Bank Recon-Sort Checks
When reconciling the checking account, you took away a feature that allowed you to sort by check # which was very helpful. Can you please add it back.

fund portal
Our foundation has an Endowment Program that is offered to our Member Congregations and Schools and we invest funds on their behalf and use the portal for them to request disbursements. I can change Tab names, however, it would be helpful if we could also customize the header on the page so it matches. For instance, we use Deposits instead of Donations and it can be confusing to them. We also don't use Grants but use Disbursements since it is their money and we are just investing it for them.
We also do not allow for Recurring Grants so I would like the option to customize the portal so that tab is not visible.
I appreciate your consideration of this improvement to the Portal.

List of Fund Advisors
In the portal, a donor has asked if we can give him some way to see who is allowed to make a grant request on a fund. For example, the Fund Advisor would allow their children to make grant requests, and they want to see that list of people when he looks at this fund. Quentin said that this isn't currently a feature on the portal, but you can see the list of advisors when you look at grants that have already been created (in the grants tab).

Same Beneficiary, Different Purpose: We have a fund whose fund advisor wishes the funding to be sent all to the same organization but for two different purposes. Currently we work this out by having the organization as the beneficiary to receive 75% of the funding for one purpose, and then we've set up a recurring grant for the organization for the separate purpose, but we have to manually adjust the amount each year. It would be great if we could set up the beneficiary twice for the two different purposes.

Show only Fund Statements needing review
While reviewing fund statements, at times a statement may be skipped/not marked reviewed due to some issue with it that needs to be researched, etc. Going back later to find those few statements that still need review out of a list of 900+ statements is cumbersome by just scrolling through the list looking for those without a review date. It would be helpful to have a option to show only "Not Reviewed" statements in the batch.

Profile Permissions: Separate "Manage Login Info" from "Login As"
As the legacy portal end date nears, we continue to be bothered by the fact that the "Manage Login Info" and the "Login As" permissions are combined for the new portal, especially as it relates to Fund Advisors.
For our operation, the same people who support fund advisors through the Login As feature are NOT the same people who Edit the fund advisors' login, NOR manage a fund advisor's password (set or change), NOR Link an Organization or Individual to the Fund Advisor.
We require these permissions to be separated.

Bank Reconciliation | Collapse Transactions
When reconciling bank accounts, collapse transactions as they are being marked off during the reconciliation process so only the remaining transactions are displayed. Link to short video: https://zoom.us/clips/share/LiXG7vHFRR6NzG0JYuHcQQ

changes to grant request in donor portal
If a fund advisor submits a grant request and needs to correct or edit the request, there is no current option for this in either the portal or on our end. A fund advisor has expressed frustration with needing to cancel and resubmit the request instead of being able to make a quick edit. An edit option for grant requests made in the donor portal would be helpful.

Add payment instructions field to scholarships (Sship ID) that will show on check letters
On the Sship ID level, add a field, or allow the description field, to move with the scholarship through to the grant/voucher process and appear in check letter.
At this point, there is no way to communicate necessary payment instructions to schools when sending scholarship checks without a workaround that is time consuming when managing hundreds of scholarship grants in a week. At this time, the workaround is broken and is part of ticket ID #170033.

GLM Bucket Categorization throughout CSuite
GLM Bucket Categorization throughout CSuite: Essentially, when you sync a grantee from GLM to CSuite, the GLM Process (aka the grant process/opportunity) is also synced over to CSuite. Once you post that grantee's opportunity to CSuite and create a grant, the GLM Process/Opportunity disappears from CSuite and from the entire grantee, so it hard to know what Grant process the grantee won by everyone on the team. I was hoping, not only will the fund be present on the grantee's page, but also what GLM process the grantee won in GLM. This allows everyone on the team to know without having someone log into GLM and pull a report.
We have fund that are generic in nature and do not have the same name as our grant processes in GLM. My team struggles to pull reports because they do not know what GLM process the grantee won. This will hopefully help them and future employees know which process a little bit easier.

charity check nonprofits
We’d love to be able to run a bulk Charity Check for all organizations listed in our Nonprofit Directory so we can quickly verify that everyone is still in good standing and hasn’t lost their nonprofit status.
Right now, Charity Check only works for profiles marked as “Grantee,” so we’ve had to mark orgs that have never received a grant as grantees just to run the check. It would be much more accurate and efficient if we could Charity Check profiles based on the “Nonprofit” designation also.
It would also be great if running a Charity Check could be a bulk option in reports—triggered when either the “Grantee” or “Nonprofit” designation is present. That way, we could easily keep our data clean without manually clicking into every profile.

Provide the ability to indicate on a profile the use of 'bulk mail pointer'. This was a function in FIMS where the profile could point to a different profile when a mass mail list was being produced. The report (campaign) would have an option to use the bulk mail pointer. This is very helpful when individuals are on more than one profile for different roles they hold. A good example is when a Professional Advisor has a professional profile w/ business address but also has an IND/HH profile w/ home address. We only need to send mail to the home. Another example is when an individual is on a Foundation org profile and also have their own IND/HH profile. We only want to send mail to the IND and don't want both being included on the report or campaign.

Ability to Modify Wording on Giving Hub
We have just started using the Grant Catalog to promote challenges for some of our funds. Could we have the ability to customize the "Requested" wording on the bottom of the square that is listed in the portal or on the giving hub to something we choose? We'd love to be able to rename it to "Goal" as that better suits what we use the Grant Catalog for.

Create Grant Request Dropdown Arrows
On the Portal - Create Grant Request page, under "Choose from previous Grantees or Funds", can there be arrows or similar on the blank boxes so a user knows to click on the boxes to get the drop downs?

Create Report that Combines Profiles default report, Profile Log fields and Logs fields
Please create a report that includes the Logs fields When (date and time), Who (who initiated the system action), Ref (link to the specific system action), Log Message (summary of the action) and the Profile Log fields When (date and time), What (profile update information), Who (who initiated the profile update) with all the fields available in the Profiles default report.
Please allow filtering by all of these fields.
This will allow us to see relevant information about updates to profiles all in one place, including profile name and ID, date, user, system action and summary of action.

import address type
Reposting Previous Suggestion-
Please add the address and phone type fields to the template when importing new profiles. I am importing lots of new profiles but have to go back and manually add the address type and email type. This is a very tedious process.

Organization Name in Financial Header
We'd like to be able to add the organization name field to the header on the financial statements. We have several affiliate/supporting organizations that we run financials for so we don't want to the foundation's name as the default. Rather, we'd like to add a field to the header to allow for the name of each organization to automatically populate when we run financial statements.

Track principal balance
I recently created a new fund and in my haste, breezed past "Endowed" because the fund was not endowed. However, it will be so we needed to track principal. Clearly my oversight but I'd like to suggest changing "Endowed" to "Track Principal Balance". This would follow the "Track Spendable" format and clarify the purpose of the term "Endowed".

Stripe fee percentage
Stripes non-profit credit card fee is 2.2% +.30, it would be nice if we had the option to charge that exact fee amount in CSuite to prevent over charging our donors and causing confusion and extra activity on the fund statements. It should be a complete wash if the donor wants to cover the charge.
11 votesThe additional donation was built as a suggestion to cover not only the credit card processing fees, but the Foundation's fees as well. In general, a 3% fee works out to closely match the current stripe fees.
