Abandoned Cart Email: Option to select who to send email to
Add a 2nd screen after choosing 'Fund Advisors> Settings> List Cart> Send Email Reminder to allow for choosing which fund advisors to send the email reminder to. Currently, this is an all or nothing feature.

Change the fund statement notification and email alert to a template which would allow for images (logos). Or add images <img src=""/> or {{img src=""/}} to html options. The current email is very basic despite having html capabilities. It's easy to overlook or mistake for spam. We currently send out an email notification through a third party which allows for image and logos. We would like to utilize the Csuite functionality instead.

notes
It would be great if when adding a new note, you could add it to a household as well as individuals within the household. Or add multiple people onto one note.

Fix Must Be A Decimal Number Error
It would be helpful to allow multiple types of entries in the donor portal when a fundholder is requesting a grant. For example, if a fundholder types "$25,000" including a dollar sign and a comma, an error sign comes up ("must be a decimal number".) The fundholder needs to type in 25000 for the grant to go through. Allowing $25,000 would help reduce frustration.
According to the idea I posted previously, this idea was implemented: https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/597718-communitysuite-idea-lab/suggestions/48126044-fix-must-be-a-decimal-number-error. However, the issue is still occurring and when I spoke with the customer service team, they said that the idea hadn't actually been implemented, so I am re-posting.
Thank you!

Link grant to opportunity
We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

budget
CSuite doesn't have a way to export the budget by month without running a report for every month individually. Can there be a report or budget export created to do this by fund?

Filter on org role date
Please allow us to filter by Org Role Date in custom reports. Currently, you can only see and filter by the Org Role Date in the Home Profile Designation area. It would be very helpful to filter by Org Role Date in custom profile and donation reports.

Improve Scheduled Report Frequency
We have had instances where we're expecting a scheduled report to be sent on a specific day and it does not get sent until a later day. If CSuite is unable to send the automated email due to a system issue or Internet outage, it will send the next available day and will also adjust the schedule from that point forward. We then have to manually change the "Next Send Date" for those scheduled reports so they're back to sending on a specific day. This is especially problematic for Weekly reports.
Instead of the schedule auto-adjusting on CSuite's end based on the "Last Sent" date, can the Next Send Date stay consistent with when the previous report was scheduled to send? For example, if a report is scheduled to be sent every Monday but there's a CSuite issue where it does't send until Tuesday, can the next email still automatically go out the following Monday?
Another option may be adding recurring options similar to what's avaialble through Microsoft Outlook for scheduling recurring calendar appointments.

Two individuals from the household are listed together in a single row
Hi,
Preparing profiles for screening through iWave or WealthEngine (both platforms that provide donor intelligence solutions to help organizations identify potential donors and optimize their fundraising strategies) typically takes about a month.
Why does it take that long? The software requires detailed information for both individuals in a household to be listed in the same row. This includes:
-First name, middle name, last name, nickname, and prefix
-Business details
-Phone numbers (home, mobile, and business)
-Email addresses
In addition to that, they request giving history: total giving, years of giving, number of gifts, last gift amount and date, as well as the largest gift amount and date.
When I prepared a file for iWave, just verifying and aligning the addresses and contact information alone took nearly a month due to the manual effort involved—especially moving the second individual's data into the same row as the first.
I have an upcoming project to conduct another wealth screening, and to be honest, I’m not looking forward to the extensive manual work required.
In GLM software, we have the flexibility to display data fields either horizontally or vertically. I strongly recommend considering a similar feature in CSuite—or exploring another solution—to help streamline this process.
Thank you for your consideration!

Allow fund advisors to see if a grant was anonymous
Sometimes fund advisors choose to make grants anonymous on a grant by grant basis, but may not remember which ones or want to see which ones they did. If that could be a visible field on the portal - if a grant was anonymous, and allow fund advisors to filter for those that would be a helpful feature. Currently they have to request that information from us.

Add a footer to the online donation page in Giving Hub.
It seems odd that there is a footer for the donation payment page and not the primary donation page for giving hub. We'd love to add some additional text at the bottom without having to employ a coder!

Grants request through the Portal that exceed the fund balance and available cash.
The donor submitted grants request through the Portal that exceed the fund balance and available cash.
Currently, there is no setting or hard stop in place to prevent a grant request from exceeding the available cash. When a request is created that surpasses the total available amount, the system displays a warning message indicating this—but it still allows the request to be submitted.
I recommend implementing a control that automatically subtracts the available cash each time a grant is made, ensuring that future requests cannot exceed the remaining balance.

scholarship
When we create a scholarship in CSuite and turn it into a grant the grant description is automatically populated as Fund name :: Student name. We don’t want the student names to be visible in the fundholder portal, which they are if they’re listed in the grant description. Can you create a setting which would only pull in the fund name to the grant description, not the student name?

Recurring Grants - Update Language from "Recurrence" to "Occurrence"
For recurring grants, the language used for the number of grants is confusing. The wording that advisors see when they make a request is "Number of Recurring", and the wording that staff sees is "Max Recurrence." However, in practice, the number in this field will be used for the total number of grants (one initial grant PLUS any recurrences). Can the language be changed to "Total number of grants" and "Max Occurrence" - or something similar that makes it clear that the first grant should be included in the count?

Grant Catalog Search Box
I’d like the option to customize the Search box text in the grant catalog. The current “search grants” feels internal-facing, and “search nonprofits” would be more donor-friendly.

Create "Convert to Household" button in campaigns!
Please create a "convert to household" button in campaign to easily convert individual profiles to household profiles (with household members) added as guest. Sometimes individual profiles are pulled in from a profile type and there's not option to bring in the household. It would be great to just scroll down the list of profiles in the campaign, see who is in a household, and add the household (with household members as guest) with just one click! (We have a workaround for this now, but it's time consuming!!)

Multifund Donations - same fund, add description fields per
Occasionally, we receive a donation to a single fund but with more than one restriction. For example, a $100 check will arrive with the restrictions of $70 be used for purchasing materials and the other $30 for general operations. Currently, we would make two separate donation entries of the same check number/donor and include the restrictions in the respective description fields.
An idea to keep a singular donation profile and these multiple designations would be to have the ability to create:
1) multifund entries to the same fund
2) optional description field per multifund entry3 votes
