  1. Would love ability to see where a "fund advisor" is accessing, fund statements versus documents versus tax receipts. We are trying to evaluate if our newsletter is being read that is provided at the time of fund statements. Our email directs them to click in documents to see but we have no way of knowing if they actually are.

  2. Please provide options to remove left navigation items from the Fund Advisor portal. We aren't using Vouchers, and that would confuse our users. Also, the "DONATE" tab is currently not useful to us.

    My hack solution is to rename "DONATE" to " "..... But (I can't do that with "VOUCHERS" because it appears in the middle of the left navigation so people will notice the gap while DONATE is at the bottom so a blank menu item will be less obvious.)

  3. In the grant approval in Csuite, there should be a way to skip a grant and have the system keep moving through the remainder of the list. Right now, if I need more information before approving, I have to either reject a grant (which I don't want to do) or go to manually selecting the next grant to review. The "go to the next grant" functionality will always bring me back to the grant that I wanted to skip. Also, it would be nice if the grants that I did approve displayed with the grant number as highlighted/in-focus, so that…

  4. It would be helpful to be able to Delete Item lines in Statement Vouchers after copying. I typically copy the previous month's voucher to create a new one. Some months have Realized Gains and some do not. I put a 0 when we don't have one, but it would be much cleaner if I could delete that line and add it back in the next time it is needed.

  5. Add a feature for grants that they can link to a Pledge on a profile. When someone gives a grant from a Pass-thru fund to a fund that they have a pledge, I am not able to link it. I need to cancel the payment.

  6. Please make it possible to import stewards to the respective funds. The bulk edit function that is available would be quite time consuming as we have 1000+ stewards to link to funds. Thx

  7. In order to track our commitments, we would like to use GLM and have it sync to CS. The advantage to using it in GLM instead of recurring grants in CS, is that we can refer back to the commitment to see the awarded amount, what has been paid, and what is left to pay. The problem is, if it is a multi year commitment, when created, the total amount will hit the GL. We would only want the $ amount to hit the GL as it is being paid, not the full amount in the 1st year. Can this…

  8. For Cash Management and Balance Swap purposes, I would like to see an account maximum. We have several checking accounts that need balance transfers if they exceed a certain amount. For example, any balance over $500,000 in one checking account needs to be transferred to an investment account.

  9. Add Organization Name and Contact Title as Template Fields for Grant Award letters. This addition will allow for proper acknowledgment of those fund advisors who advise Corporate DAFs and list their business address as their primary contact.

  10. With new sandbox release on 11/19/24- Be able to rename a report on a one time basis on the print screen. Instead of in the settings where you can change the name for "Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc" as the default name, we want it on the print screen. There are options to rename the columns, but let's add it for the report name on the same screen for a one off basis. :)

  11. We support multiple communities. When we show promoted funds on the portal, it would be nice to be able to show them by either Service Area or Group:Division. (Internally, we would be willing to use either of these attributes to assign the appropriate community.) So when the portal is displayed, users could easily find funds in their community. We want something similar to what the nonprofit directory allows where you can click on a type (i.e., Designated or Scholarship) to help filter a long listing.

  12. When a user clicks the DONATION Tab within their DAF, it brings them to the DONATE page (https://xxxxx.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/list). The user's own funds are listed somewhere on this page along with dozens of funds that we have 'promoted'. This isn't ideal since the user's fund(s) are buried in the page. Improvement is essential. Either (1) put the user's fund(s) at the top of the DONATE page, or (2) allow the user to find their funds via the SEARCH bar that's at the top of the page. Right now the user's fund(s) do not show up in SEARCH presumably because…

  13. When entering the information to calculate interest on term investments in bulk, is there a way for the Select Dates for Interest Calculation Description to include the term investment “Investing Fund” or “Short Name”? This would be similar to the merge fields in the templates.

    When these entries are exported and sorted, there is no reference to what term investment the interest goes to.

  15. Add a receipt interval to the recurring donation setup. We have some recurring donors who would prefer to only receive receipts at year’s end. Currently a profile’s email must be temporarily removed or set to inactive to ensure a receipt is not sent at the time a recurring donation is processed. When processing recurring donations they currently bypass the Receipt Bucket and move straight to the Posted Bucket.

  16. The Contact Person field on the Nonprofit Designation should be linked to the (Primary) Contact Field on the associated Organization profile. This way, when one of the fields is changed, the other is updated automatically with the most recent contact information.

    Currently, changing the Contact Person field on the NonProfit designation does not automatically update the Organization profile and requires the update to be done in two places which is redundant.

  17. We assign tasks to our development team and meet with the team to review/update, etc. It would be helpful if we could filter on the assigned tasks to see one Steward at a time.

  19. When importing a batch of grants, you should be able to specify an expense account at the time of import. Currently you can't, so if you import a huge batch of grants that needs a specific expense account, you have to go through and individually edit each grant to the correct expense account anyway, which defeats the purpose of being able to batch import grants.

  20. Copied task from an idea that was flagged "implemented" ... it is not implemented!

    It would be really nice if tasks could be tied to profiles, funds, grants, etc. and if they could show up like notes do (or at least having that option for them to show up). We are used to the "contacts" tab in FIMS which both informed the team of communications between donors and staff as well as provided an option to follow up if necessary. Thanks
