Fund Statement Review Email Body
It would be helpful if the Fund Statement Review Email Body email would allow for one email to be sent to a fund advisor letting them know that multiple fund statements are ready instead of an email for each individual fund statement. We have some donors that are fund advisors to several funds so will receive multiple emails. It would be efficient to have this information all in one email.

"Add File" option when creating a Note
Not too long ago they have us the ability to add a file to a note - this is super helpful because we can often attach email correspondences without junking up the "Files" tab with so many attachments.
HOWEVER - you can only "Add File" AFTER you post the note. So many staff members have forgotten that option is available now. Please put the Add File Option to the Add Note screen so we can attach at note creation.
Thank you!

Fund Report with Pledges and Donations
I would like to be able to pull a report with all pledges and donations related to a specific fund. This would allow us to tell who has and hasn't been reached about their annual giving whether or not we have the cash in hand yet.

If an organization is a beneficiary of a fund, I would like to see that on the recipients profile, not only on the Fund profile.

Rename "Sponsored Org"
We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

Require Two-Factor Authentication Option
Allow the option to require two-factor authentication for Fund Advisors in the portal. Currently we can only advise they enable this feature but would like the toggle option to require it as an added security measure.

Expand Custom Field Objects List
Additional options for custom field objects would be very useful. For example, we'd like to build a custom field specifically on the student record/student designation part of a profile that could then be shared to SLM as an integrated custom field. We are also interested in building custom fields on scholarships - not on individual scholarship awards but on the profile for an available scholarship from a specific fund. We envision using this for things like eligibility criteria, number of scholarships/scholarship amount, etc.

Add option for customizable header on Giving Hub checkout page
We would like to add instructions on when to use individual vs household vs org on the checkout page. Currently, a lot of households use the individual setting and we can't change it on the back-end.
That, or make the choices more visible. They're easy to miss!

More Email Bulk Update Options
Add "Other Detail" field to the Bulk Update option in emails, like how it's an option when updating phones.

Alumni Designation
The “Alumni” designation is a great option for adding education information to a profile. However, it would be better if we could rename it to “Education,” since the current label doesn’t really fit a community foundation’s needs.

Improved Grant Catalog Capabilities
We are in the process of launching our first grant catalog. We have carefully curated the catalog, retitling it the Giving Gallery and selecting a diverse range of requests. We are eager to share this opportunity with our donors and larger community. However we have a few notes for consideration.
When a fund advisor goes to their portal and selects "Grant Catalog", they are met with the requests. Upon clicking inside the requests, they have two options for funding: make a donation and make a grant request. A lot of our donors, like many CF's, are older and may be confused by the different options. Many fundholders do not know what a grant is--they think of all gifts as donations. I would prefer they only have the option to create an advisement to limit confusion and supplement DAF engagement.
When scrolling the catalog, the preview text of the request becomes a homogenous form, difficult to distinguish. The short description does not have HTML coding capabilities. If it were to, it would help distinguish the text greatly.
The grant request categories are the same, internally to our staff and externally to grant catalog users. I would like to use categories in the catalog, but cannot because our categories are not simple enough for donors to navigate. We should have increase capabilities to have grant catalog specific categories that do not interfere with the pre-existing internal categories.
All of these options would greatly supplement the user experience of the catalog.

Year over Year w/ Leap Year
We're running into an issue with running year over year financials for February. The system is pulling 02/28/2025 and 02/28/2024, instead of 02/29/2024. We run quite a few comparative reports and we're having to manually manipulate the 2024 column. It would be great if the engineers could fix the coding so the system would pull the month end date, rather than a set date.

Journal entry order: keep in entry/import order
Please STOP the system from resorting journal entries by amount. At the very least, have the all the data necessary in custom reports so the data can be sorted in the entry order for review,
When users create journal entries there is usally is a method to the order they are entered but for some reason the system re-sorts the entries by dollar value before posting. This makes it difficut to review the entries and makes them harder to follow if researching them.

Verify Donations are Linked to a Pledge
We have gift match programs going on most of the time. We need a way to check that incoming donations are all linked to the donors' pledges. Running a full donation report and whittling down to the donors who have made pledges is a time suck. I've tried writing a custom report, but there isn't a sort or field for "Pledge is Linked to Donation" or "Donation is Linked to Pledge."
Please consider adding a "Pledge Linked" column on the Profile/Donor page. The "Pledges" tab only shows that the donor ever made a pledge, not the status of a pledge.

Change the fund statement notification and email alert to a template which would allow for images (logos). Or add images <img src=""/> or {{img src=""/}} to html options. The current email is very basic despite having html capabilities. It's easy to overlook or mistake for spam. We currently send out an email notification through a third party which allows for image and logos. We would like to utilize the Csuite functionality instead.
