Add Subscribed & Unsubscribed checkboxes within email fields
We would like to eliminate the need for a custom row for tracking purposes. We would like to see both a Subscribed & Unsubscribed checkbox within the email rows. Sometimes our contacts move orgs or change emails and we'd like to track which email(s) are unsubscribed to ensure we are using the correct information. We would also like this option added in the reporting sections.

default expense accounts
When a fund advisor submits a voucher through their portal we have to have a default expense account set up. Our funds have different expense accounts depending on the type of fund it is. It would be nice if we didn't have to set a default and could just assign an expense account when we create the voucher on the back end OR be able to set these defaults by fund or fund type.

Primary email for grant letters
It would be SO helpful for the primary email that gets pulled in to email grant letters be for the development person (or whoever should get the letter). This is usually different than the primary email for the grantee (CEO, info account, etc.). I think the best way to do this is on the profile have the ability to mark an email for specific tasks (primary, grant letter recipient, etc.). Thanks!

Add Profile Type Field to the Profile Creation Interface
Is there a way to have the Profile Type in the Profile Creation Interface? It feels hidden in the Relationships tab and our staff entering or updating profiles accidentally miss it. It's also an additional click to see what Profile Type someone is and it would be nice to see right away that that they are a Professional Advisor or Founding Donor, for example.

Paid/Check Date as a column in Paid Bucket
Could there be an additional column to include the check date, so that we can see when the voucher was paid, when viewing the paid bucket?

Clarify individual/organization information needed in shopping cart check-out
The shopping cart radio button for Individual or Organization is leading to regular confusion/misinformation as we sell tickets for our fundraiser. It defaults to Individual so naturally people fill that out, but many of our donors are making payments on behalf of their businesses/organizations. Then we have to manually go in and change the donation from the person's name to the business/organization name as the donor. It would be nice to very clearly capture whether the Organization or the Individual is the actual donor and capture the appropriate corresponding information in the cart, to avoid all the manual fixes in the CSuite Donations section. At a minimum, in our case for our event, I would prefer to default to the Organization button over the Individual button. Also, the buttons being on the right of the page are kind of hidden. They should be on the left... or do away with the radio buttons make it a single form to capture organization info if applicable, and recognize when an organization is listed, the donation is from the organization.

E-Tickets for Events in CSuite
It would be great to have the ability to generate an event ticket that the attendees could show to get into the event instead of needing a paper ticket to enter.
Bonus points if there could be a QR Code or other scannable barcode generated that would auto-mark them as attended in CSuite.

Syncing a Csuite campaign into an already existing Mailchimp tag
Can a function be created to sync a new Csuite campaign into an already existing Mailchimp tag? Right now, a new Mailchimp tag has to be created for each Csuite campaign causing clutter in Mailchimp. For reoccurring newsletters, having the option to sync individual campaigns into the same tag would be very helpful.

Editable Unique URL for Funds
It would be great to have the option to customize the fund URLs so they are more donor-friendly and better reflect the fund name. Instead of a URL like /create/fund?funit_id=xxxx, it would be nice to have something like /donate/EarlyChildhoodEducation.

It would be helpful if we could add a checkbox for a donor to request further information on starting a fund or making a charitable estate gift when they make a gift on the Giving Hub and be notified that they are asking to be contacted.

engagement strategies
Utilizing Engagement Strategies for tracking and managing pools of constituents is a great tool, but it would be more useful if we were able to set criteria for each "Strategy" created. This would allow for a more structured system and provide some context to the intent/purpose of each strategy.

Multiple directories tied to profiles
Allow for multiple directories to be tied to profiles. For instance, we use the nonprofit directory feature, which is awesome. We would also like to have a consultant directory. I'm thinking same look and functionality, just allow for more than one directory option.

Revenue Share: "Percent" and "Avg Balance" Columns do NOT export
Please add ability for "Percent" and "Avg Balance" detail to export with the Revenue Share Audit Balance Percent Detail Report. It would be useful information to have both the Beginning "percentage" and the Ending "percentage" per month calculated and exportable.

Import Org Roles
I'd love to be able to import org role relationships for existing records the same we can import relationships. While I know we can bulk add org roles, this doesn't solve the fact that the start and end dates may be different. For example, I am relinking some former board members to our organization profile - they all have different dates of service I want to capture by using the start and end dates. While I can bulk add the Board member org role to these profiles and connect them in bulk to our organizational profile, I still have to go back and manually edit the start and end dates.

Budget % Over year automation
When putting in a budget for a fund, is there a way to have it not spread evenly out over the 12 month period? For example, can you allocate different % to different quarters? Like 20% Q1, 25% Q2, 35% Q3 etc. I know there is a manual way where you can put in a specific number for each month, but automating this with % amounts per quarter/month would be great.

AP historical aging
This has been requested before and marked as implemented, but not actually. Every auditor requests an A/P aging as of 12/31/24. Currently, if you select A/P aging, the report looks great and is exactly what you would want/expect. But if you select historical aging, instead, you get a list by fund, no aging aspect, and it's not anything like the current A/P Aging. Please create a report, as this is standard in most accounting systems, that will satisfy the auditors, without us having to export to excel, sort by invoice number, total by invoice number, and then manually age. Even if we have to create a custom report, please give us the options to do that.
