Integration of Multi-fund Detail
When sending letters to grantees, I like to let them know which funds their grant came from. We do a lot of multi-fund grants and so I'd like to have each fund and amount listed. Sometimes there are multiple installments from one fund, so I don't want to pull in installment fields. To my understanding, I can only get this information into a merge template if I create custom fields in a form attached to the request (like the approval form) and manually enter them. Limit Checkbox Selections
We would love the ability to limit the number of check marks applicants are able to select on certain checkbox questions. We ask folks to limit the number their choices, but often times they over select.

Process Manager Batch Print
Batch Print blank forms from Process Manager
We have 57 separate application Processes that we manage each year. Univeral application is not an option as each application has specific and varying criteria. Although we work hard to normalize wording of questions while inserting specific and simply things like word counts.
Each year we open each process application and try to analyze anomalies. One way is to print each application, each evaluation, each follow-up form to PDF using "Question List". Once in PDF they may be analyzed as a group with different tools.

Process Summary as a field in Reporting
It would be useful to be able to pull the Process Summary in an email. Every year before I open the scholarships, I send the donors a copy of the criteria using word mail merge. This would be much simpler.

Separate Letters for eligibility quiz and applications
It would be very helpful to have a note go to the students automatically saying that their Universal Eligibility quiz has been successfully submitted and then a separate letter stating that they successfully fille out the individual applications that are part of the application

It may be helpful to have an option in GLM to require organizations to pass a charity check before they can submit an application. This would save some manual steps a little later on in our process.

It would be helpful to allow batch email functionality within the "Organizations > Search Criteria > State" tool from the Administrator Dashboard. Enabling targeted and timely communication to organizations during emergency scenarios, such as California wildfires or other state-specific disasters, to remind groups in need of grant funding to apply for our Disaster Grant.1 vote -
Attach file uploads to admin notifications
If a grantee uploads a file when submitting a follow-up, it would be helpful if that file could be attached to the notification email sent to admins and others so they don't have to log into GLM to download it.
This would also be useful for applications, especially when working with colleagues who don't have easy access to the system (or want to).

Rearrange Decisions and Follow Up Forms List
It would be really helpful for the organizer in me to be able to move around/re-arrange Follow Up Forms as well as Decisions. When creating new ones they go straight to the bottom, but if I could group them together in ways that would help my workflow that would be great!

Follow Up Reports available with past applications under Organization History tab
It would be great if follow up reports showed up along with the past applications under the Organization History tab so all the members of an organization could see this important part of an application. With the high rates of turn over at a lot of these organizations having the follow report tied to the person who submitted the report is very limiting.

Collaborator Permissions
Applicants love the collaborator feature, but they are confused with "Can view, Can edit or Can submit" because they do not understand the permissions are additive. Would it be possible to change these to "Can view", "Can edit" and "Can edit and submit"? Even an explanatory pop-up would be helpful.
Would also like an additional checkbox "Allow to invite other collaborators" or such. My applicants are asking for this. Either that or include it as part of the Submit permission.
I know that this was submitted in the past, I am suggesting it again.

Customizable Collaborator Invite Email
Please allow for the option to edit the invitation email that is sent to the collaborators.
Unlike many of the system emails, the collaborator email is not editable as the template is simply not available to edit. We are asking that you give us the option to edit this template to make it more personalized and seem less "phishy". It is currently unbranded, very simple, and makes some worried that it is an illegitimate email.

Update GrantHub Pro to match the landing page and user interface of GrantHub for a smoother transition and ease of use. Essentially reskinning Granthub Pro to utilize the regular Granthub user interface with the added functionality of granthub pro.

Ineligible organization
We have recently had an issue with some partners not submitting reporting(like over a year overdue) and then cutting off all communication with us. Per our grant making policy this makes the organization ineligible for funding until the previous grant contract is fulfilled(meaning we get some type of report or account of grant monies.) We are looking at the idea of seeing if it was something that could be implemented to have a box or button that is able to be clicked on(toggle on and off so once they come back into good standing that goes away) an admin side…

Ability to modify/add fields in the "Edit Payment" window under "Installment Form"
In the "Edit Payment" pop-up window that is an option under "Installment Form", it would be very helpful if we could edit existing/add new field names in that pop-up window.

Adobe Sign Integration
Would it be possible to also get Adobe Sign integration alongside DocuSign? We use Adobe for everything, but also created a DocuSign paid account so we can have the integration for our grant agreements in Foundant's GLM. It would be great if Adobe was also incorporated so we wouldn't need both.

Master Tribute Summary
I am currently having an issue where we are not getting a full picture of donations that include tributes. The Tribute Donation Summary report will only include the names of tributes for online donations if the donor selects to notify the family of the person, if they leave it blank it automatically marks not to notify. When checks or other donations are entered by staff the notify option is left blank in many occasions they are included in the Tribute Donation Summary. Login Instructions auto-email
Why does the system 'Login Instructions" auto-email go to an Administrator? It really needs to go to the user that just created their account! I've just been on with chat and apparently there's no way to edit this, no event type to send directly to the user, and orgs are working around it by having to post all the login instructions on the Login page itself? This makes no sense. It really would be so much more useful if it went straight to the user who just created their org in the system. Thank you!
