Allow Multi-fund Vouchers through Portal
Allow Multi-fund voucher requests through the portal. We have fiscal sponsorships that have multiple funds for grant-tracking purposes. They need to pay invoices/vouchers from multiple of the grant funds without having to submit 4 voucher requests for the same invoice. if this cannot be done, PLEASE allow online voucher requests to be changed to multi-fund once they're created in CSuite.

Tributes and Stripe gifts
Stripe gifts come into Csuite posted. If a tribute is added to the donation in Stripe, the tribute does NOT go into the tribute bucket. Also, there is no way to edit the tribute. We need the ability to make changes and add the tribute into the tribute bucket in order to properly notify people
10 votesThere is an option now to clear a tribute and and then add the correct one. I realize this is not the ask for the request, but it is a work around at this time.

Scholarship Letter Templates - Sort by Student Name!
We have had several universities complain that the scholarship letter template is messy and that it would be easier if it was organized by student name. After poking around and speaking with a support specialist, it seems this is not possible.
I have attached a copy of our current scholarship letter with fake names to give an idea of how Csuite currently arranges the order of students, which is by individual grant. I've also attached an alphabetized version of the same list of "students" to show a better flow.
You will see on the current version of the template, if a student has multiple scholarships they can be listed on separate pages which may lead to a university overlooking part of their funding. On the alphabetized version, this is no longer an issue, making it much more streamlined for bursars to see exactly how much each student is receiving and from how many scholarships.
I would like a "sort by each student" or "{{#foreach student}}" option within the template fields. Currently, the only option is "for each grant".

Custom Additional Fields for Tickets in Event Campaigns
As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.
We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.
I know there are some order options that we can use for this purpose - since you will soon be able to indicate a "vegetarian/non-veg" or "adult/child" option on each ticket, we might use this for "Framed/Unframed" as an option.
We'd imagine that ALL those data points might be available to the template for the donor receipt. Also we'd like multiple orders of the same item (4 copies of the same poster) to appear on the receipt as such, rather than generating four unique PDFs (the current behavior for multi tickets).
Lastly, I'd like the Fund Holder to be able to login to the Portal and trigger some kind of report on the granular tickets with detail, that contributed to their fund. At present the whole order is rolled up into a single donation amount.
I know this might not be ready till NEXT Thanksgiving, but I"m putting it out there now so that others who could use it might chime in.

Why do the profile links not allow a drill down like Org Roles?
Why do the profile links not allow a drill down like Org Roles? I can't list profiles even though the profile link ID # is blue (which generally means I can drill down for more information).

Allow option to update/not update synced profile fields between GLM and CSuite
Currently, when a profile is linked from GLM to CSuite, existing CSuite data is overwritten with GLM data if it differs. Since CSuite is our database of record, and since applicants often misspell, type all caps, put their home addresses instead of org address, use abbreviations, etc., we often find that bad data has replaced the good in CSuite. It would be nice to have either: 1. a checkbox option that offers a choice to update a profile at the time the GLM and Csuite profiles are linked; 2. a global setting to allow or not allow updates to flow from GLM to CSuite; or 3. when a link is established, data flows in the opposite direction (CSuite to GLM). We can't be the only foundation that uses CSuite as our database of record; everyone relies on that info, not just the grants team.

Upload Ids - Expand Report Types
Would be great if uploading by profile ID allowed you to create reports beyond just a profiles report - why not expand to include that for any type of report where profile id is a filterable option.

User Reporting Permissions
Would love the ability to assign edit rights to multiple people in reporting. For example, one person on a team may create the report, but the report is intended to belong to the team. It would be great to be able to assign other members of that team to edit those reports, rather than having to save a duplicate as their own.

Check Detail Attachment
We use the "Detail Attachment" to send to grantees with checks that have 5 or more grants, but it could be even easier! Please add the following 2 things:
Our name! Our foundation's name isn't anywhere on this attachment, so I have to add it manually to the pdf.
The check number
If this attachment gets separated from the check - and let's be honest, that can easily happen - the grantee needs to know who this is coming from and the check number for accounting purposes.

More Customization Language
Some of our fund holders are confused by some language and say it is not intuitive and feels too "jargon-y." We appreciate the option to edit language on some of the headers, it would be great to extend that to more places on the portal. We add instructions at the top of each page, but sometimes that isn't enough.
Some specific requests we've gotten to update the language are:
"COPY" button under the grants tab.
"Search Grantee" and "Manual Grantee" buttons when requesting a grant
"Description" and "Additional grantee contact" when requesting a grant.

Inactive Grantee, but not Inactive Vendor
Inactive Grantee, but not Inactive Vendor. I recently needed to correct activity that was improperly processed as a grant. I made the grantee profile inactive, and it also made the vendor profile inactive. The vendor designation is correct as the activity should be processed as a voucher. Ask: have the inactive flag seperate for grantee and vendor.

Manual Sort Order in Giving Hub
Please allow for the giving hub to be manually sorted. This could be a sort order field on the fund record that allows for a number to be input, indicating the order it should appear on the giving hub fund list. It could also work in tandem with the currently alphabetical sort, sorting funds alphabetically that do not have a sort order set.

Split Interest Payment Schedule
On the Split Interest Payment Schedule, is there a way to edit the headings so it also refers to what box number of the 1099R that each amount should be populated in? And put the columns in the same order as the 1099R?

CGA Split Interest Federal Withholding
One of my CGA annuitants has federal withholding withheld from her payment. There isn't an option on the Split Interest Payment Schedule for this amount. Please include a column for this amount.

Scholarship Payment Report
The default scholarship payment report includes voided checks so payments are listed twice with no notation that the payment check has been voided. When creating custom reports, there is no filter to exclude voided payments. I was advised by foundant support to export two different reports to excel and use a merge query to combine reports. Maybe that sounds easy and doable but not to me. It would be helpful if a we could run a report that shows actual payments.

A way to restrict users' access to internal funds, either through permissions or other means. We have sensitive operating funds related to compensation that we wish to restrict access to.

Donation Portal Fund Grouping, Nonprofit Service Area, and Tabs
Thanks for all the great recent donation portal updates! I like that we now have the option to show the fund's grant type on the fund listing page. It would be great if there was also the option to group funds by their grant types like how the nonprofit directory works. We like that the nonprofit directory includes the grant types, but it would be great if service areas could be an additional way to filter this page. In addition, it would be great to be able to reorder the tabs that appear on the portal. We don't currently have many events and would like the Nonprofits tab to appear before that. Thanks for considering!

Vouchers and Prepaids
Is there a way to enter a voucher for an annual subscription where it automatically records the prepaid and corresponding monthly subscription expense in each following month? Or can the prepaid only be spent down through journal entries? I think it would be very helpful to have the option to enter the prepaid voucher with corresponding monthly spend down at the initial input.
3 votesOnce the voucher is posted, you could create a recurring journal entry with an end date. Not a perfect solution, but you would not need to remember to create a new journal entry each month.

Adding an Org to a Household for Roll-Up Reporting
I am wondering if CSuite could make it possible to add an Org profile to a household. This would be extremely helpful for donor roll-up reporting. We have many donors who hold DAFs outside of the foundation. When necessary, we create an Org profile for these DAFs. Over time, our donors may give from different entities (as an individual, as a household, and/or from their external DAF). For internal reporting, it would amazing if we could add the external DAF to the household so that in a roll-up report we get a summary of donations from all entities.
In the meantime, I'd love to hear how others are handling this. The goal here is to track donations to our operating fund over time, creating a comprehensive and summarized list of donors (i.e. rolling up donations from individuals, a household, and/or an external DAF that we know are all connected into one line).
