Save Report Columns Options (ordering, naming, showing, etc.) on Print Screen in Financial Reports
Please add the option to save changes made to the Report Columns options when on the Print screen in Financial Reporting. The new changes made in Financial reporting allow for additional print options, but it is not possible to save these changes for future use. Please provide the option to save these changes so they can be loaded when re-running these financial reports in the future.

Opportunity Letter per Stage
Hi, I'm exploring the use of opportunities to manage our bequest administration process. It might be useful to be able to set a different Opportunity Letter template for each stage (e.g. Acknowledging Bequest Notification, Follow-up, etc).

"search by" box for campaign list
Good morning! Instead of scrolling down a list or using the 'find' on the browser to search for campaigns, could we have a 'search' box on top of the campaign list screen? For example, when we need to "add" a profile to a campaign, can we have the 'drop' box option to type in the name of the campaign instead of using the 'find' browser button, or scroll down a long list of campaigns. Thank you!

Add feature to manually split a Giving Hub donation among donors
In the past year, I have received 3 donations through out Giving Hub (via credit card on Stripe). Once, the donor wrote in their message that this donation was mean to be split in half, with the tax receipts going to two different people. Twice, the donors then called me right after and said they donated for themselves and on behalf of someone else, and they give me direction on who the donation receipt should go to. However, it does not seem possible to split a Giving Hub donation among various donors manually - but given the demand at my organization, this seems like a feature that should be possible manually from the back-end.
In these cases, I have to go back to the donor and tell them that I will either give them the tax receipt for the whole thing, or I will refund them and they can then send a e-transfer, which I can easily break into donations from two people. This is a big hassle for the donors, and I want to avoid making the donors do any extra work other than sending the donation in the first place.

Allow Grant Catalog content to be customized
If you visit a grant catalog while it is closed (specifically the URL of a specific grant request), the text is not customizable. Right now, it says "Sorry, that grant cycle is closed," which I think is unfriendly and almost unprofessional? There's not even a period at the end of the sentence. I'd love to be able to edit this content.

Multiple Forms of "Electronic Payment" - Everything gets captured in ACH file
The ability to further segment Electronic Payments so that payments made via etransfer etc don't get captured in ACH files. Right now, ACH files are generated by date, so if an operating expense is paid to a vendor via etransfer, and then grant payments are paid via EFT on the same date, that operating expense is included in the file with no way to refine. If there was an "Other Electronic Payment" vs "EFT Payment" option, it would be really helpful to ensure there are no duplicate payments. :)

Improve Functionality of Adding Profiles to a Campaign
Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

Dedupe by address and also by "similar" name.
Please add the ability to dedupe by address and also by "similar" name. Right now, the dedupe feature will not allow us to dedupe by address. That needs to be added. Also, the majority of dupes in organizations systems are not there because the are exact matches, they are there because of small differences. Such as Robert vs Bob Smith or 106 10th Avenue vs 106 Tenth Ave. I have worked with many other CRM's that could detect "similar profiles" (i.e. the name is slightly different but the address is the same, etc.) and offer them up for suggestions for deduping. Please incorporate this feature. Thank you!

profile report donations
Profile Reports need to have the ability to pull in roll-up information. I would love to see total household giving and giving by year for profiles. I use this as a fundraiser to see what my portfolio of donors has given this year.

From Portal - List all Fund Advisor's Funds at Top on Giving Hub
When a Fund Advisor clicks on "Donate" from the new Portal, they go to the Giving Hub and are presented with a list of their funds and promoted funds.
As of a release made in January 2025, their Private funds are listed first, followed by a mixture of their not private funds and our promoted funds listed in alpha order.
This is confusing for our fund advisors because they are not thinking about whether the fund is private or not, and it is not clear why their funds are in a mixed sort order.
Is it possible to list all of the fund advisor's funds to be at the top of the list - whether they are private or not before listing the promoted funds?

Custom Grant Fields available in portal
We have a custom field for grants that would be very helpful if it was available in the grant requests on the portal. We are implementing a work around with using the summary and a bulk action in reports but the availability of the custom field in the portal would be much easier.

Outlook integration - need to be able to choose app so you can attach to CSuite as soon as email sent
I noticed that the Outlook integration app works well for emails that have been sent, but that I can't access the app while drafting an email. It would be nice to have this feature, as then as soon as I hit send, it attachs to the file without having to go into my sent folder. Thanks!

Allow Profile Type screen to be accessible to staff but not editable
The Profile Types screen at the link below is a great place to reference coding in the system and to be able to quickly see what profiles are assigned those codes. Having access to this area also gives the ability to make changes. Can it be set so certain staff can view but not edit?

Add Proxy Information in System Log when Login As is used - Audit Purposes
When I login as another CSuite User and then make an update, the system log shows the action was made by the CSuite User, not by me proxied in as the CSuite user. Is there any way for you to record in the system log when an action has been completed by someone else proxied in as the user? We feel this is critical for audit purposes.

Set email for login and send email for password
Can you make the function that exists for Fund Advisor (legacy) available to all user logins? In this function, you can set the primary email as the login username in bulk and send an email for the user to set a password.

Add File Upload to ACH/Bank Info Section in Portal
We would like to request that a file upload option is added to the ACH/Banking information section of the portal. In addition to the button, a field is needed so that we can display what kind of information we are asking them to upload. Typically we require additional documentation for banking info and this would help to improve our process. The files that are uploaded here can go to the files on the profile. This would be amazing!

Permission to add a profile while on a campaign
Right now the ability to add a profile while on a campaign requires the Campaign Edit permission. Staff that are adding profiles to campaigns from that screen shouldn't necessarily be able to edit the campaign. Can this be a separate permission?

Quotation marks mess up letter formatting in PDF conversion
Please consider either adding error handling for the description fields for donations and grant suggestions in the portals to prevent special characters, or adjust the PDF conversion software on the back end to better handle special characters. If the Word template has conditional formatting and any text with quotation marks comes through, Word processes it properly, but the PDF conversion removes or changes the text. This results in incorrect instructions and other text fields being sent in PDF lettters. To be clear, it is correct in the Word documents and in the Donor portal, but the PDFs that actually go out to grantees/customers are incorrect.
Currently, if a customer enters a description in the portal and they enter text with a double quote("), the Word templates, such as the check letter, that use conditional formatting will work fine. The PDF documents that generate from the word conditional formatting completely mess up the description. This causes letter recipients(the Grant Check letter for instance) to get letters and other documentation in PDF format that have incorrect grant restrictions, special instructions, or other text.
