Linking funds
The new updates for opportunities is great. It would be great to have the ability to add funds like you can add profiles. We have donors that have multiple funds under one agreement. But we don't have way to link the funds other than the relationship tab under fund owner.

deceased
When profiles are marked as deceased and linked to a household, the household is being pulled with the deceased information instead of now defaulting to the active individual profile only. This impacts mailing lists for marketing campaigns and grant letters as it now pulls in deceased households.
There should be an automatic unlinking/adjustment so that we do not have to manually unlink which is the only workaround to solve this issue right now. Ideally, there would be a way to keep the individual linked to the household profile for historical purposes too.

Attach a file to fund statements
We would like to be able to attach a file - letter, image, etc. - to fund statements. This would enhance fundholder (donor) relationships and communication. We easily do this for our fundholders who receive paper statements and would like to be able to mirror the communication for our fundholders who have receive electronic statements.

Grant Catalog Catagories
Please make the grant categories/grant types optional for populating at the top of the catalogs. They push down the catalog too far and the search bar is fine for navigating. Please and thank you.

Grantees, scholarship recipients able to upload documents
It would be extremely efficient and save time if grant and scholarship recipients could upload documents in their profiles through the Attach File button.

French
There are formatting problems when creating reports, statements, tax receipts, etc. in French. In terms of the text, it is easy to select the correct language templates (FR or EN in our case). But when it comes to formatting of dates and numbers, it is important for these to come correctly from the system.
In French, the date format should be: YYYY/MM/DD or Le DD MM YYYY if written out in words, with the name of the month written in French (not English) and beginning with a small letter (not a capital).
For dollar amounts, they need to be presented as follows: 000 000,00 $ and NOT $ 000,000.00 as we do in English.
If the system can not provide this, we have to re-enter all these details manually, which takes time and is more likely to introduce errors.

Fix Must Be A Decimal Number Error
It would be helpful to allow multiple types of entries in the donor portal when a fundholder is requesting a grant. For example, if a fundholder types "$25,000" including a dollar sign and a comma, an error sign comes up ("must be a decimal number".) The fundholder needs to type in 25000 for the grant to go through. Allowing $25,000 would help reduce frustration.

However, the issue is still occurring and when I spoke with the customer service team, they said that the idea hadn't actually been implemented, so I am re-posting.

Update font color in dark mode
Please update the font details in dark mode OR give users the ability to select different font colors in addition to a theme. Some of the functional details in reporting for example are very difficult to see in dark mode. For example, the "x"s to the left of the filters and the arrows on the columns that denote, for example, an ascending filter are almost the same color as the background in dark mode. It's hard to see what filters are acting on because of this.

Fund Report with Pledges and Donations
I would like to be able to pull a report with all pledges and donations related to a specific fund. This would allow us to tell who has and hasn't been reached about their annual giving whether or not we have the cash in hand yet.

Rename "Sponsored Org"
We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

Scholarships - Block Applicants from creating a duplicate application
There should be a feature added in SLM to prevent applicants from creating a duplicate application instead of just a warning. A duplicate universal application leads to quite a mess when it is submitted as it then creates duplicate individual opportunity applications as well. It is not only confusing for the scholarship agency, but even more so the applicant as it clutters their dashboard.

Appreciated assets
Brainstorming integrations that would allow gifts of appreciated assets in the giving hub. As a nonprofit, we use the giving block widget on our org website, which is clunky to have to send donors out of the giving hub to a separate page to create a donation such as crypto, stocks, DAF. Is there a way to work on coding these integrations into the giving hub, like we do with Stripe. Can a donation page handle more than one integration?

Fund Profiles Sorting
Please give the 'Fund Profiles' table on the Relationships Tab the ability to be sorted by column. Currently it automatically sorts by profile name, however, when there are 5-7 profiles linked to a fund with multiple categories of links, certain information can be hard to read.
I would like to be able to sort by category. Thank you.

Birthday / Anniversary Checkbox
Add a checkbox labeled “Send a Card” to the Birthday field (Individual) and Anniversary field (Household). This should be checked by default, except for donors who have opted out or for minors where sending a card would be inappropriate.1 vote -
Fund Balance Report or Custom Reports with Balance as of Certain Dates
I noticed a suggestion a while back to include $0 funds in the Financials: Fund Balance Report, and I would like to bring that back up. Or else a custom report where you can pull balances as of a certain date, not just the Current Balance. This would be extremely helpful for various reasons.

Sticky Sorting on CSuite Buckets/Workload Pages
Currently in CSuite, when a user sorts a Bucket/Workload/List page by a specific column (for example: Grantee, Grant Date, Amount, Status, etc.), that sort resets when the user navigates away from the page and then returns. This requires the user to reapply the same sort repeatedly throughout the day.
We are requesting that Bucket/Workload/List pages retain (“stick”) the user’s last selected sort order when navigating away from and back to the page, either for the duration of the session or as a user-level preference.
This enhancement would:
-Improve efficiency for staff who rely on consistent sorting to manage daily workloads
-Reduce repetitive clicks and re-sorting when moving between records and listsThis would be especially helpful for users who regularly process items in a specific order (e.g., oldest first, due date priority, etc.) and expect the system to remember their working view.

Search by Account Name
Right now, we can search by GL account number in the search bar but it would be great if we could search by account name. Is it possible to add that functionality?
