We would like to be able to customize the default text of the subject line sent to fund advisors for the portal login email.

Grant Payment Date vs. Check Date
The payment date for grants should automatically become the check date. It doesn't make sense for the payment date to be the date it was approved by us and causes confusion with donors wondering why organizations haven't received checks when the payment date is before the grant date and/or before the date checks are run.

Add file Share Options
Currently, when a file is shared, it's only shared to the Fund Advisor Portal. We would like to see some file sharing options where we can choose where we would like to share the file to, and allowing to share to multiple areas. For example:
1. Share to Advisor Portal
2. Share to Grantee Portal
3. Share to Donor Portal
4. Share to Fund Profile
5. Share to ProfileWe have started to send Welcome Letters from Opportunities. When we share the auto attached welcome letter, we would typically share this on the Advisor Portal and the Fund profile.
This would save time with attaching/sharing files within CSuite and the portal.

Approval Log on Scholarships
Please consider adding an approval log (or something similar) to a scholarship record. Currently there is nothing that mimics the 'Approval' log that appears on a grant. When a scholarship record has 'auto-approve' turned on, it auto runs through the grant stage, and still does not receive a logged approval. There is no easy way to see which user made the approval on the scholarship record, at any point in the system (SLM through to CSUITE). The lack of this transparency means we have to upload additional documentation to CSuite, showing who approved the scholarship to be paid, even when the record is linked to SLM.
For scholarships that are approved via SLM, an option could be including which user approved the scholarship on the SLM side.

Expand Link Profile to Fund Feature
We would like the profile-fund link feature to function more like profile to profile linking and org role feature, with the ability to add start/end dates, mark the link as active, and have a record of historical links.
We are utilizing profile-fund linking to track folks who participate on committees for specific scholarship funds. It would be very useful to have a record of who has participated in the past and when folks began participating.

public name
It would be awesome if the option to bring in the Public Name of a fund was available everywhere Fund Name is. Anytime I send out correspondence, I am using the Public Name, not our internal name.

Make radio button options more visible on giving hub checkout
Please make the choice between individual vs household vs org more visible. They're easy to miss!
That, or add the option for a customizable header for further instruction.

Add option for customizable header on Giving Hub checkout page
We would like to add instructions on when to use individual vs household vs org on the checkout page. Currently, a lot of households use the individual setting and we can't change it on the back-end.

Fund Advisor Options - Donations and Grants Emails
We would love the option of toggling donations and grants notifications BY THE FUND for fund advisors. We add designated funds for our designated fund recipients so they can see previous year's grants, BUT we don't want them to receive the grants notification email when the grant is made, since some funds benefit more than one organization.

Download NACHA files by batch, not just date
Currently, I can only download a NACHA file by date. It would be easier if I also had the option to download a NACHA file by batch because sometimes I want to pay them on the same day but post them in separate batches. Or if I just forget one grant, currently I have to pay it on a different day.

Copilot (AI) data integration
Copilot (AI) data integration for optional feed into a client M365 tenant. This would allow clients to leverage their CoPilot (or other AI) licenses as they deem appropriate. As of now, there is no good way to utilize AI with data from CSuite. Please add an optional API or other integration that would allow staff to be more efficient when reviewing reports, profile notes, and other information in the system.
The prime example is how CoPilot can help you prepare for a meeting by reviewing emails, calendar meetings, and notes pertaining to the topic. It would be great if we could pull information from CSuite to help create this type of efficiency.

Submit Idea
When checks are generated in CommunitySuite, the written dollar amount currently appears in the following format:
Two thousand two hundred and forty-eight dollars and 47/100
This format includes “and” within the whole-number portion of the amount. While grammatically correct, it differs from the more common U.S. check-writing convention, where “and” is typically reserved for the cents portion.
Example of the commonly used U.S. format:
Two thousand two hundred forty-eight and 47/100 dollars
This wording is standard in many U.S. accounting systems and check templates, so the current format can appear unusual to finance teams that are accustomed to the U.S. convention.
Suggested Solutions:
Update the default wording to follow the U.S. convention, or
Provide a configuration option allowing organizations to choose between the current format and the U.S. format.Providing this flexibility would allow organizations to align their checks with their internal accounting standards and maintain consistency with other financial systems.

Email Notification to Voucher Recipient When Voucher is Posted
We would like the ability to automatically send an email notification to the recipient of a payment when a voucher is posted/processed in CommunitySuite.
Currently, there is no built-in way to notify the recipient that a payment has been initiated or processed. This creates additional manual work for staff to communicate payment status and can lead to confusion or follow-up inquiries from recipients.
Use Case:
When a voucher is processed for a grant or payment, an automated email could be triggered to notify the recipient, including relevant details such as:
-Payment amount
-Fund or purpose
-Expected timing (if applicable)Benefit:

manual fund statements
Currently, Manual Fund Statements can be created to include days that are outside of the closed period -- This has caused issues for Fund Advisors when they (through the portal) create a manual fund statement. They are including periods that the foundation has not closed, and it is leading to confusion.
Ask:
Can there be a warning associated with the Manual Fund Statements to alert a Fund Advisor that the time period they've selected is not within a closed period and therefore the information may not be accurate?Thank you, Team!

Allow Fund Advisors to manage their notification settings
I think that the Fund Managers should be able to toggle the "Grant Notify" and "Donation Notify" buttons on our off at their leisure. It would be nice if this is something that they could have a hand in managing for themselves when they login to the portal.

Custom Reports
Is there a way, if not, could there be a way to filter the Custom Reports by employee. For example I'd like to only see my reports listed at times. Also, the headings of each area...could those be changed to a bold print or color print?
