8. It would be great to create custom fields on notes. This way we can add additional tracking and reporting to those notes rather than creating a long list of types or ensuring that people put specific words in their notes. For example, tracking if a specific meeting matched certain criteria that was tied to metrics.

  9. Consider adding Donation Comments/Donation Notes to be visible under the Grantee and Fund Advisor tabs (similar to how they are now available on the donor tab).

    The Donation Comments/Donation notes were recently added to the donation portal, but we find the larger use case is for the Grantee and the Fund Advisor to see the Donation comments in their portal tabs. Without this, they are missing important context and have to be interacted with manually by our staff to continuosly provide this information.

  10. Fund Advisor donation notifications currently don't include tribute information, if the donation has been made in honour/memory of someone. It would be helpful if that was a field that could be added to donation notifications, as it's very important to some of our fund advisors to keep track of this for their own fundraising purposes.

  11. Can we please have the option to select birthdays without a year or even a specific date?

    Sometimes we may know the Month and Year
    Other times, we may only know the Month and Day, but not a year.

    It is nice to capture this information for donor development

  12. Please add a salutation field to the checkout screen and add a checkbox that can be used to make this field required/not required for all donors on a site.

    This would allow the option for a salutation to be created and entered in the salutation field in CSuite and save us from needing to manually enter salutations for new donor profiles.

  14. Reposting with more clarification-

    We need the ability to style Affiliate/SO Portals on the back end, previously this was in the "Donor Portal Fund" section of styles (see attached screenshot). Currently, all of our affiliate/SO funds will lose their specific branding if we enable the new Portal enhancements. We consider this a priority to move toward the new portal to ensure our partner funds/foundations are properly identified to their stakeholders.

  15. We’d like to improve our ability to efficiently process opportunities. First, it would be extremely helpful if we had the ability to bulk-process items in one way or another. We’d like to be able to complete opportunities in bulk, as well as marking them as successful or not. Last, we’d like the ability to bulk assign opportunity tasks to staff members, most likely using a filtered list. Adding this functionality will help make opportunities a much more effective tool for us.

  17. Please create a designation/tab for Board Members. We would like to have a way to connect with our Board members in ways other than email. We could share documents and we would love to be able to collect electronic votes. We currently do this via email, but would love to do this through the portal.

  18. I would love to be able to set a default "no grant document" by fund or fund type and then have a choice at grant letter to turn off the letter like we can for award letter. It is tedious to find and delete attached grant letters to grants that do not require letters. In our case, we do not send letters with grants that come in from GLM. I understand I can turn it off by check batch, but that means I need to sort out which grants are which at the time of the check run each time…

  19. Within a campaign, there should be an option to 'bulk delete' records when you are manually scanning the profiles tab. Similar to how you can select (or deselect) tax receipts to send from the donations bucket, you should be able to select certain records and then click "delete" vs having to click "delete" individually from a campaign.
