  1. The new, current checkbox was recently released as part of the Giving Hub updates. We would like to duplicate the checkbox into the Grant Portal, under Grant Requests, so that fundholders have to check a box to acknowledge Miami Foundation-specific terms.

  2. Export ALL GuideStar Charity Check Information

    There is an archived idea with this same title that shows as "Implemented", but that's not actually accurate. Currently, the only Charity Check fields available in the reporting tool are:

    Charity Check Verification Date
    Charity Check Tax Id
    Charity Check Publication 78 Date
    Charity Check IRB Date
    Charity Check BMF Date
    Charity Check Deductibility Code(s)
    Charity Check Non-private Status

    This leaves out a whole host of other fields that display in the Charity Check tabs. At the very least I would like to have access to the Charity Check organization name so I can…

  4. When third parties are assigned letters of recommendations for scholarship applications, sometimes they are not able to upload the letter themselves. Instead, a member of the scholarship administration team will upload the letter (which was emailed to us) on their behalf. Even when we upload the letter for them, it is still marked as incomplete from the applicants view of the application. It would be helpful if it was marked as complete if the letter was uploaded, whether or not it was uploaded by a third party.

  5. It would be great if we could assign follow up reports to multiple users within an organization and they could sync. In our program, we typically have multiple people involved in the grant award and currently, we only have the ability to assign a follow up to one person, meaning that if another is to fill out and submit the report, I need to manually change who it is assigned to. For example, one of the groups awarded through our program uses a grant manager who is currently trying to access their report to add a new file but cannot…

  6. Follow Ups are showing up as Yellow - even though the Follow Up Report was submitted and marked complete by the administrator. Visually it looks like the charity owes a report, but once you go in and look, you will see it has been submitted and marked complete. It's confusing. How about making it a different color (i.e., purple), and then it might remind administrators to close it out. Or add a separate button to close out the grant, or as someone may have mentioned to date-stamp to show when it was marked complete. The Yellow makes you think the…

  7. GLM/SLM - Process Request Limit: Limit the number of requests submitted per applicant with the new 'Maximum Number of Requests per Applicant' option in Process Manager

    For the above new option, we would like to have a time-frame added to it. We sometimes use the same process from year-to-year and our applicants are permitted to apply each year. We just do not want them to submit a duplicate request for multiple projects in the current grant cycle, so adding dates would be helpful.

  8. Option to have more than 100 but not ALL in the items per page picker. Often the filer results are into the hundreds but an ALL selection would be too many on a page.

  9. Right now our process is that when a grant is approved, we add the installments and then when I sync to CSuite I have to manually select what funds the grants are coming out of.

    It would save me a lot of time if I could select the funds in GLM and then when I sync the grants, they are automatically assigned to the funds I picked in GLM.

  10. It would be very helpful to have a filter function when applicants (in our case, organization primary contacts) are viewing their organization history. Right now, they have to sort / scroll past all abandoned applications, cannot filter by date, etc.

  11. I would love to have the ability to print or download Sent Emails that were sent through the GLM system. Currently, the only option is to open the email, copy it, and paste it into a new document.

  12. For organizations subject to Right to Know laws, being able to batch export a request's or a contact's email history would be hugely helpful. As it is, you cannot print out emails, you have to copy them into a separate document.

  13. It would be super helpful to have a button that would take you to either the organization's email history or the contact email history on the new applicant dashboard. Right now there is no button that takes you there, so you have to go into a request, go to contact info, and pull the email history from there.

  14. We use an eligibility quiz on many of our processes and I think the Eligibility Center could use an update.
    1. Add the ability to search by Organization Name rather than First and Last Name of the applicant.
    2. The Eligibility Results and Eligibility Submissions tabs are similar enough that they should be one tab that allows the administrator to see whether the submission passed or failed, view the answers, and reset/reopen the quiz.

  15. Donation Only for Event Campaigns - Check Payments

    Currently, donors can donate to an event campaign without having to purchase a ticket through the giving portal, but if a donor would like to donate to a campaign by check, there is no option to manually enter a donation only transaction using a check payment through c-suite. By allowing us to add an additional donation with manual ticket entry, this would create much more ease in allowing donors to have a variety of payment options when contributing to a campaign.

  16. Our grant managers need to be able to use the Group Message feature for the applications list view within the Program Manager > Cycle.

    We have asked Support and Client Engagement multiple times to get this feature enabled, but we can currently only install workarounds.

    The current Group Message setting, when enabled, appears to only be available when choosing the Cycle record (not while choosing the applications within the Cycle)

    Current selection made: Program Manager > Settings > Security > Feature and Function Permissions > Cycle > Enable Group Email > Add roles here (Foundation Associate and System Admin)

  17. We want to require our GLM users to enable 2-factor authentication, but are concerned about asking them to download an app to do so. Most of them probably aren't using an authenticator app anywhere else. We would like to offer them the option to have a code sent to their phone or email to authenticate so they are not required to download an authenticator app.

  18. Simplify the email follow up event purchasers receive so all required documentation is in one email. Currently, if an event attendee pays via Stripe and covers the CC fee, they get an event email AND a tax receipt email if these are both turned on. The tax receipt email is clunky since it's not merged for event purchases. We had to turn off auto-emails for tax receipts through Stripe in order to keep this process smooth during our event sales.

  19. On the new dashboard, when comments are so long that they don't entirely fit in the preview box, the user must click on 'See More' to reveal the full message. I find that it blends in and would love for it to be a different color to stand out from the message itself. That's an easy fix, right?

  20. I work in GLM and would like to be able to close an old request with an incomplete follow-up without marking the follow-up complete. When the request is closed and an incomplete follow-up is marked complete, I cannot reassign the old follow-up when the same organization submits a new request.
