Evaluator User Role Should Be Customizable by Process or Permissions
We have many users with the roles of Evaluator and Applicant, which poses a problem because we cannot restrict their Evaluator role by process nor can we modify the permissions of the Evaluator role. We just had a user with dual roles answer the "internal visibility" questions on their own grant application.

Universal app confirmation page
I find the language on the Universe confirmation page confusing. It says the applicant is eligible for the following opportunities, it's not 100% clear that the applicant must continue to apply. I'd suggest moving the blue "Continue" button to the top, or changing the message to read: "Based on your answers, you may apply for the scholarships listed below. Click the blue Continue button at the bottom of the page to complete the applications."

Table-Style Questions: Ability to apply regular expressions (REGEX) to a field in the table
Request: Ability to apply regular expressions (REGEX) to a field in a table-style question.
Use Case: Applicants are asked to assign percentages (%) to demographic questions about the population served. The total at the bottom must add up to 100%.
Example:
* 20% -- A
* 20% -- B
* 20% -- C
* 20% -- D
* 20 % -- E
* 20% -- F

Make the email templates list more readable
We have a number of GLM email templates and sometimes it is quite confusing to choose the correct one, especially if sending out numerous emails. There are two ways that possibly it would be easier to distinguish among the numerous templates. One being, being able to assign templates to folders, so the list is smaller. Secondly, to make the background colour of each of the shaded templates darker or a different colour, so when scrolled over it is more apparent what is being chosen.

Show applicants when administrators have uploaded third-party document
Right now if I (admin) upload a third-party document (say a scholarship recommendation) on behalf of a recommender--because s/he can't figure it out or it doesn't work for some reason--it doesn't display to the applicant that it has been uploaded. They can't see it in the "count" summary (0/2 or whatever in their application summary) and they can't see it if they look in the application itself. It looks like I haven't uploaded anything - so then they're concerned it hasn't been uploaded and have to call or email me for reassurance. Please change this so that it shows up…

More than one "after Due Date" follow-up
It would be helpful to have the option to add another "after Due Date" automatic email to Follow-ups. Right now only "To Assignee 7 days after Due Date" is available and we'd like a "To Assignee 14 days after Due Date" as well.

allow scholarship recipients to be "alternates" in addition to either awarded or denied
We always select an "alternate" for each scholarship and each year end up awarding an alternate or two because the original recipient changes their plans or no longer meets the scholarship criteria (changes schools, majors, etc.). Being an alternate is different than a straight out denial. There should be a way to transfer the payment (or remaining payments) from one awardee to the alternate as there is in Community Suite.

this would be so Cool... the system already calculated that average evaluation score. Could this be a field that is generated so we can use it in reports so that we don't need to create "this fun formula" : thanks :)

In Follow-Ups Draft list - Please include Process Name
Could we please see the name of the Process in the Draft Follow-Ups table? It would make reviewing the status of numerous upcoming Follow-Ups much easier. Might it be listed instead of the Form Name? Thanks for your help.

LOI decline vs application decline
We would love to be able to see whether a past grant was declined at the LOI stage or the application stage on the organization summary page. Currently, the application status simply says "denied" if a grant was declined, but for us it is important to know at which stage a past grant was declined. As it is now, we have to go through multiple steps, looking at what we have from the applicant and determining if it is a full application. Simply stating that information on the organization summary page would make this an even better "at a glance"…

Denial Date
Hello! We recently moved a number of applications into "Denial Draft" and then, a few weeks later, into "Deny." It appears Foundant records their denial dates as the dates they were moved into "Denial Draft." Would it be possible to change that so that denial dates are the dates they are formally and finally denied? It would more accurately reflect our decision-making process.Thanks!Bob Hybben

Doing Business As or AKA searches
Many times a non-profit changes its organization's name or does business under another name other than their legal name. It would be very helpful if the GLM system had a field called "DBA or AKA" in which you could enter other names by which the organization is known. In GLM, our foundation lists an organization according to their legal name and we try to stick to that for consistency for entering organizations names in their GLM record. The legal name may be longer or cumbersome and the organization ends up going by a shorter name or acronym which people know…

GLM/SLM Syncing to CSuite - Add Manual Profile Match Option
When syncing GLM/SLM profiles, CSuite attempts to match and link them by suggesting one or more possible matches. If CSuite does not suggest a match, the only current option is to create a new profile. Many times, a matching profile does exist in CSuite, but with a different version of the first name (Will instead of William) or a different email address (personal email versus school/work email).
Please add the option to look up and manually enter a CSuite profile ID when syncing GLM/SLM profiles.

You should be able to close requests even if follow ups are still outstanding
We have a process where we give grants out - the applicant has to complete the grant contract and then submit a grant evaluation at school year end. However, some never submit their evaluations. We do not let them be eligible to apply for another grant unless all their evaluations have been submitted, so we do not want to close or abandon any of the outstanding follow up forms that say "MSHE Grant evaluation". Grant History
We have had some notes that when in the "grants" subsection of the "Grant Details" tab of the donor portal, the grants do not maintain the same order after using the "copy" function. So, if a donor just wants to run through and copy all the grants they made in 2023 for 2024, it makes it difficult to go through and copy the donees in order

Manager Evaluations
Currently, once a manager evaluation has been assigned, if the manager reviews it and then realizes it should be reassigned to another manager, if he saves it (even without answering any questions), it locks the evaluation and it cannot be reassigned. This is an issue and has not always been this way. I would like to recommend this be changed so if needing to reassign an evaluation, it can be done without issue by the administrator, even if it has been saved.
