Edit default subject field for emailed tax receipts
The option to email tax receipts directly from a donation does not provide a customization option, so you have to edit the text that will be in the subject of the email for each donation if you don't prefer to use C-Suite's default subject field. Please add the ability to create our own default subject field that will generate for every donation.

API endpoint for multiple profile address types
As an organization using the CommunitySuite API to link profile data to another system.

CSuite API - Endpoint for Journal Entry Integration

budget
It would be great to be able to put alternate budgets (reforecasts) into CSuite for the same year so report on both the original budget and updated forecast. Right now, it only allows one budget per year.

Hide UI Elements for Users that Lack Permission
Please configure the software to hide all UI elements (buttons, menu items, sections) for which the user lacks permission. Only display controls and features that the user is authorized to access.

Please change back the donation page. Why would you put the Reference, Task, Files, Notes in the middle and have additional information below that when that is more important. Is there ever communication with your customers to see if this is what they like or want?

Uploading documents in portal for fund advisors
Love that I'm able to upload documents, such as newsletters, with visibility in the portal for online fund advisors. The only limitation is that it must be done for ID of every fund group (ie: scholarships, donor advised, Agency, etc). It would be really nice to have a global option to upload a document (and potentially a notification) in 1 transaction that impacts all funds. If that exists and I missed it, please share!

When running an opportunities report or viewing opportunities, it would be beneficial to be able to filter the opportunities by stage. Viewing and reporting by stage can facilitate progress updates and help identify categories/levels of donor engagement when used for moves management.

Allow formatting of post-checkout page elements: Giving Hub
Once a donor has given through the Giving Hub page, there is a default Thank You that appears (1A in image attached)- we would like to be able to edit & format, and/or hide this.
On this same page display, the Continue Giving button (1B in attached image) is plopped right down onto the edge of the footer, and it looks terrible. Would also like the ability to add a margin to this or otherwise move/change this button!

If we update an address when updating a profile, we are asked if we want to update the same address for other similar profiles. This is a ni
When updating an address to become inactive on a household, the option to update other matching addresses in the individual profiles pops up. Please remove this pop-up, as it's not possible to extend the 'inactive' status when checking the boxes. OR, allow the active/inactive settings to be extended to other profiles when checking the box. It seems ridiculous to offer an option to take action when literally no action can be taken.

Add Salutation as a Required Field to Checkout
Please add a salutation field to the checkout screen and add a checkbox that can be used to make this field required/not required for all donors on a site.
This would allow the option for a salutation to be created and entered in the salutation field in CSuite and save us from needing to manually enter salutations for new donor profiles.

Update Other Profiles Function
I attached a photo of what Community Suite shows when a profile is updated and there are other profiles that had the same phone, email or address that matched the record you just changed. This function worked previously, but it no longer functions. When the boxes are checked noting if you want to change values for the other profiles as well, the updated address does not change on any of the profiles selected. Again, this function used to work and it was very helpful. I would love to see it work the way it is designed to. Thanks!

Donor Portal suggestion to increase visibility of Create Grant Request
A donor requested that we make the CREATE GRANT REQUEST button larger/more visible so making a grant request is more intuitive on the new portal.

QR Code Use Analytics
It would be helpful to have analytical data and reporting to understand if/how/how frequently QR Codes are used when I generate a QR code for the ticket URL.
This will help me analyze the effectiveness of QR codes for individual events and in aggregate to compare effectiveness by the type of event, donor, or other criteria.

primary contact for campaign reports
Good afternoon,
An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. Fund Advisor Emails: Employee Names
In the content settings for fund advisor emails, the only field we've ever had to use for an employee name is {{employee_name}}. That formats the name as last name, first name. We'd like it to show as first name last name, like John Doe instead of Doe, John. The only way we've been able to accomplish that is by changing employees in the system to a first name of John Doe with no last name. That works, but it's cumbersome to have some of our employees listed this way.

Portal Donate Button - Make the option for the fund advisor to set up recurring donations.
The new advisor donate button (next to the create grant request button) on the portal only allows one-time donations. The only way to set up recurring donations is through the Giving Hub. Please make it so you can also set up recurring donations.
