make fund advisor inactive
there should be a check box on the fund advisor record that allows you to make them inactive. In some cases I don't want to delete them as I want to still know they are the fund advisor but I don't want them in the list

grant notification to grantees - have two default emails
Currently the grant notification to grantees includes one default email and the option to manually add a second email notice. Is it possible to allow us to have a second default email load rather than adding manually. We have a number of grantees who have two people they want to receive a notice and it is not conducive to have to always remember to add the second person.

award date
When paying out a scholarship, currently, the award date can be later than the payment date. There should be a safeguard in place where this can't happen, in case someone makes a mistake.

Living Member Donations for an Inactive Household
Looking to see if this can be a possibility in the future. For INACTIVE household donations, made inactive due to one member of the household having died, to be absorbed by the living members profile. This would make it so the household itself would no longer have to be linked to that individual. Also when that individual logs into the portal, they could see their past household donations included in with their individual donations, if there are any.

Year end tax receipts certain dollar amount filter
Is there a way that a filter can be added like the one on the 990 report (total donations exceeding) to the donor report to run tax receipts letters for only a certain dollar amount, (see attached screenshots).
Please consider this request, I think it will help a lot of foundation out at year end.1 vote -
On Home Page left column display Recent Items like in Salesforce, a view of recently viewed records (top 10 of anything with a unique id)
In Salesforce on the home page there is an option to view recent items. It displays the most recent records that the user last looked at. In Csuite this could be anything with a unique id (note, task, profile, fund, vendor, donation, grant, etc.). Even displaying the most recent 5-10. Sometimes you step a way or click out or you need to remember what you last looked at and this can be a helpful tool. I've included a screenshot from Salesforce (with information redacted) and from where I suggest it displays on the home page.

I would like the function to search by report name and report ID in the global search.

Giving Hub Fund Order - Fund Advisors Funds should be first when the are logged in
In the giving hub the funds that are promoted are listed in alphabetical order. When fund advisors are logged in and switch to the giving hub to donate to heir fund(s), their funds are organized in that promoted list in alphabetical order. A fund advisors funds should show up first, not mixed into the list of promoted funds, so that they can easily identify their funds and make a gift. Because many funds start with 'The' their fund tends to be listed lower.

Please can you add a link to the note types in the Notes section (currently you have to go to Opportunities, which does not seem intuitive).

Bulk Create Yearly Receipt and Upload to Fund Advisor Portal (files/resources)
The bulk create yearly tax receipts is a great function - and I would love it if we could leverage the way we do statements. Currently, the option is to mail or email the yearly receipt on an individual level. If we could have a way to bulk create them for donors and publish to the fund advisor portal, not the donor portal, so that fund advisors can see the tax receipts this would get around the issue of individuals having to change the profile to the household to see household donations. This way they could see their yearly receipts in the fund advisor portal, and all individuals in the fund could see it. I could see us running these quarterly as well as yearly, so having the bubbles for date ranges like the create a fund statement would be great.
To be able to do this in bulk, publish online to the portal, would be fantastic.

Create Grant Request - Enhancement Option to Rename the Button
In the new portal there is an option to rename the Grant Request left navigation menu tab, which is great. However, the persistent Create Grant Request button on the top left is not something to rename. So if we want to rename the left navigation to "Recommend a Grant" which is the language our fund advisors are used to seeing, the language of Create Grant Request is not consistent. So, regardless of the option to customize the tab name, because the button is fixed we are going to be restricted to naming it consistent to the button. If we can make the button an option to customize the name, that will allow us fully leverage the flexibility of customizing the language around requesting a grant.

grant request button
We have opened the new portal to our donors, and they generally like it.
One request was to move or enlarge the "Create Grant Request" button. It's currently at the top right of each page, and our donors felt that it would be better to have that be more prominent.

add photos
We now allow users to edit their own information. Our records allow photos to be included for each user. So when the user clicks on "Personal Information" -> "Edit Information", can we allow them to add (or change) a photo?
- It's unclear to me how the photos in the profiles are used. I don't see where they show up.
- They should show up at least when you are viewing the profile. But other photo uses are possible including when you are listing the advisors/managers of funds, photos are worth a thousand words.1 vote -
Allow for multiple advisors on an account to be notified when requesting balance swaps
Being able to automatically send the request account advisors for money to be moved in the balance swap process is great. It would be even better if we could add a second person to be receive the request. We have multiple financial advisors who want their admin person to receive these types of requests along with them.

Auto Tax Receipt and Event Ticket Receipt based on Donation Amount
The option to auto tax receipt based on the donation amount would be very beneficial as not every single small donation needs a tax receipt. This would be a setting in the donations settings that allows for the inputting of an amount and should that threshold be reached, then the donation or event ticket receipt would be automated. Otherwise, it would have to be manually processed.

Home - Pledges/Promises - Filter Reports.
Please add to the list of available filters, pledge campaign since this is a field that is on the pledge. This would help when needing to see a list of pledges & outstanding balances for a specific campaign. This report is the best report for reviewing outstanding balances of pledges & this data point would make it even more useful.

Please include the fund group/subgroup/segment/division, fund short name & campaign associated with the pledge to the list of fields that could be included on the raw export of the report. This would help with reporting that has to be done outside of the system without the use of additional reports to get these data points & information.

Bulk Post Pledges - New Bucket
After importing pledges into CSuite users are unable to bulk post all of the pledges listed in the new bucket. This requires the user to click into each pledge & then post. This requires additional setup time when working with a high volume of pledges.

Campaign - Linked to Pledge on Pledge Import
When bulk importing pledges it is not possible to include the campaign that is associated with each of the pledges that are being imported. It has to be added 1 by 1 after the pledge is in CSuite which requires additional setup time after the import. This would save time when setting up pledges associated with a campaign in CSuite.

Portal: Customize or Options for Home Page
Create customizable options for the Top Donor's and Top Grantees charts on the home page. Many of our donors fund their DAFs with a single contribution, like an endowment. In this situation, when the donation is past the default date, which looks like the last 12 months, the donor is welcomed to a blank and confusing screen. A sample is attached. If there was a way to change the default date that is shown in the top right corner that would be great, or simply showing all donations, would be good. A blank chart looks really bad and is confusing to our donors.
Possibly creating more options that would allow for a more customizable dashboard type of view would be good for organizations that have different focus. In our case the grants that are given are the main focus and if possible we'd prefer to have that at the top.

Archive or 'Inactive' Tax Receipt Templates
Currently, if we create 'one-off' tax receipt templates for donor acknowledgements, we have removed the template and saved off site to keep our templates from becoming cluttered. It would be helpful if we could instead 'Archive' or make certain tax receipt templates 'Inactive' so they don't populate when entering donations to allow for a more clean and efficient entry process.
