Stewards and Opportunities
Is there a way that the Stewards and Opportunities – Staff Assigned can somehow be linked? If one is updated, it automatically updates the other?

Opening a DAF
Currently we use DocuSign to open a DAF and email. Most financial institutions that have a DAF product can be opened online.
Can a process similar to GLM/SLM be used to open a DAF especially since DocuSign is being integrated. This would be helpful for opening all types of new funds.8 votes -
Enhance Budgeting Tools - Scenarios, Forecasts
It would be so helpful to bring some enhanced budgeting tools into CSuite.
Currently, only one Budget is allowed per fiscal year as far as I can tell. Having the ability to populate and maintain different budget "scenarios" for each fiscal year would be amazing. The adjustment to Projected Budget seems quite limited and we are not able to "calendarize" the total adjustment or have multiple versions. With this the idea would be to apply a filter to select which "scenario" we are opting to look at for a given report with budget involved and ensure our headers reflect that filter option as with other filters.
Further, to support the development of budget scenarios or forecasts it would extremely useful to have a simple budget or forecast "builder" that would allow us to copy our initial Budget, copy over actuals for selected months YTD and update the remaining months etc. while monitoring the revised forecast vs the another budget scenario. With this it would be also key to start to have some report options for scenario comps as well. Right now all scenario analysis and forecasting has to be done outside of CSuite and in our case quite manually and in excel.

donation report
Donation report --- please add the ability to sort donations by date within the donation report screen. The most recent donations are at the bottom, and I often have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the report to find recent donations. Please add the feature to the date column so we can switch that view with one click to see most recent donations at the top.

Stripe fees
Can we incorporate the 30 cent transaction fee into the calculation when a donor chooses to cover the processing fee? We get a lot of questions as to why an amount of $99.70 was deposited, for example, and when we explain that the donor covered the fee, but there was an additional fee not covered, it just creates unnecessary confusion and time out of our day to explain. Seems like a simple adjustment.

Fixed Assets and Depreciation
I would love a Deprecation Schedule module in Community Suite! Currently, we pay our auditors to track our fixed assets and we could purchase software, but it would be great to have it integrated. Thanks for considering!

Fund Anniversary/Upcoming Anniversary Reporting Functionality
I am in a strategic process here at the Foundation thinking through further ways to engage fundholders and we would like to pursue using the “Fund Open Date” data to acknowledge anniversaries.
Currently, reporting will allow "Fund Open Date" field to be pulled by Month (regardless of year) but Relative date options are tied to year and will not produce a whole list.
I’m able to pull the report and work in excel, but wanted to work with y’all if there might be a non-external way to do this entirely on the CSuite system.
Desired improvement would be a functionality within Reports or elsewhere where milestone (especially "Upcoming") events are easily alerted and tracked to engage donors. A quick reference to "Upcoming fund open anniversaries" or "Upcoming Birthdays" would be a fruitful improvement to allow less external data manipulation.
Thank you for your consideration.

Easily searchable for grants/checks/journal entries/vouchers/documents and more
For checks/grants/vouchers/deposits/donations/documents and more, each has its own way of listing all the related items. Either 20 items per page or hundreds of items on one page. If there are 20 items per page, I have to advance it every 2 or so pages until I find the item I need and it could be years ago so this is very time consuming. There needs to be consistency and a search field within to search all pages without having to go page by page or be able to view all items or 50 items or 250 items.

Tributes Search Field When Entering Donations
When you are in the Tributes page, you can search a name and it will show who the person to notify is behind the searched name.
Ex. Jane Doe [Doe, John] (public)
It would be nice if the same kind of populated search would show when entering a donation. I find if there are two different notifications, I have to go into the Tributes page and look to see which I need to choose. AND if they would be labeled the exact same (Example: "Jane Doe" and "Jane Doe" vs "Jane Doe" and "Dr. Jane Doe" I have no idea how to tell which is which.
Thank you!

It would be helpful if anonymous grants were marked in red.
When a donor checks the anonymous box after submitting a grant request online from their DAF, it would be extremely helpful if this was emphasized somehow.

Credit memos - show invoice allocation
On credit memo records, it would be helpful to have a link to the invoice that the credit was applied to. If you look on the original invoice record, there is a "Payments Applied" section that links to the credit memo. But the reverse is not true--if you're looking at the credit memo record, there is no way to tell which invoice it was applied to.

When moving a profile from 'inactive' to 'active', automatically remove 'inactive' from the address, email, and phone fields
When moving a profile from 'inactive' to 'active', it is currently required to then click Clear 'do not mail', 'do not email', and 'do not call'. These steps do not remove 'inactive' from the address, email, and phone fields. It's then required to remove 'inactive' from these 3 fields. This should automatically happen when moving the profile from 'inactive' to 'active'.

Inactive funds/profiles Search
When searching for a fund/profile, "deceased, inactive" or "closed" is displayed at the very right of the name. Is there a way to make these a different color as well so they stand out better? I'm looking at the left side and would rather not scroll through numerous records to find the open fund/profile.

Subfund Filtering on Financial Report without needing to show subfunds
Currently if you filter on a financial report to include/exclude a fund that is a subfund, the filtering does not apply unless the "Show Fund" and then "Show SubFund" options are expanded first. The filtering should be able to apply without needing to show the subfunds just as it applies to non-subfunds without needing to show those in the report.

Public Securities: Add back preview button on sale
Not too long ago, there was a PREVIEW button when selling stock. This was extremely helpful so that you can make sure net proceeds equal what you actually received for the stock. This button disappeared and is now just a POST button. It is so much better to be able to preview the calculated proceeds before posting them because if something gets entered incorrectly, we now have to unpost the transaction to fix it. Please restore the PREVIEW button. Thank you!

Add Household Steward as a field in custom reports
I'm running a report of donors with a birthday in a specific month, but for those donors who are a part of a household, the Steward is on the Household profile. I want the Stewards to sign the cards for these donors. In order to see the Household Steward, I need to open every donor profile who is a part of a household to find their Steward. Please add Household Steward as an option to select in custom reports.

Recurring Grant Notifications
We would like to see CSuite generate notifications to grant approvers for recurring grants to help remind staff when the grant is due to go out. A generated email with general grant information would be extremely helpful.

Household opportunities should show on Individual profiles
When setting up a new opportunity for a household (example new fund solicitation or bequest expectancy), it would be helpful if the household's opportunity showed up under both individual parties' profiles as well.

Filtering should include nulls/blanks unless the filter is to exclude it
Currently when filtering on a field to to exclude something, it is also removing all fields that are null as well. For example on a donation report, when I put the filter on the field Donation Type ID so it is NOT "In-Kind", one of our options, then it will remove all "In-Kind" donations from my report as well as all donations without a Donation Type ID, which is every Stripe donation.
