  1. We recently moved from Raiser's Edge to CSuite, where we had the option to link a tribute record to an existing profile. It would be great, for continuity purposes, to be able to tie a tribute record to an existing profile. For example, gifts made in honor of our CEO, would be linked to her profile in CSuite. Additionally, tributes made in memory of a deceased individual, would be linked to that individual's profile. I'd love to have the option to make these connections, while still having the ability to add tributes for individuals who do not have profiles.

  2. Good morning! Instead of scrolling down a list or using the 'find' on the browser to search for campaigns, could we have a 'search' box on top of the campaign list screen? For example, when we need to "add" a profile to a campaign, can we have the 'drop' box option to type in the name of the campaign instead of using the 'find' browser button, or scroll down a long list of campaigns. Thank you!

  3. In the past year, I have received 3 donations through out Giving Hub (via credit card on Stripe). Once, the donor wrote in their message that this donation was mean to be split in half, with the tax receipts going to two different people. Twice, the donors then called me right after and said they donated for themselves and on behalf of someone else, and they give me direction on who the donation receipt should go to.   4. If you visit a grant catalog while it is closed (specifically the URL of a specific grant request), the text is not customizable. Right now, it says "Sorry, that grant cycle is closed," which I think is unfriendly and almost unprofessional? There's not even a period at the end of the sentence. I'd love to be able to edit this content.

  5. Need to create a recurring voucher that has a multi-fund. Currently, I create the lines for each fund's account but can only put in one fund. Once I create the voucher, then I can select the multiple fund. Opportunity for Functional Reporting and Efficiency: We figured out a method to do mutliple fund for functional reporting as transactions are recorded. This allows for timely reporting of by functional accounts. However, it takes more time with our recurring vouchers (75% of our transactions) to edit for the mutliple funds.

  6. When a Fund Advisor clicks on "Donate" from the new Portal, they go to the Giving Hub and are presented with a list of their funds and promoted funds.

    As of a release made in January 2025, their Private funds are listed first, followed by a mixture of their not private funds and our promoted funds listed in alpha order.

    This is confusing for our fund advisors because they are not thinking about whether the fund is private or not, and it is not clear why their funds are in a mixed sort order.

  8. We have a custom field for grants that would be very helpful if it was available in the grant requests on the portal. We are implementing a work around with using the summary and a bulk action in reports but the availability of the custom field in the portal would be much easier.

  9. I noticed that the Outlook integration app works well for emails that have been sent, but that I can't access the app while drafting an email. It would be nice to have this feature, as then as soon as I hit send, it attachs to the file without having to go into my sent folder. Thanks!

  10. The Profile Types screen at the link below is a great place to reference coding in the system and to be able to quickly see what profiles are assigned those codes. Having access to this area also gives the ability to make changes. Can it be set so certain staff can view but not edit?

  11. Only staff members with full "Manage Login Info/Login As" permissions on the Profile can fully set up a new "Fund Advisor" record through to the "Send Login Email" step.

    Having "Manage Login Info/Login As" means the employee can reset ANY staff member's password - which means they can take over any account in CSuite. This is essentially the MOST critical security authorization available.

    We will not give our fundraising staff this level of access, but it means that all new Fund Advisor setups must run through one of our primary site administrators rather than be managed by our fundraisers.

  12. Can you make the function that exists for Fund Advisor (legacy) available to all user logins? In this function, you can set the primary email as the login username in bulk and send an email for the user to set a password.

  14. We would like to request that a file upload option is added to the ACH/Banking information section of the portal. In addition to the button, a field is needed so that we can display what kind of information we are asking them to upload. Typically we require additional documentation for banking info and this would help to improve our process. The files that are uploaded here can go to the files on the profile. This would be amazing!

  17. Right now the ability to add a profile while on a campaign requires the Campaign Edit permission. Staff that are adding profiles to campaigns from that screen shouldn't necessarily be able to edit the campaign. Can this be a separate permission?

  18. We love the bulk update functions in custom reports for grants. It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to bulk upload IDs and then gain access to the bulk options for grants.

    For example, we are tracking grants for Hurricane Helene, which requires pulling reports and sorting in excel. It would be worlds more efficient if we could bulk upload grant IDs to mark the custom fields on these grants at once (vs. going one at a time, incredibly time consuming during a challenging time in our state).

  20. Give us "USPS Validated" as a report field.

    Use case: We can filter our grants or voucher buckets to quickly determine which addresses still need to be validated.

    As it stands now, I cannot run a report to see which profiles have a USPS validated address.
