  1. I would love to have the ability to print or download Sent Emails that were sent through the GLM system. Currently, the only option is to open the email, copy it, and paste it into a new document.

  2. I am really enjoying the new organization summary page. I think it would be great if on the "Amount Awarded" table which goes by year, if we could also toggle to "Amount Paid" and look at how much we've actually paid per year to a grantee.

  4. I was wondering if anyone would find value in the ability to weight evaluation questions. We are exploring the idea of funding general operating requests and project-based requests, all from one process. If we were able to weight questions or make some scoring questions optional, this would prevent and help us with our evaluation of LOIs and Applications.

  5. I have noticed in multiple template field lists that the use of the Fund Public Name is not an available option. To not have the Public Name available for all templates that have the Fund Name option defeats the purpose of the Public Name. It would be nice if the Public name was the default name used on templates or at least an option on all templates.

  7. When a staff member leaves an organisation - rather than going through and reassigning the requests and follow ups - it would be ideal if the requests and follow-ups associated with their user were automatically reassigned to the primary contact for the organisation.

  8. It would be really helpful for the organizer in me to be able to move around/re-arrange Follow Up Forms as well as Decisions. When creating new ones they go straight to the bottom, but if I could group them together in ways that would help my workflow that would be great!

Custom Message/Yellow Card - In the New Dashboard, the yellow card/custom message card in the upper left corner needs to have the visibility adjusted so more of our custom message can be seen, similar to the other cards. Right now, it is cut in half with a large blank space that serves no purpose.

  10. It would be great to be able to set up an email alert to internal staff when an application is approved or when an installment is coming due. If you have one off grants that aren't part of a cycle, it's otherwise very manual to let our finance team know it's time to process payment.

  12. We would like to request that Upload Responses, such as transcripts, be added to the Submitted and Complete bucket Quick Grid Views. Often, we need to pull transcripts or other uploads quickly, and it's difficult to go into each student's application to search, view, and download transcripts. If the uploads appeared in the Quick Grid View, we would be able to view these uploads more efficiently.

  13. We need side-by-side columns for our evaluators so that they can see how their individual application score compares to the group of evaluators' average score. Only the person in the admin role can see the average group score. And, if the admin is also an evaluator, things get messy quickly in a meeting. An admin/evaluator can never see both their individual score column and the average score column without flipping between roles. Having the ability to see individual scores and average scores on ONE PAGE in side-by-side columns will greatly help with our evaluation meetings and enable us to make…

  15. From what I can tell, there is no way to indicate if a request is from an organization that was merged into another organization or if it was originally from the final organization. Currently, for applicant funding history (which we provide in a Merge Document) to our grant reviewers, we have to manually go through each request and figure out which was for Org A and which was for Org B. If our current staff ever leave, this knowledge will be lost or buried in the Comments tab. Is there a simple way to see this?

  16. 'Installment' should be a field option that can auto-populate in GLM - email templates. We fund multi-year grants and it would be helpful to include both the total amount awarded as well as the installment amount.

  17. Currently, you can only add one signature in the Word template in Foundant. It would be helpful if you could have at least two signatures. One for us (our President) and one for the Letter of Agreement recipient to agree to the terms of the grant.

  20. I know this question has been raised before, but I can't tell how long ago, so I am resubmitting to indicate continued interest. It would be helpful in Organization Search to have a Back to Search Results function. If I do an organization search with multiple possible matches, I have to redo the search if I happen to pick the wrong one the first time.
