Bring back the old support
Please bring back the Old Support click. The new Search Help Articles are not as easy to find the information you are looking for. By clicking an article and browsing through the 5x7 area is ridiculous. Why would you make a support site so small and not user friendly?? I don't understand the changes CS is making. I really hope this goes back to the old way.

Relative Prior: Last 4 weeks
We have a monthly board meeting, would love to make a report showing employee activity since the last board meeting but the closest options are "Last Month" (which would show events before the last board meeting) and "Current Month" (which would be missing events since the last board meeting).
If there was a "Last 4 weeks" like the current "Last 2 weeks", that would be perfect

Custom Log Report: Link to follow ref
It's great to be able to run a report based on employee activity but the logs in some cases are extremely vague (like "voucher - Unposted") and I can't even click on refId to view the entity and see more details. Please make refId clickable

Guest list by ticket name
A way to pull a list of guests that either separates or at least indicates which ticket they bought and is an exportable list with email addresses. Different ticket holders need different information sent to them.

Import Template for Add Ticket
I would like an import csv for creating campaign tickets as an alternative to the "Add Ticket" method. This would help greatly in reducing the time in takes to create multiple tickets and ensuring that the tickets have uniform/correct settings without clicking back into each ticket.
Fields would include Name, Seats, Price, Value, Available, Private, Description, Donation Account, Non-Donation Account, Sort Order, Sponsorship Type, Receipt Template, etc.

Positive Pay Bucket
I would like to have a positive pay "bucket" or similar functionality that allows me to keep track of which checks have been downloaded in a positive pay export, and which ones are ready to download. We try hard to keep up with the work flow to include positive pay, but a few workflow situations have caused bank exceptions that could be easily solved if there was a quick place in csuite to view the checks ready to submit for positive pay. Thanks!

Rename "Sponsored Org"
We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

opportunity
The "Add Opportunity" action still shows up when user is in the "Relationships" tab on a profile record, even though the the Opportunities tables has been relocated to the "Engagement" tab on a profile record. Would be great for this action be relocated to show up when a user is in the "Engagement" tab as well.

Linking funds
The new updates for opportunities is great. It would be great to have the ability to add funds like you can add profiles. We have donors that have multiple funds under one agreement. But we don't have way to link the funds other than the relationship tab under fund owner.

Loan Creation
When creating a new loan, it would be helpful to be able to create one loan but assign it to multiple funds. For our organization, it is typical for several fund advisors to participate in the same loan so it can be time consuming to have create separate loans for each fund rather than one "parent loan".

Attach a file to fund statements
We would like to be able to attach a file - letter, image, etc. - to fund statements. This would enhance fundholder (donor) relationships and communication. We easily do this for our fundholders who receive paper statements and would like to be able to mirror the communication for our fundholders who have receive electronic statements.

Grant Catalog Catagories
Please make the grant categories/grant types optional for populating at the top of the catalogs. They push down the catalog too far and the search bar is fine for navigating. Please and thank you.

Grantees, scholarship recipients able to upload documents
It would be extremely efficient and save time if grant and scholarship recipients could upload documents in their profiles through the Attach File button.

It would be helpful to allow multiple types of entries in the donor portal when a fundholder is requesting a grant. For example, if a fundholder types "$25,000" including a dollar sign and a comma, an error sign comes up ("must be a decimal number".) The fundholder needs to type in 25000 for the grant to go through. Allowing $25,000 would help reduce frustration.
According to the idea I posted previously, this idea was implemented: https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/597718-communitysuite-idea-lab/suggestions/48126044-fix-must-be-a-decimal-number-error. However, the issue is still occurring and when I spoke with the customer service team, they said that the idea hadn't actually been implemented, so I am re-posting.

Update font color in dark mode
Please update the font details in dark mode OR give users the ability to select different font colors in addition to a theme. Some of the functional details in reporting for example are very difficult to see in dark mode. For example, the "x"s to the left of the filters and the arrows on the columns that denote, for example, an ascending filter are almost the same color as the background in dark mode. It's hard to see what filters are acting on because of this.

Select Multiple Column Options in Financial Reporting
Please allow for the option to select multiple column options at once, as opposed to the current one at a time selection.
Currently, reports have to be created multiple times and then spliced together when multiple column options are needed. Instead, it would be best if multiple column options could be selected at one and work in tandem with one another.

Fund Report with Pledges and Donations
I would like to be able to pull a report with all pledges and donations related to a specific fund. This would allow us to tell who has and hasn't been reached about their annual giving whether or not we have the cash in hand yet.

Can the field Manage Cash be added to Account bulk edits
It would be very helpful if the Cash management field on Accounts was bulk editable like it is on funds
