"Hand Deliver Grant Checks" as an option for funds
A local organization does not get mail from us, for reasons that are not known. These missing mailings include checks. We have documented this situation for more than a year. Their profile is now set to Do Not Mail, but an option to Hand Deliver would make it much clearer that all letters need to go by hand.

Hold tribute emails for review
Recently a donor opened a new fund in honor of someone's 90th birthday. They asked that we hold notifying the honoree until after their birthday so it would be a surprise about the new fund.
Unfortunately there wasn't a way to stop a donor from automatically sending the email. I would like an option to edit/approve these email messages rather than them automatically sending.

Tax Receipt Template in Donation Reporting
It would be beneficial to be able to add the Tax Receipt Template field available in reporting.

reoccurring donation
We would like a fund advisor to be able to see when a reoccurring gift has been made to their fund. Currently they can see when the gift comes in but not if is reoccurring. Staff must relay this information. This would be particularly helping for project based funds who may be managing their own pledges outside of our system.

Fix Sort Order on Files Tab for Affiliates
On the Files tab for Affiliates, the default sort order currently displays the oldest uploaded files first, which is inconsistent with other areas of the portal. To improve usability, newly uploaded documents should appear at the top by default.
While users can manually adjust the sort order using the arrows, setting the most recent files to display first would save time and create a more seamless experience.
If you agree, please vote to prioritize this fix!

Chart of Accounts
Please create the ability to export the Chart of Accounts and include a column for Financial View each account is assigned. There is no way to check what rolls up in a financial view without opening up each individually.

Filter on org role date
Please allow us to filter by Org Role Date in custom reports. Currently, you can only see and filter by the Org Role Date in the Home Profile Designation area. It would be very helpful to filter by Org Role Date in custom profile and donation reports.

Add $500 distribution round
Adding back the previously archived idea of the ability to round to more amounts, like $250 or $500. We have some scholarships that award at $500 increments and it would be helpful to have something enforcing that.

Don't allow Agency Funds marked Private to be shown as a donation option when the portal access is not marked as able to donate to that fund
In the new portal, if a fund is marked private (like we do for agency funds that only accept contributions from the agency itself, not the public) it is currently showing up as an option to donate to when she goes to the Giving Hub via her donor advised fund dashboard.
Example: Jane Doe is a fund advisor on both her family donor advised fund and she's a fund advisor to the Pawsome Animal Clinic agency fund, for which she serves as a volunteer treasurer. Even though “Donate” is not checked in her advisor access options for the Clinic's agency fund, it still shows up as an option to donate to it when she presses the Donate navigation (which moves to the new Giving Hub).
We strictly follow FASB136 guidelines and thus no person or entity may contribute into an agency fund besides said agency. This did not occur in the legacy portal; thinking it was a missed connection when moving to the new portal.

Hand Deliver Only
For grantees who have recurring issues with mail, how about a Hand Deliver Only option that is right up front on the main grantee profile page? We have an organization that does not get checks in the mail from us on a regular basis. This option would make it clear what the delivery mode is without a need to read or refer to a note.

Additional payment types when creating a batch of checks
Similar to where you can check a box to include blank default payment types to populate when you create a batch of checks add an option where you can select alternative payment types.
Currently if you want to pay with a check for something that is typically electronic or ACH you have to change the default payment in order to create a check and then remember to change it back.3 votes -
Customize Your Information Settings Per Campaign- Individual/Household/Organization
When setting up a campaign, it would be helpful to select the fields required per event.
At the moment, by default, CSuite allows registrants to select Individual, Household, or Organization. This has resulted in many individuals registering as a No Name Organizations.
During setup, if we could choose the registrant type appropriate, for example, only allow individuals to register, we can get their appropriate information.
Then, if "Add Organization Name" was an additional field that we could set to required when applicable, we would be sure to get all the info when needed.22 votes -
Award Letter
Allow a new column under a grantee profile's Email section when you can select one or multiple profiles to be the Award Letter Recipient.
Currently when Award Letters are submitted in bulk it goes only to the Primary email address for the organization. Many times an alternative email at the organization need to receive the Award Letter, and other emails need to be copied such as the Accounting or Accounts Receivable departments.

System-Wide Google Analytics Support for Donor Journeys across Portal and Giving Hub
Foundations increasingly want to understand the full donor journey. From public website or email campaigns into CSuite, through the donor portal or Giving Hub, and ultimately to completed actions such as gifts or grant recommendations.
While Google Analytics can currently be applied to Giving Hub pages, there is no way to track end-to-end donor behavior across CSuite, particularly once a user enters the donor portal or navigates authenticated areas of the system.
What’s Missing Today
Current Google Analytics support allows for:
-Page and event tracking on Giving Hub pages
-Donation-related event data via Measurement ProtocolHowever, it does not allow foundations to:
-Track how users move from a public website or email into CSuite
-Understand donor behavior inside the portal
-Identify where donors drop off during multi-step workflows
-Analyze which pages, actions, or pathways lead to successful outcomes
-Measure friction points without relying on anecdotal feedbackProposed Enhancement
Introduce system-wide analytics support that allows foundations to track anonymous, non-PII donor journeys across CSuite, including:
-Entry points (website, email, QR codes, etc.)
-Public vs authenticated experiences
-Portal navigation paths
-Grant catalog interactions
-Drop-off points during donation or recommendation flows
-Completion of key actions (donations, recommendations, logins)This could be implemented via:
-Broader Google Analytics event support
-Or a native analytics layer that integrates with common analytics platformsWhy This Matters:
-Helps foundations identify friction points that prevent completed actions
-Supports UX improvements without changing donor intent
-Informs decisions around page design, messaging, and workflows
-Reduces reliance on external tools and guesswork

Would love to be able to set the default dashboard period
Currently, my Dashboard defaults to a rolling 12 month period. I just want data related to the current financial year. Every time I open the Dashboard, I have to edit the Start/End dates.
It would be great to have a default setting for this!!19 votes -
Bulk reassign tasks
We would love the ability to bulk update tasks. I am looking at a report with unique IDs and 150 tasks to manually reassign to a current staff person.
I see this idea was proposed previously and archived, so I'm posting fresh to hopefully gain some new interest in this idea. Thanks!

budget
CSuite doesn't have a way to export the budget by month without running a report for every month individually. Can there be a report or budget export created to do this by fund?

Recurring Alerts on Home Menu
My idea is for the Donations, Grants, and Vouchers on the dashboard to be outlined in a red box when there are recurring donations, grants, and/or vouchers to process. This is similar to what happens to Tasks when there is a task with a due date on or before today's date. It will make it easier to see what action is needed right on the dashboard.
