Allow more Recent Data in Portal Investment Reports
The new Investment Reports available to Fund Advisors through the Portal are great. But it is weird that they can only pull investment data through the end of our last fiscal year. Please allow investment data to be pulled from our last closed month.

It would be nice to be able to format the “total” row as a currency field in a table question.

Allow Users to Upload Files to Organization Documents
Currently we request financial audits at the application and report stage in a grant cycle. This often means the same audit lives in two places.
I would be great if users could upload files (audits, in this case) to the Organization Documents tab to keep everything in one place.

Fiscal Year Customization for Reporting
The addition of a feature or setting that allows us to set and save our foundation's fiscal year within the company information settings. Specifically, the ability to define our fiscal year as starting on December 1 and ending on November 30. This adjustment would ensure that all reporting tools and templates automatically align with our fiscal year, streamlining our workflow and improving the accuracy of our reports.

Ability to Alphabetize Committee Members
Trying to verify accuracy of committee participants is challenging becuase they are listed in a random order. We need the ability to alphabetize committee member names.

Batch Build and Edit Committees
Building review committees is time consuming and burdensome. Our list of 130+ volunteer committee participants changes annually. It takes MANY hours to select each existing committee in the universe, review and compare to an existing list for the changes and individually add new members, delete old ones, and build new profiles for net new participant. Building new profiles is also challenging since it can't be done on the committee building page so one needs to navigate to a separate window taking the steps to build a new profile and assign a password (yet another extra step).
It would save many…

scholarship
When we create a scholarship in CSuite and turn it into a grant the grant description is automatically populated as Fund name :: Student name. We don’t want the student names to be visible in the fundholder portal, which they are if they’re listed in the grant description. Can you create a setting which would only pull in the fund name to the grant description, not the student name?

AI Summary
I would love an option to batch generate AI Summaries from the dashboard. I have 65 grants right now for my spring grant cycle, and rather than individually clicking into every form to generate a summary, it would save me a lot of time in my workflow to batch generate and then go in and copy over!

Advisor or Household "Roll Up" in Donor Reporting
The Advised/Household roll up is a powerful tool that I have often used in my donor reports. Many of our donors give via a Donor Advised Fund.
However when you use that tool it also "Rolls Up" individual giving records to household giving records. This unfortunately results in inaccurate Donor reporting, including households that are inactive or deceased. I'm wondering what is stopping Foundant from giving users the ability to either "Roll Up" just Household or just Advised donations.
Because of this problem I have stopped using the "Roll Up" feature and instead create 2 separate reports one with all…

Add 'Unresponsive" as a dropdown for grant reporting
If a grant recipient has not completed required reporting within a specified timeframe AND has been unresponsive to outreach attempts, it would be ideal to have the option to mark the report(s) as incomplete/unresponsive. That creates a marker for future grant considerations

Being able to toggle between submitted and drafted numbers in SLM under the Applicant Opportunities tab.
In SLM on the Applicant Opportunities tab in a UA, it would be helpful if the Request column could be sorted. Right now, it just shows one number of total students in that specific opportunity. If you could sort be students who are drafted or submitted, that would be a really helpful feature. This could help scholarship providers market those opportunities with lower numbers much easier than having to pull a report each time.

outlook intregration
Given the way technology has grown over the years, is there a way to integrate Outlook email with Foundant email so that when an email is received, it will automatically show up in Outlook, and when we respond to an email, it will show up in the appropriate applicant file in Foundant?

Sender Merge field SLM Email Templates
Email templates now offer the "Sender" merge field, it would be great if we could have the "Business Tittle" field in the users settings (optional) and maybe only internal so students to have access to it, but this would allow us to easily communicate foundation staff information without having to manually input. This would also allow us to track the evaluator's tittle at the schools involved in our nominating committees. Bonus if we can sync it with C-suite!

Add Ability to Bulk Delete Email Addresses and Phone #'s from specific profile types.
Add functionality to be able to bulk delete email addresses and/or phone numbers from a specific type of profile. Two options that would help are:
- Add 'type of profile' field to the Download options in Profile Bulk Update
- Add fields 'Email ID' 'Phone ID' in custom report column options.

read-only access to application documents for scholarship reviewers
Hi! I'm writing to request an update to the SLM/GLM reviewer experience that is regarding the cybersecurity of our scholarship and grant applicants. Currently, reviewers within the SLM/GLM can choose to either view or download scholarship or grant applications or the documents uploaded within them. For scholarship applications, these documents include things like FAFSA reports that include personal financial information. For grant applications, that could include things like tax returns, audits, and budgets.
I would like to request an update to the settings for Reviewers to be able to be given "read-only" access, meaning they would only be able to…

Table, Labeling Summary Line
A simple 2 column table that ends in a summary row. When building the table, the end summary row on the left hand side can be labeled (e.g. Total Proposed Budget:). But from the Applicants' view, the summary row on the left hand side is blank.

reviewer panel
For one grants cycle this year, we received 222 eligible applications that then are reviewed by 86 reviewers. We frequently get a large number of applications and reviewers, although this year is the biggest one so far in a long time! We assign reviewers to different panels, which are groups of people who all review the same applications. We make these application/reviewer assignments outside of Foundant, but it would be really helpful if we could group applications/reviewers by panel in Foundant. Without it, we have to send out communications manually basically, going back and forth to an external Excel document…

Email Templates: Add a "Next" and "Back" Arrow Buttons to Move Through the Email Templates
Suggestion: When working on updating email templates, it would be very helpful to have an arrow button for “Next” and “Back” to easily navigate the email templates.
Current Process: Now, the process requires that you go back to the email template section, pick the next template from the list, wait for it to open, make changes, save, go back to the email template listings page and then repeat that for every template. I noticed that you already have an arrow that forwards you to the next form in other stages within the dashboard, but not in the email templates section.…3 votes -
Rank Order Evaluation
We would like the option to Rank Order applications during Evaluation in lieu of giving a percentage score. For example, if there are 30 applications, only 1 application is given #1, one application #2 and so on. This option would be much easier for our Reviewers. In some cases, it is their preferred method of scoring.
I posted this idea 5 years ago and it is still an issue for us.
