Abandon Follow Ups
It would be helpful to have the option to Abandon a Follow Up form. Right now, that is not an option and the only way to remove the Follow Up from the dashboard is to Delete it.
Our foundation assigned a Follow Up form for a survey after our giving day. The survey Follow Up is not required, so we are not chasing down nonprofits to complete the survey once we got past the due date. Hello,
Our grantees are receiving automated reminder emails attached to their grants at 2am. This is leading to confusion and overlooked emails because folks assume they are not legitimate emails. Is it possible to adjust the time that automated email reminders are sent to during business hours? Thank you!

Allow Grant Managers to add/remove users to Multiple Organizations

Date Question Type Formatting Options
I do see this was brought up in years past, but was hoping to renew interest in the topic. It would be great when using the Date question type to be able to select the format in which you would like that date provided. It would be great to be able to ask for a month and year, for example, especially when asking for degree conferral dates, where a specific day is often not known.

Hide Score Column on the Evaluator Dashboard
We definitely need the ability to add at least three custom columns - 2 is just too few. But while we are limited in the number of columns we can add, it is heartbreaking to have a precious Evaluator column wasted on a system column we don't use. Additionally, because this particular column is there we can't use the Scoring question type, because it will populate this columns with numbers that won't mean anything to our Evaluators and will confuse them. Shared Question across processes
We have a question used in several processes. I propose a question maintained in the process manager than can be added to multiple processes. We would have one location to maintain the response options for simplicity/authority. It would also streamline reporting metrics with uniform answers for comparison.

We are part of a Regional Association of Grant Makers. Most of us use Foundant. one master login would be ideal.
One master login and password for any applicant. We are part of a RAG. Most use Foundant. It would be great if the applicants could log in once to get to all grant makers. One more step to a single application.

Printing application & Returning to saved application
From one of our grantees:
When saving application DRAFTS, it would be easier and save us time if the application returned to the question that we were last writing rather than to a separate page where we then need to return to the top of the application page and find the question where we left off.
Also, if we could print the DRAFT applications directly, rather than downloading a PDF first, that would again be a timesaver.

Allow "Committee Evaluators" to view all applications in a process- not just the ones they are assigned to evaluate
It is impossible for every committee member to evaluate every submitted application, yet all the committee members are making the decisions when it comes time to vote on grant approvals and declinations. Instead of creating and sharing a report with everyone, it would be great it they had access to "view only" or "read only" all the applications that were submitted but not assigned to them to evaluate so that they aren't hearing about an application for the first time at the grants meeting when it's time to make decisions.

Admin Editing of LOI/Application Form Fields During Evaluation Process
We'd be grateful if there was a way for the admin to edit LOIs/applications from within the evaluation process (ie. the double-pane view), without having to back out into the org's overview and click in from there to edit the form (and then click back into evaluation mode to get to the next form). We have some internal review fields attached to the LOI, rather than to the LOI evaluation, so that we can carry those fields forward to subsequent parts of the process and have them copied into subsequent processes. operations account aggregator
We would like an account aggregator that feeds directly from our main bank account into our general ledger (or someplace). We have missed transactions (due to human error) and this would prevent us from missing transactions that occur in our checking account.

When creating a document and when viewing the Merge Docs on the communications page, they are not sortable. I wish the list was alphabetized, or sortable. Right now we have to scroll through dozens of templates.
