Easier report user interface
Running reports is too complicating. It would be great to have an easier user interface for running reports / saving reports / even automatically emailing reports on a pre-set frequency.
Have a standard batch of already created reports for the most commonly run reports where you can easily adjust a few parameters/filters like process, date range, funding category, etc..
But also keep the ability to customize a report if a standard report does not give you the information you require.

We have expanded to use this application to our Europe locations. As of right now, the Amount Requested is hard coded to ONLY dollars. Is there any interest in expanding this to other currencies?

Automatic Email to admin for late Follow-up Forms
Admins should have the feature to receive an automatic email when a grantee misses their follow-up deadline. This would help admins with follow-ups assigned at different times to keep track of grantees who don't turn in their reports on time.

Comments, Dates, Email
We would love to be able to add dates to comments, not just have it be the date we are adding the comment. That way we might be able to sort comments.

Badge-like notification when new submissions/follow-ups appear on dashboard
We often have dozens — if not hundreds — of LOIs, approvals, applications, and follow-ups on our dashboard at once. It would be wonderful to have a visual indicator any time a new LOI, application, or follow-up is submitted. For example, let's say I log in at 9am and my dashboard indicates 133 follow-ups in the "Submitted" bucket. I come back to my desk at 10am, refresh the dashboard, and there are now 135 follows-ups in the submitted bucket. "135" now glows with a different color and a "+2" alert. Once I click into my Submitted follow-ups, that alert resets…

Export batch as separate documents
Currently, exporting a batch of templates compiles all documents into a single file, which often requires them to be manually split at a later stage. It would be greatly appreciated if we could automatically export all selections to separate documents.

Star Grant Reports for Sharing
I would love a way to flag or star specific grant reports with high-quality content/photos for sharing out. We are working on sharing more of our grantee success stories and it would be great to save specific reports we want to share later on, potentially with the ability to create a report of these follow ups so we can find them easily.

Batch Edit Report Deadlines
We typically have multiple organizations who miss the deadlines for our grant reports. We would like to be able to batch edit deadlines for those reports so we can more quickly make them available for completion and don't have to go into each report to edit individually.

Radio Question Type - Other
It would be great if we could have 'other' as an option for a radio question that gives you (the builder) the choice to automatically produce a text box for applicants to input data around their selection. Currently you have to build 'other' into the question and then build a branched question group, which can not only get messy, but can make the application flow feel very disjointed, depending on the build.

Shared Question Across Forms
Currently only questions that exist on the Eligibility, LOI, and Application forms within a process can be added as a Shared Question to the Evaluation, Decision, and Follow Up forms. We would like the ability to add a Shared Question to ANY form within a given process no matter what form it was originally added to.
For example, if we add a "Reasons for Decline" field to an Evaluation form, we'd like to be able to pull that same field in as a Shared Question to a Decisions form.

Project URL in Evaluations
It would be great if we could click on a Project URL during an evaluation and it be a hyperlink to take us to the URL. Instead we have to copy the URL and paste it in another browser window to view it.

Admin ability to move a request from draft to submitted - move button to top
Please move the button up to the top. I have multiple processes so when I copy to a new one, the button to mark draft or submitted is often off the page and out of view so I miss it. Then I copy again and have 3 applications in the system and have to delete two of them while making sure I am deleting the correct ones. This is a simple fix.

GLM Admin upload of reports submitted via email
There should be a way for an admin to upload a follow up report without having to proxy as the applicant. Many of our reports are emailed to us rather than the applicant going into the system to upload a document.

GLM Linkage to QuickBooks for Grantee Organizations
There needs to be a way to link GLM Organizations to QB Online or Desktop via Other rather than Vendor. Vendor linkage is fine for true vendors who have provided a good or service, but the IRS requires that grantors receive no goods or services from their grantees. This is a legal definition. Thus, you are mixing two distinct groups whom a grantor pays.

There needs to be a way to delay the automatic email for follow up's
Please put a delay on the first year follow ups and other required documentation, otherwise, the grantee receives a follow up before a paper letter with terms or a check has arrived. This causes a lot of confusion for the grantee who assumes that both of those have arrived and panic in locating them. It also generates a lot of phone calls and emails regarding these. A month delay would help considerably.

Report Complete Automation
It would be helpful for our grantees to receive a message when a previous report was accepted (completed on our end) so they can move onto the next report that’s due. The only notification they receive is if the reports are sent back as incomplete.

Export charts from run report
It is possible to add a chart to your data set in "run report", however, this is not the most useful because you cannot export these charts in any way. The only way to use this data visualization would be to screenshot the chart and paste it elsewhere.
I suggest it be possible to download the chart the same way you can download a chart from the metrics dashboard in the run report function.

Make Advance Option tab always visible for Applicant Visibility changes
Ability to view the "Advanced Options" tab at any stages in SLM. Currently only when there are no follow ups assigned can you make changes to the visibility of the request which has been an issue for us.

Abandon Follow Up
Abandon Follow Ups
It would be helpful to have the option to Abandon a Follow Up form. Right now, that is not an option and the only way to remove the Follow Up from the dashboard is to Delete it.
Our foundation assigned a Follow Up form for a survey after our giving day. The survey Follow Up is not required, so we are not chasing down nonprofits to complete the survey once we got past the due date.
