Add capability to include screenshots/images within Notes. This allows you to fully capture what may be needed for reference in the future when accessing a given application.

New Organization Summary - Add Amount Paid to Amount Awarded
I am really enjoying the new organization summary page. I think it would be great if on the "Amount Awarded" table which goes by year, if we could also toggle to "Amount Paid" and look at how much we've actually paid per year to a grantee.

Activity log for follow-up forms
We would love a log for all activity on follow-up forms, so we can see which edits were made and when, and whether edits were made by the applicant or program officer.

Evaluation Form Due Dates
In GLM/SLM it would be great to add due dates for evaluation forms. Automated emails could then be attached and reminders to complete evaluations could be automated.
As a small staff, I have to remember to do this, along with all the other things we are doing. While I do keep in close contact with our committees, it would be lovely for this system (where we have invested a significant amount of $$) to take on some of the burden, instead of leaving it on our shoulders. ...work smarter, not harder...

Amount requested included in notification email
It would be helpful if the amount the organization is requesting would show up in the notification email. That way it's right there and you can look at it quickly rather than having to login.

Document viewer
May I suggest a document viewer for those under the documents tab? A colleague states it would be nice to be able to preview a document without downloading it.

Limit Checkbox Selections
We would love the ability to limit the number of check marks applicants are able to select on certain checkbox questions. We ask folks to limit the number their choices, but often times they over select.

Export Form Questions via Reports
Would like a way to export the questions that are asked in Application, Evaluation, Follow Up forms via the Reporting function. This would be used to compare questions that are asked across different processes.

Third party email bounce notifications
Someone else suggested, but the idea was archived, so want to reiterate that we also would strongly appreciate a notice being sent to applicants if a third party email address bounces. We were again spending a lot of staff hours identifying bounced third party emails one by one, and notifying applicants. Unfortunately, this made for a very tight turnaround in some cases.

Downloads should have unique names
Every download has the same name. It is confusing when you're downloading many different applications/evals/etc for internal archiving. The downloaded file needs the process name and the applicant name and year when I download. I just end up with ApplicationPacket (1), ApplicationPacket (2), etc., I have to rename every single file one by one so I don't lose track of which is which.

When choosing .doc or .pdf for a merge doc, it would be helpful if that choice was available at the top of the list of templates, instead of having to scroll to the bottom.

Additional standard merge fields available in email templates and the ability to customize / add your own to the forms. We have information that must legally be included in our approval and denial letters which are not available to be merged into the email, so we need to stop and fill in each manually, reducing the efficiency of automation within GLM.

Follow-up Due Dates Shareable in Other Follow-ups
It would be great to allow Follow-up Due Dates to be shared within Decision forms or future follow-ups. For example, within our Decision process and within our Grant Agreements (follow 1), we mention that grantees will need to complete a Final Report (follow-up 2). We would like to auto-populate the Due Date of the follow-up 2 in both the Decision process and the Grant Agreement so that grantees can sign-off that they acknowledge and commit to the final report. Assigning Evaluators
I would love to have a search option when evaluators are assigned. We have over 150 potential evaluators so it would be helpful to be able to search by name instead of scrolling to find the evaluator's name.

Change font color for SLM
Once the student hits submit on the UA, is there a way to change the font color of those opportunities that have additional information pending. Currently everything is black or blue, would like to change the "EDIT APPLICATION" to RED to catch the students eye.
