GLM Application Form - Preview Mode Very Confusing
Unfortunately, I’ve had a couple of organizations inadvertently fill out the questions on the application after clicking the “Preview” button on the Apply page instead of the “Apply”. This is super confusing and I was wondering if there is a way to “grey out” the fields in the preview version so that they cannot fill out the form. Or have clear warnings at the top or next to the questions. It’s been very time consuming for those thinking they have almost completed the application form only to realize it can’t be saved.

Request to make visual layout of LOI, App, Follow-ups, Documents Uploaded easier to follow
Documents: Forms and Files - challenging layout
In the new applicant experience, it appears the applicant will click on "Documents" to access their LOI, Application, follow-up forms, and any documents uploaded by the administrator. It seems confusing for the word "Documents" to encapsulate all of those aspects of the process. And then
it seems odd that "Forms" includes the LOI, the Application, and any of the follow-up forms. Perhaps it's just that I'm accustomed to thinking of those as separate parts of the process and thus should be put into their own buckets.

GA applicant list
Hello! In the SLM portal, applicant names for our Universe are only alphabetizable by first name. Please also include the ability to alphabetize the list within the portal by last name.

Remove an Applicant
I really need a way to remove an applicant without "abandoning" them or "denying" them. If I deny, they find out they didn't win the award. If I abandon, it goes to their request history, and then they can see it and email with questions. There are times we just need to remove them. An example would be: Our donor's evaluate, and one year there was an applicant in the pool for her son's memorial scholarship, that had bullied the deceased son. Evaluation Score Export for Evaluators
It would be very helpful to have functionality built into the Evaluator role that allows each evaluator to download a quick export of all of their scores for each application. The custom columns feature does not allow for enough columns to be added so that all scores can be seen by each evaluator. Currently, Admins have to run reports of all scores and provide these to each individual evaluator so they can see all of their scores in one place.

Amount requested included in notification email
It would be helpful if the amount the organization is requesting would show up in the notification email. That way it's right there and you can look at it quickly rather than having to login.

Editable recognition name text box in Giving Hub
While processing online donations from the Giving Hub, I'm noticing that the "How do you want to be recognized" field is being misunderstood by many donors. It would be great if the text box verbiage was editable so we could change it to say something like -- "Optional: How do you want your name listed if different from above? (i.e. nickname)"

Sending Follow-Ups to Multiple contacts at an organization
Often with our grantees, we typically have multiple people working in tandem on different aspects of the report. While they are set up as collaborators, only one person is getting the reminder when upcoming reports are due. We would like to ensure that folks from departments such as the finance or program teams are all receiving the same advanced notice!

Display number of Applicant Opportunities selected
When building anything that applies to specific applicant opportunities (eligibility rules, scorecard questions and groups, application questions etc.) one must open the rule, select the Applicant Opportunites tab and scroll down a potentially very long list (133 and counting in our case) to verify which opportunities and how many have been selected. This allows a lot of room for error and creates uncertainty that the accurate number of opportunities has been selected prompting the builder to scroll up and down the list manually counting several times to verify.

Stock Gift Adds Incorrect Amount to Principal Balance
The "initial" value a donor receives for a stock gift is DIFFERENT than the proceeds (also called in CSuite gross amount or net deposit). Please allow a field to enter the principal amount to be recorded for stock gifts.
For example...
Initial Value of Gift (receipt for donor) = $100,000
Gross Amount / Net Deposit - Proceeds to Fund (once the stock is sold) = $95,000
The fund receiving the stock gift is immediately underwater because $100,000 is recorded to the CSuite principal but the fund balance is $95,000.1 vote -
Clarify Require Right Digit -actually make it require the number specified
Our GPA question asks for 2 digits after the decimal point and we have "require right digits" turned on, but students are still able to submit a GPA with only one digit after the decimal point.

Funding History in Reporting Tool
We would love to see the ability to pull the funding history of an organization applying to a new process into a form and/or the reporting tool so that we can easily incorporate that data into our evaluation.
Ideally we could access the funding data currently available in the "Print Organization Packet" (# of requests granted, total $ granted, total $ paid), but even a simple Funding History - Y/N available in the reporting tool would be amazing so we don't have to do a bunch of manual work to look up each organization or run multiple reports just to…

UA -Assign evaluations across processes in the "evaluation assigned" bucket
It would be wonderful if you could assign across processes within the universal application after an application is in the "evaluation assigned" bucket. I often have reviewers who are unable to complete their assignments and I have to manually reassign hundreds of individual applications. This functionality is so helpful in the "complete" bucket.

To help us keep track of Third Party Recommendations and contact those persons if needed, it would be helpful to have a field where the applicant enters the name of the person that they are entering the email for when initializing a Third Party Request. We've added a name field to the Third Party form portion that we can control, but that doesn't help us in the pre-deadline portion of our process. Thanks for your consideration!

Custom columns for evaluators when assigning to process
Can custom columns be added to the "select user" popup box when assigning evaluators to a process? Helpful column options would be email address and organization name. Sometimes there are evaluators with the same name, or with duplicate accounts from changing organizations and making a new account at their new organization without informing me as the administrator, which makes it difficult to see if I'm assigning evaluations to the correct account.

Committee Names in Reporting
We need the ability to pull committee name in reporting. Each year our team needs to verify with external committee managers who is participating on their committee in the coming year. Since these individuals are volunteers, they often change. Right now, we can't run a report to match users names and emails to assigned committee.
