  1. When there is an opportunity that is attached to a fund, it would be great if the opportunity showed up on the relationships tab of the fund, just like for individual profiles.

  2. The new functionality to get MFA by email has now ADDED more clicks for users who have been regularly using MFA apps/PIN. Now we have to select the PIN option before entering. Can we make PIN the default and if someone wants the code by email, they can click that option? Usability and the number of clicks a normal user has to make really needs to be taken into account when making updates to the system. New functionality should try to avoid add more work to the common user.

  3. In the new portal, the Steward is listed in the middle of the fund financials. After the numbers but before the charts. It was at the top of the page in the previous portal, which made more sense. Can we move it out of the middle of the fund financials?

  4. Please add a field so that the subject line of the guest link email can be changed. While the recent updates to allowing for the email body content are great, they still do not solve the issue that individuals will not open emails that look like spam, and the current subject line looks like spam.

    The current subject line is: Event Ticket Portal Link.

    Refrencing this recent update: Portal Options-Giving Hub Content-Campaigns: Added a Resend Guest Link Content area. This will allow users the ability to customize the resend guest link content.

  5. I would like to see the design and position of the "Logout" button to be changed within Csuite so it's easily distinguished from "Portal," "Reports" and the other menu options.

    Most user interfaces have the logout option at one corner of a page and usually the font or design is different so it's not mistaken for another menu option. After the update adding the "Portal" option to the menu bar at the top of CSuite, I find myself sometimes misclicking and accidentally logging myself out.

  6. The CSV upload within the bank reconciliation does not work correctly for checks with Multi as the transaction ID. The worst part about that is the Multi checks do not stay as an unmatched item, the system automatically deletes all the multi checks that were original uploaded in the CSV file. this forces us to manually reconcile the checks to our upload to find out which checks were deleted from the file. Why can't the multi check stay on the bank reconciliation file as UNmatched so the user knows which check numbers the system is having issues matching?? it would…

I just learned on the Idea Lab Live session that the DONOR tab has to be functional in the Portal for FAs to be able to view their donation receipts, thus making the portal accessible to any of our donors. We do not want this, we want to limit access to the portal to only our fund advisors, while still being able to provide them with the information they need. We are not comfortable with not being able to control who accesses the portal for information. If it is possible to restrict this to FAs, please make it so.

  8. When making a grant request fund advisors are able to see the grantee name, but not the address. They can see the address at the review stage before submitting, but this means if they selected the wrong location they need to go back, delete it, find the right grantee and make the grant request all over again. We've gotten some feedback that some fund advisors are afraid to move forward in the grant request process because they are worried they selected the wrong one.   9. Right now, there is an option to either send the Cart Reminder Email daily automatically or manually, which we can control. We think daily is a bit too frequent and would love the option to set which days it is sent. Like Mondays only, or Monday and Wednesday, etc. That way we can control the cadence to work better with our workflows for grant processing, and not overload our users with too many emails.

  11. Being able to automatically send the request account advisors for money to be moved in the balance swap process is great. It would be even better if we could add a second person to be receive the request. We have multiple financial advisors who want their admin person to receive these types of requests along with them.

  12. When the profile of a Nonprofit Organization is edited, it would be awesome to have some sort of reminder that there is a Nonprofit profile associated with it that may also need to be updated. For example, if an organization profile has a new primary contact and it is also tagged as a nonprofit, most of the time that means the Nonprofit profile primary contact also needs changed, since they are not linked.

  13. New Portal - login as. When you login to the fund advisor portal as a fund holder you get kicked out of CSuite as yourself.

    This is a nightmare for every user who talks with fund advisors having to sign back into CSuite every time they look at someone else's portal information.

    The suggestion to login in two browsers, still results in the staff person having to log in repeatedly to CSuite in the second browser.

  14. I would love to see a column in the Vouchers listing showing which ones have attachments and which do not. Maybe it's just me but sometimes I mean to upload an invoice we've received to a voucher - showing the status of an attachment on a voucher will help me remember which ones to go back and upload.

  15. Please auto populate the Nonprofit Directory with an organization's contact information. We have to enter the same information twice which feels quite redundant! It would be much faster if the information appeared and we could then simply edit anything if needed.

  17. Currently only one person can be assigned to a Stripe Terminal and therefore is the only person that can process payments. We hold multiple events where different staff members will need access. Please add the option of multiple users per terminal. There could be a check box list of all users for our foundation and we could select which ones could have access. Thank you!

When doing a lookup in General Ledger for a specific account, it would be beneficial if there were an option to 'save' lookup parameters so users don't have to keep entering the same search criteria multiple times. For example, 90% of the time I am reviewing transactions in only a few GL accounts for the current month's date range. Every time I do this, I have to re-enter the account and date criteria which wastes a lot of time. It would be helpful to be able to save these search criteria and just select these from a list of saved…

  20. Could you please modify the grant description field so that it automatically wraps text when adding or editing descriptions?

    Currently, the field allows up to 255 characters, but it's challenging to verify entries because we can't view the entire description at once. It would greatly improve usability if the description text wrapped within the field during data entry, allowing us to see the complete description without having to scroll. Once the grant is saved, we can read the entire description in one field but still have to scroll when editing.
