Export Form Questions via Reports
Would like a way to export the questions that are asked in Application, Evaluation, Follow Up forms via the Reporting function. This would be used to compare questions that are asked across different processes.

Timing of Automated Emails
This idea was posted back in 2019 and had 20+ upvotes. Our grantees receive their automatic email reminders for forms in the middle of the night - about 3am CST! Support says that emails begin sending automatically at 2am, and continue until they have all been sent. There needs to be an option to adjust this. Nonprofit employees shouldn't worry about their phones pinging in the middle of the night. "Hey, it's us! Just popping into your bedroom to remind you that your follow up form is due tomorrow!" LOL

'Add Comment' feature
It would be helpful when adding a comment in the Application or Follow-up forms that the comment stands out. For example, allow us to make the comment bubble red or yellow, or change the font color/size or make it bold. Anything to make it stand out from the rest of the Application or Follow-Up form would be extremely useful. I recently had to mark a follow-up form as incomplete, and I added comments to the questions that I needed clarification on and even after sending multiple emails (through Foundant) to the applicant to please see the comments to help her…

Turn Preview Off
I'd like to suggest there be an option to remove the "Preview" button for an upcoming process that isn't open to apply to yet.
We have a few applications coming up that I have turned the availability on for so that they show up in the applicant portal and applicants are able to see when they open, but we are still finalizing some of the formatting and questions/prompts that we don't necessarily want the applicant to be able to see quite yet.

We should be able to pull files from the Documents tab from each request in the Reporting tab and have them accessible through clickable links.

Reassign organization when request has followups
Now that users can be connected to multiple organizations -- We have users who had historically applied for both organization and personal artist grants under the same account, so we were looking forward to getting the personal requests moved over to a personal "organization" for them. It's a problem that we can't move anything that was awarded/assigned followups, even though those requests are closed. It would be very helpful to be able to do this so they can see all their personal history in the same place.

Display Certain Rows
There should be a feature that allows you to control how many rows you want in your report. For example, I'm building out a Top 25 Report based on total giving and it would be beneficial if I can restrict the report to display only the 25 organizations that have received the most funding without needing to set a manual cap that is subject to change to filter them out.

SLM FOLLOW UP DATES
It would be very slick if we could select a group of students and change or extend their follow up due dates in a batch rather than at one at a time.

Search Function
I have struggled sometimes to find an org or project because I do not type it in exactly as it was done at the outset. Is it possible to have more of a search function that operates like Google to find ones that are closely related?

Automatic Email for Account Holders when Portal opens
Send an automatic email to people who have opened accounts when the scholarship application portal opens (as well as an automatic email when there is only 1 week left).

When you stop proxying, the system throws you completely out of the application to the dashboard. You can place it next to the Email Applicant and Edit Deadline Buttons at the bottom of the follow up page. I get many follow ups from smaller organizations where the tech level is low via email so I have to scan and upload. Non-Assigned Users to View Follow Up Forms (GLM)
I have several agencies with multiple representatives involved in the grant process. I'd love for a way to allow non-assigned applicants to view all forms (during all statuses) and have the option to submit forms; or create an "all-inclusive collaborate" option so the person who initially applies can allow others to submit any forms and not one specific follow-up.

Add functionality in tables to clone columns
Just as we can clone rows in tables, I think it would be even more impactful to clone columns. As one use case, we have a table question in a follow-up form that asks for several different outputs (each row being a different output) for each month in a quarter, with each column being a different month. This would have been way easier to build out with a Clone Column feature.

Increase Custom Message Visibility
Custom Message/Yellow Card - In the New Dashboard, the yellow card/custom message card in the upper left corner needs to have the visibility adjusted so more of our custom message can be seen, similar to the other cards. Right now, it is cut in half with a large blank space that serves no purpose.

Assign Primary Contact as Default "Applicant" for Grants Synced from CSuite to GLM
There are some grants that we process in CSuite and then sync over the GLM. The intention is that we can use email templates for batch notifications in GLM to send to the organizations. We also assign follow-up forms for these grants.
However, the emails and follow-ups aren't working. It seems to be because the Applicant is listed as "Unassigned". All of the organizations for these grants already have GLM accounts, so I would love to see the Primary Contact be the default "Applicant", which would enable us to perform these functions in batch. Any way to improve this integration…

We use tables to collect budget information, one table for revenue and one table for expenses. We'd love to be able to calculate the net revenue taking the total from revenue less total expenses.

Red flagging
Red flagging organizations or individuals if they have not completed a follow up report. Saw an idea about stopping an application if the organization has not completed a follow up. This idea would be along the same lines however if would be a more prominent visual alert in foundations work flows

SLM: Ability to turn off opportunities on student dashboard/conf. page.
We would like the option for students to not see the opportunities they qualify for when they submit their application. We do not understand the purpose or why this is necessary. It tends to cause more questions and confusion. This is misleading for students if they qualify for a lot of opportunities, but don't receive a scholarship or only get one.
We do not want these to show up on the applicant dashboard as well as the confirmation page.
We would appreciate the option to have this feature turned on or off, even for opportunities that have Supplemental Questions.
