  1. Allow for merge fields to be used in Donation email body - currently only name & salutation are available, however more merge fields are allowed in Donation notify email body

  2. Enable administration of a "blinded" review without having to update Application form multiple times (i.e., visibility of questions for Applicant, visibility for Evaluation 1 blinded review, visibility for Evaluation 2 unblinded). Since there is one Application form ("master") this is very challenging and presents potential for errors.

  3. Ability to individually close an Evaluation stage, when you are using both Evaluation stages. For example, Evaluation 1 is to be completed, and "locked down" so the Evaluator cannot change their answers when they are completing Evaluation 2. This impacts the "integrity" of the review.

  4. Would it be possible to add a drop down for students wheen filling out personal information. ie Mr., Ms. and that when a student types street or St. it would auto change to Street? this would save us so much time in making corrections.

  6. It would be useful to see the name of the Organization at all time when working in a request. When we have long forms, the name is not visible as we go down the form.

    When we go back and forth between other applications, it could be practical to be able to see the name without going up the page.

  7. What would really help us (and I'm not sure in which category to include this idea) would be a tab that allows for a project management view for administrators & reviewers. More specifically, to visualize where we are in the different steps of the process after approval of the proposal: recommendation sent to Board; Board approved; grant agreement prepared. This would really help our team to see where in the grant management process we are. Or is this already available and haven't I found it yet?

  8. Include mergeable fields to be used in templates and reporting based on the staff member assigned to the request. Currently, there are only merged fields for the applicant assigned to the request, not the internal staff member.

  9. Include mergeable fields based on specific request installments (currently this is all installments or the first installment). This will enable us to easily create a cheque request form based on the upcoming installment that needs to be paid.

  11. We have long project names for our applications and an automatically generated request ID (example 20240041) that includes the year, would be helpful to identify and search for a specific request, without needing to remember the project name or organization name.

  12. On the Universal Application, a description of each opportunity is provided to the students on the Applicant Opportunities tab. It would be very helpful if these descriptions could be a merge field in email templates.

  13. Our grant approval workflow include setting the value for custom fields in the grant approval form (grant subtype, type of support, etc.). Then the Service Area and Grant Type need to be added after the grant is synced with CSuite. It would be SO helpful to be able to set the CSte Service Area and Grant Type field here as well so that coding does not have to be done in two places. In other words, change from a read-only field in GLM to an editable field like the custom field are.

  14. We would like to request that Upload Responses, such as transcripts, be added to the Submitted and Complete bucket Quick Grid Views. Often, we need to pull transcripts or other uploads quickly, and it's difficult to go into each student's application to search, view, and download transcripts. If the uploads appeared in the Quick Grid View, we would be able to view these uploads more efficiently.

  17. When reviewing opportunities in UA, it would be helpful to have the award decision and award amount noted on the "Related Opportunities" tab, rather than having to click into each opportunity and navigate to the award details or decision sections.

We use branching questions in our grant application that are set to internal so we can branch an applicant to the application we want them to complete and not have multiple processes in our site. I just realized that when an applicant clicks on the "Question List" button in their site, this shows them ALL of the questions in our application, regardless of how the application should be branched. The fact that applicants can see the entire question list for an application seems to negate the purpose of branching. This is very confusing for applicants because they do not know…

    Hello,

    You are correct in that all branch groups are displayed in the question list; we follow this as best practice for projects like project streamlining so that applicants don't become surprised by the amount of time the application will take them. We also encourage as a best practice that you add instructions to the branch groups for that visibility and communication explain when they will see that group.


    However, Internal Questions should not be displayed to applicants. Please report this to our support team so that we can review it.

  20. I see that someone else had suggested this but the idea was archived. In the documents folder, there is no way to reorder the documents. It puts them in order of the date they are uploaded. It gets a bit confusing when adding documents later into the process and they are out of sequence. The only way to rectify is to delete the documents and reupload them in the order desired. But then if something else is submitted that should be kept such as background information prior to the approval or denial of the request, they're out of sequence again.…
