Pop Up Notification
Raiser's Edge has a feature that allows you to add a note that automatically pops up when you open a record. This would be a helpful way of alerting staff when there are compliance issues or flags.

Relabel 'Text and Upload' Question Type
Change the name of the 'Text and Upload' question type to 'Text or Upload' or 'Text and/or Upload' to better represent the functionality of the question type.

I would love to see every question have the option (or not) to be in print packets. We have a few explanatory sections that no one (applicant, staff, evaluators) needs to see when reviewing.

Collapse branching logic rule groups
I have some very involved branching logic. When I'm trying to troubleshoot/debug the logic, it would be helpful if I could collapse rule groups that I don't need to work on. I'd like it to behave like Outlining in Microsoft Word - where I can expand and collapse to different levels overall, or expand/collapse individual rule groups. It would allow me to "declutter" what I'm looking and more easily find my way through the maze of rules.

Add a BCC field to system generated email "{{Funder.Name}}: Registration for Online Application".
It would be nice to be BCC'd every time a new user create a profile in Foundant. This seems like a ripe opportunity to create a connection with someone new to our world. Thanks,

Adding Pronouns
I know there is a place to add fields to user forms, which we've done. But to actually see the pronouns, you need to be in the user record or editing the user field information. It would be useful to have the pronoun information show up on the Contacts tab of an organization record and/or on the Contact Info tab on a submitted request. As it is now, our board has no way of seeing this information because they can't go into user records. We're really hoping to make respecting individual identity a top priority and this change would make…

Follow Ups all Visible per Project
When viewing a follow up, it shows tabs beside it with the Approval and Application; however, it does not show all follow ups. It would be helpful if each follow up was visible and I could click on all information associated with that particular application. For example, I usually have 2 follow ups with an application. One is the grant agreement and one is the follow up report. I'd like to be able to click between the two.

merge organization primary contact view history
There are a lot of staffing changes for organizations. Is there a way to allow the primary contact for an organization to see all request history for that organization regardless of who submitted the application? We get this question a lot when Directors / org leaders change. Right now, I just have to modify the user account for the old employee with the new employee contact info, but then we lose the history.

Alphabetize Eligibility Criteria by Opportunity
There is already the ability to alphabetize opportunities within a universal scholarship application. I would like to ability to alphabetize eligibility rules by opportunity.

Round Robin Assignment for Committee Members
As a scholarship Admin I want functionality to allow the system to randomly assign scholarship reviewrs.
An Example: For Scholarship Committee A, I want the system to randomly split my 8 reviewers into 4 groups of 2, then auto assign 25% of the applications to 1 group of reviewers.
This would reduce my work to evenly and randomly distribute scholarships for review.

Track Changes and Users Making Changes on all Process Forms (Application, Evaluation, Follow Ups)
Right now there's track changes in submitted applications, follow up forms, approval and denial forms. We really needed this on these important process forms to capture when changes are made, so we can follow up on items that go missing, come out edited differently than the last time we downloaded the application or what have you. Change logs are typically standard in databases.

Salutations for Email Templates
It would be helpful in the Update User section if there was a field for the individual's preferred greeting that could be pulled into email templates. We have had quite a few comments that the traditional salutation prefix greeting is restrictive to one's identity - as not everyone is a fan of Mx.
Additionally, many of our applicants prefer to be addressed by their first names, while others prefer the more formal Dr. Smith or Pastor Smith for example. Adding a field for a preferred greeting would allow us to use the batch email feature while still respecting individual preferences.

randomize order of evaluations for reviewers
Some of our reviewers have said that they evaluate differently at the beginning of their review process than the end of the review process, despite every effort to be consistent. One of them suggested that a way to mitigate reviewer "fatigue" or "learned bias" could be to randomize the order in which applications are listed in the dashboard of each reviewer on a grant review committee. What one person reviews first might be the next reviewer's 10th or 50th application to review in that process.

Organization searches - back to results function
I know this question has been raised before, but I can't tell how long ago, so I am resubmitting to indicate continued interest. It would be helpful in Organization Search to have a Back to Search Results function. If I do an organization search with multiple possible matches, I have to redo the search if I happen to pick the wrong one the first time.

Sync SLM/GLM users to CSuite Profiles
We have a large volunteer scholarship evaluator team and would love to be able to track the groups year over year via Profile Types or Campaigns in CSuite. It would be nice to be able to easily sync all Users marked "Committee" to CSuite in a similar fashion to syncing Students when awarding scholarships. We are currently manually creating each profile in CSuite, if they do not already have a profile, and we have over 200 reviewers each year.

How about a report that shows synced & not synced fields in all scholarship processes?
We have over 60 scholarship processes. Between setting most of these up 4 years ago & adding new funds along the way, we discovered lots of fields/Qs that were not synced. It would be so helpful to have a report that would show which need to be synced.
We've recently discovered that Follow Up Forms and Approvals also have unsynced fields.
It is a chore to discover these when trying to run a report & having to select one field in e.v.e.r.y. process and then merge them all.4 votes -
process summary
It would be so helpful for the Process Summary to easily convert to a pdf, for sharing purposes, just like the Question List for the application. Unless I'm missing some training, the only way I can share/get feedback from my colleagues on that is to copy and paste it into a Word document or email. When I've finalized an application process and want to circulate it for input/approval, the Process Summary should be able to go with it.

Parent-subsidiary relationships
We repeatedly run into an issue with organization records in which one org (such as a university or community foundation) is the "parent" organization, and a department or sponsored program is a subsidiary or component fund. It would be helpful if GLM had the ability to show those relationships, have different addresses where needed for the subsidiary, and to segregate the subsidiary's contacts and grant history. For example, I am far more likely to need information about the McDonald Observatory (part of UT Austin) than the university overall.
