Custom navigation
I am suggesting that the header area be made editable. It would be worthwhile if we could truly mimic our website header (logo and navigation) so the user thinks they never truly leave our website since there is no option to embed Foundant forms.

"Close Request" button
The "close request" button has caused confusion for our staff. It's being clicked accidentally. As you go through the scholarship workflow, you often click the buttons in the bottom right corner. The Close Request button is located in the bottom right, but is not a button we want clicked. I also think using the word Closed is not the right word to use. Could the button be moved and the name changed to indicate something more drastic? "Close" can sound like you are just finishing this particular step in the process. Thank you!

copy without uploads
It would be helpful if there were an option to copy applications without uploads. Often we only want the basic info and not the uploads, especially in a process with branching logic that only requires the uploads based on the answers. It's a problem to change or delete the prior uploads: first you have to answer the branching question with the value that shows them, take action, then change the answer back to the current value.

Move "Choose File Type" in Create Documents
When you go to create documents, place "Choose File Type" at top of box above document listing. I have a long list of documents and can't see "Choose File Type;" although I'm learning, I frequently don't understand why clicking "Create Document" doesn't do anything.

SLM: customize Evaluator dashboard view by Process
We have a scholarship with a 2-step evaluation process. It would be great if we could customize the dashboard view of Evaluators to show not just the score, but Evaluator responses to one of the custom questions. Our committee is sophisticated enough that they are comfortable changing the sort order on the available columns, and adding an additional column to show an additional assessment question would provide them with more flexibility.

Additional Evaluations
We have several stages of evaluation; the two evaluations are not sufficient for us to be able to understand and assess applications effectively. It would be helpful if we could add additional evaluations, as needed, by process.

Batch Deny to Move to Denial Draft
It would be a huge timesaver if there were an option for Batch Denied applications to be move to Denial Draft.
If you have a lot of applications, it takes a a very long time to do this one application at a time.

Simple LOI fix to reduce confusion for Applicants
There is a red circle with a backslash icon that appears when applicants try to copy and paste from their LOI to Proposal Application. This icon confuses Applicants because they are in fact able to copy and paste.
I am getting several emails from applicants who don't understand they can still copy and paste. Please delete the confusing red circle backslash icon.

Applicant add rows/columns to table questions
It would be helpful to allow applicants to add rows/columns to tables in the event they need more space than we have built out. The function would need to be made so that the admin could lock rows and columns if needed so that the applicant cannot add fields outside of summary rows, for example.

Manually Add/Remove Email Address in Batch Email
It would be really helpful to be able to remove/add individual emails when using a batch email to applicants/evaluators. It is so tedious to manually type each email when you only need to exclude a handful.

Batch emails to users assigned to committees (UA)
An idea! Currently, there is no way to batch email only users who are actively assigned to a scholarship committee. There is only a way to email all users who have scholarship committee as their role. This would be helpful with sending pre evaluation updates before evaluations are assigned. Currently, you have to manually send out emails to those assigned to committees.

pdf with no comments
We use the Administrator Comments feature to provide draft review feedback to our applicants. Many applicants use the comments, then want us to remove them so that they can create a clean PDF of their completed application. We don't want to delete our comments as that is part of the grant process record, but we also don't want reviewers to be able to see the comments. Right now, our only option is to make all the comments not visible to applicants, proxy as the applicant, download the PDF, then make all the comments visible to the applicant again. This is…

Question List
It would be helpful if we could print the question list based on the current preview options. When using the Universal Application there are supplemental questions for specific opportunities. You can preview as a Reviewer and for a specific opportunity, which allows you to see what the reviewer will see when evaluating applications for that specific committee. But if you choose the Question List from that point, so that it can be printed or downloaded, it brings up everything, even the "administrator only" questions. We need to be able to print a Question List to send to our External Committee's…

Suppressing Applicant Name / Project Field in Evaluation
We have 20+ scholarships that want applicant names suppressed from applications in the evaluation process. We have always had the student fill out the "Project Name" field with their name. This year, we had everything setup to suppress applicant details from the evaluators, but did not realize that the "Project Name" cannot be suppressed. We had to manually go in and change every student's name to a code in the Project Name field.
Short of instructing students in the future to not use their name as the project name field, is there any chance the Project Name field could also…

automatic email order
With the new feature that allows a grants administrator to select which auto-emails should even appear in the auto-email list, it seems to be sorting them in a random fashion. I would like the auto-emails list to be sorted by stage in the follow-up lifecycle. See the attached file for an illustration.

Transfer of info to next year's application
Some of our scholarships are available to students already in college, so they can apply multiple years in a row. It would therefore be nice to provide a feature in the SLM universal application in which they can transfer certain items/ answers from one year's universal app to another. This would save them time. Perhaps we could determine what we would allow to be transferred when we set up each new universal app, or what questions MUST be answered by all. Again, time saver for returning applicants.

Increase character count on the "Comments" tab in Organizational profiles
It would be great to have the ability to increase the character count in the "Comments" tab under Organizational profiles. We use the tab for a summary of a grant once it is closed and any grant management comments of note. We often find that with grants that are a year long or more, we have far more to write than the current character count allows.

Allow sharing of question group to a form
In addition to being able to share a question to one form from another, it would be great if I could share a whole question group from one form to another. It would be a great time-saver.

Flag submitted applications that have outstanding issues
Flag submitted applications that have outstanding issues:
Sometimes submitted applications are technically complete, but additional information is still needed. It would be great if we could flag requests that have been reviewed but have outstanding issues that we'd like to address before marking them as "Complete."
