With the launch of the new Fundraising campaigns, I would love for it to give the capability to export a script code for a widget that would allow some of our fundholders to fundraise on their own websites. We work with a variety of donors that have existing websites and would like the option of a widget to live on their site.

  2. Currently, you can only attach one file when creating a voucher. Most of our vouchers require more than one attachment, and an extra step is required to attach additional documents before posting the voucher. We would like the ability to attach multiple files when creating a voucher to make the process more efficient. Request by GMF.

  3. Add the option to be able to add a Custom Field in the Donor link on a Profile when viewing a Profile's donation history, if the organization has added a Custom Field associated with a donation. Currently, we have a Custom Field that can be viewed only when we open each donation. We would like to be able to see at a glance, the Custom Field when opening the donation history on a profile. Currently we either have to open each donation to see this field or run a report for a donor when we want to see this field.…

  5. Currently, when setting up a campaign, the date that shows in the event registration first page to add tickets shows the end date of the event. However, the time that displays is the start time of the event, making this very confusing and doesn't align with the information being entered for the fields showing on the ticketing page. Suggestion is to fix the date showing noted as START DATE to align with the START TIME. The next screen that allows selecting the number of tickets should then reflect the END DATE and END TIME for ticket sales.

  7. We would like to eliminate the need for a custom row for tracking purposes. We would like to see both a Subscribed & Unsubscribed checkbox within the email rows. Sometimes our contacts move orgs or change emails and we'd like to track which email(s) are unsubscribed to ensure we are using the correct information. We would also like this option added in the reporting sections.

  9. We have just started using the Grant Catalog to promote challenges for some of our funds. Could we have the ability to customize the "Requested" wording on the bottom of the square that is listed in the portal or on the giving hub to something we choose? We'd love to be able to rename it to "Goal" as that better suits what we use the Grant Catalog for.

  10. There have been 2 ideas archived on this, but it would be so great if we could see the profile name in the task list not just the id#.

    Also, you should be able to tie a task to a profile from the main tasks.

    This is really needed for optimal donor stewardship.

  11. Is there a way to have the Profile Type in the Profile Creation Interface? It feels hidden in the Relationships tab and our staff entering or updating profiles accidentally miss it. It's also an additional click to see what Profile Type someone is and it would be nice to see right away that that they are a Professional Advisor or Founding Donor, for example.

  12. Please create a Portal tutorial for outside users similar to the GLM tutorial for outside users here https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/4479853059991-GLM-Applicant-Tutorial . This would help alleviate a lot of phone calls and emails so that we can do our jobs more efficiently. Thank you.

  14. The shopping cart radio button for Individual or Organization is leading to regular confusion/misinformation as we sell tickets for our fundraiser. It defaults to Individual so naturally people fill that out, but many of our donors are making payments on behalf of their businesses/organizations. Then we have to manually go in and change the donation from the person's name to the business/organization name as the donor. It would be nice to very clearly capture whether the Organization or the Individual is the actual donor and capture the appropriate corresponding information in the cart, to avoid all the manual fixes in…

  16. When building a report from Home> Logs, profile hyperlinks are active. When accessing this same report from Reports, the profile hyperlinks are not active. Please make these profile hyperlinks available whether accessing the report from Home> Logs or from Reports.

  17. Has Foundant explored the idea of creating their own mobile app for CSuite? I see a lot of requests related to making content more mobile friendly and responsive. I know you are revamping the donation pages with this in mind. But what about if there are staff members who could be helped by having a true mobile app with limited functionality? I'd bet there are many that have to be in the field meeting with folks for at least part of their day, and they would find great benefit in being able to quickly look up profiles, view grant and…

  18. Provide an optional Dropdown Field on Grant Requests/Recommendations from donor-advised funds:
    - General support
    - Program support (indicate specifics in Grant Description)
    - General support for an event, no benefits are received
    - Grant is for an event, full minimum cost to attend has been already paid in full outside the DAF

    Purpose: Increase due diligence when processing grants

  19. During audits, we reconcile the Net Asset account for each fund. While the total Net Assets for each fund appears as a hyperlink, clicking it does not display any associated G/L transaction history. Having visibility into all transactions tied to a fund's Net Assets would be extremely helpful for identifying discrepancies and resolving errors during the audit process.

  20. Currently you can only add/delete grant and voucher approvers in Funds > Grant Approver or Voucher Approver. Clicking into the name of an approver brings up a list of every fund in the system, but you cannot filter it by fund group or any other filter.

    I suggest just adding Grant Approver or Voucher Approver in the Bulk Edit menu on Reports! Then we can create a report that filters funds to our desire and then change Approvers there.
