Edit Custom Report Title/Name
After creating a custom report, it would be great if there was an option to edit the title/name of the report and save.
Currently, the only way to change a report's name is to "Save As" and go back and delete the original report with the old title.

double the donation
We use Double the Donation as an external vendor to help donors find information for their company matching programs. It would be so helpful if there was an integration with Double the Donation and Foundant to share donor contact info.

Grant Notify - make this setting fund specific
We have donors that hold multiple funds. They want to be notified of grants from their DAF but not their scholarship fund. Currently there's no way to specify notifications for different funds.

Enable Donate Button for Individual Grants/Funds in the Grant Catalog
Currently, the Grant Catalog settings only allow us to show or hide the "Donate" button across all requests at once. While this is useful for previewing the catalog before donations open, it limits flexibility.
We would love the option to control visibility of the "Donate" button on an individual grant or fund basis. For example, being able to hide the button on some grants/funds while keeping it live for others.
Use Case:
Allowing certain funds/requests to accept donations earlier than others.
Running phased giving opportunities where some requests are open and others are still in preview.
Supporting match pools or special campaigns that are ready for donations ahead of the broader catalog.
Benefit:
This feature would give foundations more control over how donors interact with the catalog, making it easier to coordinate complex campaigns, staged launches, or pilot opportunities.Currently, the Grant Catalog settings only allow us to show or hide the "Donate" button across all requests at once. Add "Outstanding Loan Balance" Field to Loan Templates and Reports
It would be extremely helpful to have an Outstanding Loan Balance field available within loan templates and as an option for custom reports.
Our organization would like to send annual loan statements to clients that clearly show the remaining balance on each loan. Currently, there isn’t a straightforward way to include this information, which makes it difficult to provide complete and transparent communication to our borrowers.
Having an “Outstanding Loan Balance” option would not only streamline annual reporting but also improve client service by allowing us to easily share accurate, up-to-date balance information. This enhancement would be valuable to any organization managing loan programs through CommunitySuite.
If you agree this would be a useful feature, please vote to support adding this functionality!

Restrict Visibility of Custom Fields by Staff Role/Permission
Currently, any staff member with access to view a profile can see all fields on that profile, including custom fields. This creates a challenge for foundations that want to store sensitive information, such as wealth screening data or estimated net worth in CSuite, but only want certain staff members to have visibility into those fields.
We would like the ability to:
- Mark a custom field as restricted or private.
- Control which staff roles or individual users can view that field.
- Hide the field entirely from users who do not have the appropriate permission, rather than simply displaying a blank value.
This would allow foundations to consolidate sensitive donor data within CSuite rather than maintaining it in separate, disconnected tools, improving data integrity while respecting internal access controls.

Add "Not Anonymous" Option on Grant Request Form for Anonymous Funds
When a fund is marked as anonymous at the fund level, that setting applies to all grant requests by default. However, it's common for fund holders to occasionally want a specific grant to be non-anonymous. For example, when they want their information passed along to the receiving nonprofit.
Currently, when a fund is not marked anonymous, the grant request form includes an "Anonymous" checkbox so the fund holder can make a specific grant anonymous. But the reverse does not exist: when a fund is marked anonymous, there is no "Not Anonymous" checkbox on the request form for the fund holder to indicate an exception.
This forces fund holders to either leave a note in the description field or contact the foundation directly, adding friction for both the donor and staff.
We'd like a "Not Anonymous" checkbox to appear on the grant request form when the fund is marked anonymous at the fund level, giving fund holders a clean, self-service way to flag grant-level exceptions.

Giving Hub Cover Fee Options - Per Fund setting
Update the Cover the Credit Card Fee Option in the Giving Hub to be a setting on each fund rather than a universal Giving Hub setting.
We turned this on for a corporate fund but not all fundholders want to offer this option.

Guest list by ticket name
A way to pull a list of guests that either separates or at least indicates which ticket they bought and is an exportable list with email addresses. Different ticket holders need different information sent to them.

Need to easily confirm data within the Data Visualization Tool
The data visualization tool is a great addition. However, I would like to be able to review and check the data that is being pulled into the charts, numbers, and graphs. Currently the only way to check the data is to create a separate custom report, and then cross check with the data visualization. Ideally, I should be able to click on a chart/graph/number in the data visualization tool and it should automatically bring up the data that is being pulled into the visualization. Manually creating a separate report to check each data point is a bit frustrating and redundant.

aallieri@cfpbmc.org
Implement an easy way for our fund advisors to make an internal donation from their fund to our Community Foundation fund. Right now, it's done through Grant Request but this requires a number of steps and is not intuitive.

Indicate required fields with an asterisk
A great enhancement would be to indicate which fields are required when creating a new record (profile, donation, grants, voucher, etc.) --- such as an asterisk to indicate that a field is required. This is a well-known standard.
Currently, the only indicator is an error message when saving/posting.120 votes -
cash management column headers
Can we specify the column headers a little under cash management? I get confused and have to triple check myself which column is the actual invested dollars vs what our funds are saying they are invested. One of them as Investment Balance. The other can be Fund Balance or something? Thank you! :-)

Add a total to the AR Detail page
The AR Detail screen gives you totals for each timeframe. It would also be helpful to list an overall total for that profile, like listed on the main AR page.

public name
It would be awesome if the option to bring in the Public Name of a fund was available everywhere Fund Name is. Anytime I send out correspondence, I am using the Public Name, not our internal name.

Add $500 distribution round
Adding back the previously archived idea of the ability to round to more amounts, like $250 or $500. We have some scholarships that award at $500 increments and it would be helpful to have something enforcing that.

GST
Currently there is no ability to easily record and report on GST which is a statutory requirement in Australia. There are workarounds, however it would be a significant improvement if there were tax codes created which could then be reported on.
