Turn off notifications when deactivating CSuite user
When we "Make Inactive" a CSuite user when an employee leaves, it should automatically turn off any notifications to that user.
Currently, we have to remember that a person is receiving "grant request notification" emails for example, and uncheck the box manually BEFORE deactivating the user, or else those emails will continue. Worse, when you go to see whether they are included in the list of people receiving this notification, their name won't even appear... which requires you to reactivate the user just to be able to turn the notifications off.
It's nice when you don't have to do these things after the fact, so that our user list accurately reflects the date we removed their access to the system, for audit purposes. Seems like this functionality should be baked into the deactivation of a user. Can you please consider adding it? Thank you.

The ability to inactivate a scholarship to remove it from the scholarship list.
If a scholarship is retired or no longer being used, the ability to inactivate it would be helpful. This would allow that list of scholarships in the scholarships menu to just reflect active scholarships.

Beneficiary "On hold" or Inactive
Allow for making a distribution to a Beneficiary on a fund "on hold" so that it will not be created when spendable grants are done. we have many funds that have beneficiaries as part of their fund agreement but the distribution is on hold for various reasons (the fundholders desire the fund to get to a certain level before making distributions, the fund is waiting for proceeds from life insurance, etc.). But we would like to have the beneficiary information created on the fund so it can easily be "activated" when the hold is removed.

Change fund on donation
I wish there was a way to do a fund adjustment on a donation. There is an option to change donor, but not to change fund. There are occasions where we find this out after the period has closed and there's no great way to fix it.

Expand the Fund Beneficiary options from just percentages to both specific amounts and percentages.
We have donors who have designated multiple fund beneficiaries and request that one beneficiary receive a dollar amount, and then the others receive percentages of what is then available each year. Or several beneficiaries are to receive specific amounts and a final one to receive 100% of the residual. The work-around to set up recurring grants and process them before the percentages kick in is an opportunity for mistakes and is not sustainable for these perpetual grants. Please create the option of having a blend of percentages and fixed amounts so that we can fulfill donor intent efficiently. THANKS.

Navigation: Shift-Select Multiple Checkboxes #letshifthappen
When filtering a custom report on a field with dozens or hundreds of entries (Ex: fund account listings) you currently need to check one... checkbox...at...a...time. This forced exercise in patience and eye-straining focus is simply unjust. We don't need the carpal tunnel injury lawyer sharks to start circling our Foundat dev team. Let's agree that the humane solution is to grant the user the civilized option to hold down shift while selecting between checkboxes, to auto check all the ones between them. Just 2 clicks needed for a range, not 200.

Recurring Grant: Calendar End Date Option
When entering a recurring grant through fund manager or directly through Csuite, there is currently no option to specifically enter a calendar end date. There is the option to choose the "number of recurring" or "max recurrence," but there is no option to choose an actual calendar year end date for the recurring grant. For example, if I want to end quarterly gifts on 1/5/2028 that began on 10/5/2021, instead of putting the end date as "1/5/2028" I actually have to count the recurrence as 26 and put in that specific number. The ability to put in a particular number of recurrences is useful in some situations, but awkward in other situations. It would be very helpful to have the option to name a specific calendar year end date (i.e. 10/5/2028) along with the option to enter a certain number of recurrences.

Express consent to share donor info with fund holders
In order to comply with British Columbia privacy laws, we need to achieve "express consent" to share donor info via the donation pathway and track that consent so that info is shared appropriately with fund advisors. I'd like to see CSuite help us achieve that via the donation process with the addition of a checkbox during checkout.
The checkbox could look similar to the “Donation in Honour of” checkbox and read something like:
[_] Yes please share my name and contact information with the xxxFund Holder/Charity so they can contact me directly to share information about their programs and campaigns. Note that we do not share your personal information with other charitable organizations without your express consent. For information about our privacy policies contact privacy [admin email address].
Ideally, the fund advisor and contact info could be customized via the system data tab.

Task Calendar Invite
Currently we us Outlook 365 and the Outlook desktop program. When I create a task for myself and choose to send a calendar invite, outlook does not allow me to save to my calendar (on the desktop version OR the web version) This means its double duty to create a task so I can track in the CRM system AND then have to create my own calendar invite. This gets to be really redundant and time consuming. Would love a fix or a work around that is not sending my task to another employee to have to send back to me to get on my calendar.

ID # search
The only search function that allows you to search using ID #s is the main search bar on the top left of the home page. It would be great if the ID # search would be available in all search areas instead of having to type in the fund name, profile name, etc. We are at the beginning phases of using CSuite and have multiple profiles that have the same name. It is impossible to find the correct profile when searching only by name. Using ID search in all areas would help keep errors to a minimum.

Hi Foundant, was wondering if at some point you will have some kind of integration between the investments companies like UBS, and community suite, like the one we have for donations and stripe, will be super helful when we are working with investments accounts

Log for Online Grant Requests Before Creating the Grant
Currently the first log item for an Online Grant Request is once the grant is created. However, the grantee can be changed before the grant is created. If an incorrect change was made to the grantee field, there's no backup of the original Fund Advisor's request. Please have the log show when changes are made to the grantee before the online grant request is created.

Do not send Grant Notify email when a grant is unposted
We would like to be able to turn off the Grant Unpost email, as it tends to cause concern for Fund Advisors when minor changes are made to a posted grant. It would be nice to separate the settings!

inactive users - remove from assign to task list
Remove inactive users from the Assign To search box when creating a Task. When creating tasks inactive users are still listed as options to assign a task to which makes the list of users cluttered and can cause a task to be assigned to a former employee.

fund advisor portal grant notification-advisor specific
Please make Grant Notify specific to the advisor who made the recommendation. There are many funds with multiple advisors and only the person who recommended the grant should receive notification that it has arrived or is being paid. Telling all the relatives every time one makes a grant is intrusive.

Edit Profile Payments
Please add the ability to edit profile payment details. If you've gone through the process of creating a profile payment but set an incorrect date or amount, the whole profile payment has to be deleted. This is particularly challenging once you've already created invoices and donations tied to the profile payment.

email - integration with Outlook
Emailing right from a profile. It would be helpful to be able to click on an email in a profile and have it populate directly into outlook.
