Change Log back to detail it used to provide
The log previously provided more detail on what was actually changed. Now in some areas, it's just showing the CSuite reference ID for the field that was changed. This is extremely confusing to follow. For example, I just changed the subgroup on a fund, and instead of it saying the name of the subgroup, it only has the ID which I would have to research to interpret the log. Previously, as recently as January 2023, when the fund’s subgroup was changed, it included the ID number as well as the name of the subgroup. This change makes it very difficult to interpret the log. It should go back to saying the words that were changed, and I shouldn’t have to investigate to see what the ID numbers mean. It would be wonderful if the log could be reverted back to showing more detail in all areas where this was removed. Thanks.

Financial Views
When adding an account group in the financial view, it would be helpful to be able to have a box "select all" accounts and then unselect the ones that are not needed. Otherwise, it takes a long time to select a large group of accounts.

Auto-Format Dates and Phone Numbers for Profile Imports and Bulk Updates
When using the Profile Import and Profile Bulk Update features, it would be great if CSuite auto-formatted phone numbers and dates during the import process. Rather than having to format these phone numbers and dates up-front in Excel, it would be great if CSuite automatically formatted these values during the import process. Getting the choice of how they format (phone numbers with or without dashes, dates with slashes or dashes, etc.) would also be helpful and could be a setting under profile settings.

All in One Master Report
A common issue when reporting is building multiple different types of custom reports to pull all necessary data. This splits the information across multiple reports and requires Excel knowledge to combine them together. Instead, it would be much better if there was a single report that had all of the most commonly used/reported fields.
Most of the custom reports in CSuite contain many extraneous fields that are never even reported on. Given that trying to load every single one of the fields on a page would be difficult, let's ignore the unused and un-reported fields and include only the most commonly reported fields in our master report.

Accessing attached files and notes on profiles from any designation
It would be nice to be able to see any attached file for a profile record from any of the designation fields without having to change tabs. My suggestion is that the file tab has a drop down by designation so that when you are looking at a profile marked as a donor you see donor related files first, but have the option to see other related files if that donor is also a fund advisor, grantee, etc. without needing to change designations. I don't like knowing that I uploaded a file but then seeing "0" under files because I am in a different tab and then I have to hunt for where the file is.

online donations creating new profiles each time
A donor should have the option to use their existing profile in the system instead of creating a new profile every time they donate.

mobile app
Has Foundant explored the idea of creating their own mobile app for CSuite? I see a lot of requests related to making content more mobile friendly and responsive. I know you are revamping the donation pages with this in mind. But what about if there are staff members who could be helped by having a true mobile app with limited functionality? I'd bet there are many that have to be in the field meeting with folks for at least part of their day, and they would find great benefit in being able to quickly look up profiles, view grant and donation history, and add notes, without having to navigate the mobile browser.

Fund Balance Check on Grant Posting
When posting a grant, the system should check the balance of the fund no matter what the grant date or posting date is. Currently the system only checks the fund balance and gives a warning message if the grant date and date it's being posted are the same. If the grant date is in the future (as all of ours are), the system will allow you to post grants over the balance in the fund. As we are not posting grants on the same day as the grant date, it would be ideal if the system would give a warning message no matter what the grant date is. I was surprised to learn this isn't how it's working, and it would be a huge help if this could be changed. Thanks.

Multiple Advisors on one grant
We have many donor advised funds with multiple advisors. There are often times when they want two or more advisors listed on the same grant. Is there a way to add this option? Otherwise we need to contact the grantee and let them know all of the advisors involved in a grant.

Campaigns Without Tickets for Online Donations
Event Campaigns should be able to be created without needing to sell tickets. This would streamline online donations targeted for a specific purpose or campaign. The campaign could then have a specific URL and QR code created, like campaigns already do, but without needing donors to purchase a ticket, it could take them right to a donation page that is tied to the fund attached to that campaign. This would create more efficiency around event campaigns, continue the trend of online donations becoming more popular and accessible at events, and reduce the additional time it takes to manually attach donations to specific giving campaigns. The example for this idea is our annual year-end mailing to affiliate partners; the mailer could have the QR code on the flier, and rather than send in a check and manually add it to the campaign, they could just scan it and donate to the fund directly associated with the fund/campaign designation.

Donor Rollup Report: Date of Last Gift
On the donor rollup report, it appears that if someone is part of a household, but has given individually, it’s not showing the date of last gift. It’s blank for the household. If only the household has given, the date is there, but not if someone that is part of that household has given individually. Total donations are there, just not that field. The only way to determine the date of last gift for the household is to examine the regular donor report. You have to look at each member of the household, and isolate the last gift date for anyone there. Can the date of last gift be added to the rollup report if members have given individually?

Flag Duplicate Addresses
Right now, the "duplicates" tab only flags profiles with duplicate name, email address, or phone number. Could it also flag duplicate addresses? We have many donors who may use a slightly different name when donating (like putting in "Michael" for one donation but "Mike" for another, so it doesn't flag it as a duplicate profile). If the system also flagged duplicate addresses, it would hopefully catch more of those.

Envelope Printing Incorrectly for DAF Donations
For Donations that are from a Donor Advised Fund or other scenarios where you have an Advisor to the donation that needs the tax receipt or acknowledgement letter (e.g., Edward Jones account is donor, but Jane Smith is advisor), the envelope template in Csuite still pulls "Edward Jones 1234 Foundant St" as the address, not the donor advisor. How can this be changed or can I change the envelope template and re upload this? I have to go to the donor advisor profile each time and print an envelope from their profile, rather than just use the streamlined 'print envelopes' section in receipts bucket. Thanks!

Capitalization
When creating a profile the State should always be capitalized. The system puts it in lower case. Would be great if it was automatically uppercase as it should be.

Capacity to tag additional profiles in notes
Capacity to share notes between profiles would be awesome.
Example 1: Fundraising visit with a particular business. Visit notes could go on the business profile, but the note could "tag" additional profiles, such as the business staff members present at the meeting.
Example 2: We utilize notes to capture obituary information. Family members could be "tagged" on the note in order to share the information across profile records, rather than repeating the obit note several times. One entry, several tags = awesome!

Don't notify advisor any grant adjustments
The other day we had a check that printed on plain paper by accident. We had to adjust all the grants in the batch (cancel payment and then pay again) in order to re-print the check. Every advisor received a notice that payment was cancelled. This caused a lot of confusion. Is there a way to program CSuite so it does not send a notice when "cancelling" a grant payment?

Add the Grant Funding table for Grant Catalog Grants to the Grant (Award) Letter
Please make the Grant Funding table, found at the bottom of a Grant Catalog Grant once it has been funded, available to the Grant Letter and Grant Award Letter templates. Currently, it is not possible to use a template to pull where the grant was funded from out of the system.
Nonprofits often want to know where the money comes from when they are funded for a Grant Catalog grant. The only way is to manually pull that info out of the system, and it isn't really reportable either.
The Grant Catalog is becoming a more and more popular way to fund grantees. This will become more pertinent as time goes on and will very positively impact CSuite users who utilize the Grant Catalog.

Email Tax Receipt Preview
It would be a great help to be able to preview the way emails will look prior to sending. We emailed some stock letters that were missing gift data and I had no way to know that. Irksome.
