  1. Suggestion: When working on updating email templates, it would be very helpful to have an arrow button for “Next” and “Back” to easily navigate the email templates.
    Current Process: Now, the process requires that you go back to the email template section, pick the next template from the list, wait for it to open, make changes, save, go back to the email template listings page and then repeat that for every template. I noticed that you already have an arrow that forwards you to the next form in other stages within the dashboard, but not in the email templates section.…

  2. We would like the option to Rank Order applications during Evaluation in lieu of giving a percentage score. For example, if there are 30 applications, only 1 application is given #1, one application #2 and so on. This option would be much easier for our Reviewers. In some cases, it is their preferred method of scoring.

    I posted this idea 5 years ago and it is still an issue for us.

  3. Add back the filters at the top of the Bank Reconciliation Module. As of January 2025 this feature was taken away. The ability to filter all transaction is helpful in the reconciliation process.

  4. Currently, when viewing listings in the Nonprofit Directory by category, there is a large blank space on the left hand side of each listing where it appears the uploaded logo of the organization should go (see attached image).

    I have been told by Foundant that this is not a bug, so they will not fix it as such. Visually, it is very out of place and looks clearly designed for the organization logo especially given that this space is occupied by logos for fund listings.

    I would like to suggest that this space be utilized for the organization logo in…

  5. Bumping this back to the top of the list - please strongly consider only allowing one application per process to be started at a time within a process cycle.
    When we have multiple processes running (for us it just increased again this year, in the 30s) and 550+ active applications, we need a better way to keep the numbers accurate and moving things through the process clean and as efficient as we can. Please limit them to one application start within a process and change the apply button within the tiles that match to them to "Continue" if they've started…

  6. When extending the due date for a process, the LOIs that were already in draft status didn't update to the new due date. This caused confusion for the applicant when trying to submit the LOI. The solution was for our team to go into each draft individually and change the due date for drafts created before the process extension. (Drafts created after the extension showed the new due date.)

  9. It would be helpful when an applicant submits a follow-up form that the automatic email that is sent to the admins has the actual person who submitted the follow-up form. Instead of "A new (blank) has been submitted for (grantee phase)".

  11. Currently In General Ledger, when looking up an account's detail (in "Show Transactions") the user is required to enter the general ledger account in the "Account" field. It would be helpful if this field was a drop-down clickable list of all General Ledger accounts. This would avoid having to physically enter the accoutn number in that Account field. Many times when looking up an account the user knows the account name but not the number, so a drop down list of all accounts with names would be a nice feature to have.

  12. We used to be able to see the Installment we assigned a follow up to in the Assign Follow Up dialogue box "Attach to" column. This new iteration took away that visibility and only shows us the words Installments, Installments, Installments down that column instead of the installment we actually assigned it to. Could we please see the installment we assign the follow up to in that column instead of the word Installments? Thank you.

  14. Adding the column row total is wonderful, but there is a need to be able to subtotal them. I'm trying to create a financial report for my grantees to complete, and it would be nice to see the subtotal of the total column so they and I can know how much money is left in that particular category. Now, what I will have to do is export the table into Excel and create my formulas to subtotal and total the columns, which is, in my opinion, a huge waste of my time.

  15. When going in and pinning an existing comment (created before the "pinned comment" feature), it automatically changes the timestamp and author of the comment to whoever marked it as pinned. This doesn't make sense because the content of the comment itself hasn't changed. Pinning a comment shouldn't effect the author or date the original comment was made.

  16. The side-by-side view for evaluations does not properly show all of the text for 'text box' type questions. To see the rest of the text a user must manually select the text to make the box scroll - this is nonsensical or select the application button at the top creating a PDF popup.

    Please make all the text show so that the evaluators can just have a side by side comparison and not have to open up multiple documents.

  17. I would love an automated email to administrators for GLM/SLM for a conflict of interest question. That way we can see it and assign another evaluator. We shoot for a certain number of reviews of applications and if someone has a conflict of interest we would want to assign a different reviewer for that application.

  18. On the Dashboard there's the Amount Awarded graph that posts the last 10 years. Our organization would love the Payments graph to show the same (last 10 years vs. last 12 months). Or, we'd like the ability to change the Payments graph by year. Also, it would be so helpful if you could drill down on the graphs to see what grants make up those amounts/payments.

  19. Hello from OKC! I've found a couple of threads that suggest it is possible to pull into a report all the fields available under the Charity Check > Publication 78 tab. I'm able to pull some but not all. I even chatted with support this morning just to make sure I'm not missing this. Specifically, I'd like to pull in the Organization Name field from the IRS Publication 78 tab within the CharityCheck module. I can pull the general org name field from the orgs profile (as they've entered it) but not the name as the IRS has it listed…
