Batch unapprove grants from Csuite
There is a weird process you need to do to prevent GLM grants from being processed before a grant agreement has been received...you have to toggle the GLM approval button on then off so the system recognizes the imported Csuite grant. This is annoying and inefficient. There is a batch approve option, why not just add the batch unapprove option?

Create application form outside of process (SLM)
In SLM, I feel it would be helpful to be able to develop a form template outside of processes (maybe I'm missing this somewhere, but the only place I have found "create new form" has been inside a process under "change form"). I'd like to have an independently created Application template (that stays then untouched or modified, so I know where I started) that I can then copy and adjust into my processes. This could also apply for Follow-Up forms, etc. Essentially, I'd like the Create New Form button or a Create form template button inside the Forms tab within…

SLM- UA New Student Dashboard & Confirmation page - please sort in same order as the Opportunities page
The student sees the 'Assigned to You' list and the Confirmation Page opportunities in a random order. Please let us control that based on how they are listed on the opportunities tab. It would look way better to be in Alphabetical order.

Process building
I'd love to have a side by side feature in the create process area, meaning it would be good to be able to also edit any email templates that are needed (or forms) within a process, but within the same screen. I don't know if this could be done via a pop up window, or if it could be the side by side view (similar to what an evaluator would have), but I'd love to not have to add a second open tab or have to get out of a process any time I need to go update or add…

Shared Questions - consistent language
I would like an established set of questions (or ability to establish a system set for our org) within the SLM to choose from when building applications so that they can more easily become shared questions (meaning that information can prepopulate in other forms once established on a foundational form like a scholarship application). Particularly, a student's institution name and student ID is needed for us on multiple forms - I need a cleaner way for that to populate across the board (especially when coming into a position and working through different word choices on questions from one year to…

Preview Button on New Applicant Dashboard
For the new applicant apply page, for the preview application button, is there a way to have it show as the application and not the PDF? We have several applications that use branching logic and the full load out in the PDF may confuse applicants.

Preview Application Form
Please add back the live form preview option on the new user dashboard rather than just the PDF option.

Rich Text Experience for Applicants
Rich Text improvement ... please allow hyperlinks/URLs to be added by applicants in their text area responses. We would like applicants to show us where and how they are recognizing the Foundation for funding. By allowing them to include hyperlinks in their answers it would give easy access to the Trustees to view.

This is a common idea for all feedback related to releasing the new Applicant Experience: Apply Page and Dashboard.

Toggle between friendly names
I'd like to be able to have different friendly names on outgoing emails for different programs. Ideally, it would be another choice on an email template/message.

Big Boys vs Foundant: or - Why Delete button better in RED
The red Delete button is often considered better for critical actions like "delete" for the following reasons:
Color Association with Danger:
Red is universally recognized as a warning or danger color. It draws attention to the gravity of the action, such as permanently deleting an item, which may not be reversible.
This can prevent accidental clicks by making users pause and reconsider their decision.
Increased Visibility:
Red contrasts strongly with most user interface backgrounds, making it highly visible and easily distinguishable.
This ensures users notice the button, especially in high-stakes actions like deletion.
Emphasizing Criticality:
Using red communicates the critical…

Email Formatting
Emails generated through Foundant have grey boarder margins that cut off sentences on some email platforms. Can Foundant fix this formatting issue so email formatting will look the same on multiple email providers?

GLM CommunitySuite Questions: Add Grant Type
It would be incredibly beneficial if GLM included a CommunitySuite question type that allows users to directly select options from the "Grant Type" dropdown list in CommunitySuite.
Currently, we list this question in our GLM applications, and our Grant Manager manually selects the grant type. However, this information isn't automatically linked to CommunitySuite, requiring our Financial Manager to also go into CSuite and designate the 'Grant Type' for each grant processed.1 vote -

Can you create a question bank so that we can easily copy questions that already exist on other forms??

search users/organizations added to grant manger permissions
I would like to be able to turn off the ability to search users (in GLM and SLM) and search organizations (in GLM) for grant mangers.
As a grant manager in SLM, I am able to search and view contact info for students (who are minors) that I am not assigned to.

Batch follow ups to Org primary contact
Add functionality to chose who the follow up is assigned to when batching them. Currently, it goes to the applicant account. I’d like it to go to the organization’s primary contact, then they can add contributors. Applicants are often grant writers or development directors with higher rates of turnover than Executive Directors. Some orgs have overdue follow ups simply due to staff turnover.

Re-Arrange Contact List in GLM
It would be useful if you could re-arrange the Contact list under Organization Summary in GLM. Simply click and drag to re-arrange the Contact order.

Spelling/Grammar Check Tool in SLM Scholarship Applications
It would be helpful for SLM to include a spelling/grammar check tool within the scholarship applications for students to use when writing their essays or short answer responses. I know that some internet browsers have a spell check included, but it might be helpful from the student side to have a more comprehensive tool to help with spelling, grammar, etc. as they write their responses.

Clarifying language for the Warn Applicant of Existing Application pop up
Users may find it helpful if Foundant updated the language on the applicant-facing pop-up that notifies users of existing request drafts. Currently, the pop-up provides link to the existing draft(s) and two buttons: Apply and Cancel, which does not seem to be intuitive for navigating to an existing draft.
To reduce confusion, would it be possible to change the Apply button text to Start New Draft. This updated language would clearly indicate that selecting this option will create a new draft rather than continuing with an existing one.
This change should improve the user experience by making the navigation options…
