  1. Please make "Request History" a reportable field. For example, if I want to know who approved a crop of our requests, I have to go to each individual request and check the history. This is something we should be able to grab quickly.

  2. It would be helpful for grant agreements to be able to have the organization and user registration information available to populate the agreement form. Otherwise they need to be entered again to have a stand-alone document.

  3. It would be helpful to have answers that were selected earlier from a drop down list be able to carry over to another part of the application.

    Totals from tables carrying over to a budget summary table would also be useful.

  4. I'm not sure if this is a CSuite or a GLM idea. Why isn't the tax class field a standard field in GLM so when you sync the grant you do not have to remember to edit the profile? We end up with a lot of agencies without a tax class when it is time to run the 990 reports. Very time consuming.

  5. Hi Idea Lab! I'm having an ongoing issue when it comes to creating reports that have a date field that has been modified with a formula. E.G., I have grants that have an "Award Period End Date" and a "Amended Award Period End Date" for those that have been extended. In reporting, I can configure it so that I see one column that displays the original end date is if it has not been modified, or an amended end date is if it has been modified. However, even though I specify the output as a date field, the reporting feature…

  7. It would be beneficial if evaluators could track the approved grant amount per organization while they are evaluating the applications. Having an in-system ability to track the running total amount of funds being granted would decrease the chance of the evaluators going over or under the total budget allotted for the whole grant cycle.

  8. Hyperlinks are not clickable in the document viewer. Which means I would need to download the file to access links (defeating the purpose of the document viewer). Being able to click to links right from the document viewer would help streamline our work.

  10. Hello, I know that this has been proposed once. I'd like to be able to have an option of not choosing a primary contact for the organization. In cases where different departments are involved with different projects a primary contact sometimes creates confusion on follow-up/reporting forms. Appreciate your advice. Thank you

  11. Hello, I would like to suggest to add a function that will allow to re-order the filter for processes (not process manager). If processes have years currently the old processes will appear at the top and new processes at the bottom. And as we work more on new processes as older processes are almost complete, the function to re-order them will be very helpful. Thank you

  12. We have quite a few users who act as both applicants and evaluators at different times. There is a lot of confusion when they log in and see their applicant followups (grant contracts, reports) on their evaluator dashboard. Many then end up filling out the forms from the evaluator dashboard, but then find they don't have an option to submit. Is there a way to just not have these followups show up on the evaluator dashboard?

  13. UA- Assign evaluations for a reviewer across different processes. We have randomized reviews for our UA applicants (usually 500 applicants) and 70+ reviewers. It is so time consuming to assign each evaluator to their 20 applicants (which can be 200+ unique processes for each evaluator).

    This is similar to another idea, but I want to make sure it inlcdes UA too.

  14. We have a very hands-on grant committee who wants to walk the applicants through the process with support to help them be successful in the grantmaking process. We're using the "collaborator" feature so the grant committee can provide feedback to the applicant before they submit their grant proposal. When Proxying in as the collaborator, the dashboard only shows the name of the project/program and does not show the name of the applicant organization until you click Edit to get into their application. My request is that the Dashboard shows the name of the organization per request also.

  16. Please provide the option to have the Process name appear in the follow-up view. Currently we have the same Follow-up form appearing from three different processes but have no idea which process each one is related to. This is only going to become a bigger issue as time goes by.

  17. We have a number of evaluators with conflicts. Would be great if we could record these conflicts in a form and then have the system prevent us from assigning an evaluator to read a request from an org they have a conflict with

  19. When running a report you will get all results from the process/s you choose, then have to edit the Excel that you download.

    It would be nice to delete the entries in the spreadsheet from the site prior to downloading it. Or, only click on the applicants that you are interested in downloading information for w/in the report set-up.

Having administrative Internal answers from a previous grant application (for example, we have in Internal question group where we provide additional information for our grant review committee) copy into a new grant application when the applicant is using the copy feature from their last cycle request is not ideal.
