Tracking Conversations and Meetings with Non-Profit Organizations
My manager and I are looking for a way to track our interactions with non-profit organizations within Foundant. We frequently have conversations, tours, and meetings with these organizations and want to keep a comprehensive history for internal tracking purposes within Foundant.
I have been told there is no current feature in Foundant that allows us to input and monitor this information. This could be a very helpful feature for donors and their administrations to track and keep a running record.

Close Request Button Design Issue
I inadvertently Closed our scholarship recipients when I went through the old applications in order to update contact info. They have to be kept in approved to pull up by group; Closed applications can only be accessed one by one. The Close Request button is on the bottom right where it's common to find a button to leave a form/web page or an X on the upper right. Foundant has neither for users. rearrange forms in Process Manger
It would be wonderful if we could rearrange the forms in Process Manager to have them alphabetical or whatever arrangement makes most sense for each user

Adding organization name in Follow Ups
Our grant agreements in Follow Ups in Foundant GLM. We are looking to add the system Organization Name field in the follow up form. Since the available options on Follow Up forms don't allow me to pull system field info, I've had to ask for applicants to type "Organization Name" info on all applications just so that I can share this on the Follow Up (Grant Agreement). It would be easier if I could pull directly from the Org Info page on the follow up.

copy request
Could we make the "This request was created as a copy by..." message more prominent? It would help if it jumped out at us so that we can do the required cleanup after a request has been copied.

Shared Documents in GLM by Process
I'm reposting this since it was first submitted a few years ago and it is still an issue for us. It would be very beneficial to allow Shared Documents to be uploaded per Process. Currently if you upload shared documents, all board members in other processes can also see anything that is uploaded. We are unable to use this for our committees for this reason and I have to e-mail the documents versus the board members being able to review them in Foundant.

Automatic emails to evaluators
When evaluators are assigned applications as a batch action, it would be really helpful if an automatic email could go out to each evaluator letting them know they have been assigned applications for a particular process (one email per process, not per application). Currently, the only way evaluators can receive an automatic email is if each application is assigned one by one. That's time-consuming for the person assigning the evaluators, and that would generate a lot of individual emails to each evaluator. Evaluator 1 & 2 Required Question Flag
I would like to see Evaluator 1 & 2 forms have a hard stop if someone does not answer the required questions in their form. The same type of message applicants receive when they miss a question.
Currently, they can save the form and do not receive a warning they have missed any questions. Staff must check each evaluation to see if someone does not answer a question(s), call/email the evaluator, get them to log back into the system, complete the question(s), and we have to rerun our reports. Reviewer assignments -suggestion for reviewers to access app's at later date
It would be great to be able to assign reviewers to applications on X date, but for the reviewers to not be able to access the applications until a later date and time that could be set in Foundant.

Batch Assign Applications to Evaluators by Applicant Name Automatically
We have about 60 scholarships, 200 applicants (1,100 applications), and 32 reviewers every year. When I assign applications for review, I want every student to be assigned to 2 reviewers. And I want all reviewers to have roughly the same number of applicants/students (not applications since we use Universal App). So I sort the applications by applicant name, and then manually click all applications for students x, y, z, and then batch assign to 2 reviewers. 3rd Party Decline Option:
We have had instances where we are reaching out to 3rd party requests (specifically with LOR) and they refuse to submit a letter on the student's behalf. Would it be possible or beneficial for there to be a decline option in the automated email so the student can find someone else? And yes, we do include strong language to encourage students to talk with teachers/counselors they would like to have submit a letter of recommendation on their behalf.

Allow automatic email notifying Administrator of evaluation submission
Our site visit report is currently on the Eval 2 tab. It would be helpful to receive a notification when the site visit report is completed.

email history
It would be helpful to be able to build a report that demonstrates the status of an application based on email. For example, an application that has been denied, whether they have been emailed and the status of the email (ie whether they have opened it). Right now we are tracking that outside of GLM. Thanks!

copy previous answers
We are currently use processes for each scholarship we hold at our Foundation. We have a scholarship advisory committee for each scholarship. We have some people who serve on multiple scholarship committees, so they do end up evaluating the same applicant for multiple scholarships. We are recommending that evaluators have the ability to copy previous scores/comments from one evaluation to another for the same applicant. For example, if they are evaluating on their GPA and academic performance, that won't change from application to application. copy without uploads
It would be helpful if there were an option to copy applications without uploads. Often we only want the basic info and not the uploads, especially in a process with branching logic that only requires the uploads based on the answers. It's a problem to change or delete the prior uploads: first you have to answer the branching question with the value that shows them, take action, then change the answer back to the current value.

SLM Comment button position
Perhaps we leave an inordinate amount of comments (?) but it is driving me crazy that I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to hit the Add Comment button. Can that show up at the top instead.

Text Ranking with Score
We would love the ability to display ranking options in text to our evaluators, such as
Extremely Clear
Very Clear
Somewhat Clear
Not So Clear
Not at All ClearBUT - We'd like to store them as numeric data so that
Extremely Clear =5
Very Clear =4
Somewhat Clear =3
Not So Clear =2
Not at All Clear =1To be clear, we don't want to show the numeric to the evaluator, just the text.

Grant applications searched for by using the "Referred by" field
Issue: Board members want to be able to view and export a grant application list that were referred by them.
