  1. The submission date does not update on follow - up forms that were re-submitted after being reverted to draft status. It would be great to have the most current date of submission.

  2. I heard from an Evaluator who was frustrated with the view of a grid/table on his evaluator view. As he was working in the side-by-side (evaluator/application) view, he coudln't see any of the content of the (in this case) Student Activities grid. There was content in boxes that he wanted to see but the dropdown carrot took up most of the space and he couldn't read the student replies.
    Getting rid of the carrots would probably help but just in general, some way to better view the contents of a grid format answer would be wonderful.

  3. It would be helpful when reviewing follow ups under a request to be able to tell which follow up you're currently viewing. We have to toggle between follow up sometimes during our review process, and the questions within the forms are mostly the same, the follow ups are tagged for the year it is to be submitted, though as you toggle back and forth it's hard to identify under which follow up you're under to provide approval/recommendations.

  4. It would be helpful to be able to see which other evaluators have completed their evaluations within the "Your Evaluations" tab. In our organization, evaluators within the Eval 1 process have unique roles, with the 2nd Eval 1 person needing info from the 1st Eval 1 person in most cases. As such, it would streamline prioritizing evaluations to be able to see if the 1st Eval 1 has completed their evaluation.

  5. From the SLM Dashboard we have the ability to Filter by Processes. In the same way it would be great to be able to Filter by Applicant.

    We do not use universal application so this filter would allow us to group, screen and use Batch options based on an applicant name.

We have had several evaluators ask for there to be a way to see the amount of money they have recommended be allocated in total as they are going through all of the applications they have been assigned. As we give them a budget for each process, this would be helpful in seeing how close they are getting to that budget.

Instead of a site-wide setting of showing the decision status and follow-up forms "x" days after the decision is made, it would be helpful to be able to set a particular DAY the decisions will be visible. This would allow us to approve and assign forms over a span of the scholarship cycle but NOT alert the student until a particular day. We would be able to better communicate with students, and high schools, on when awards will be announced. (Example, I could do the administrative work on our end from April 10th thru 28th, but all notifications and forms…

  8. It would be great to have quick access to recently searched or recently modified/accessed requests or organizations. I find myself in and out of a lot of requests in one day and it would be nice to have quicker access to recent ones without having to re-search each time. I saw someone posted this previously with 9 votes but it was archived. Thanks.

  9. If returning applicants use the copy feature, unfortunately, the system also copies their previously received third party letters of recommendation. In other words, letters of recommendation from the prior grant cycle are copied to the new application.

    Please allow us to turn off copying for third party questions.

  11. We need functionality to remove an evaluator from a panel after that evaluator (or other evaluators) have begun scoring. Presently, the only way to do this is to revert the application, which removes the work of other evaluators.

    We have encountered 2 situations this year where an evaluator discovered a conflict of interest after they started scoring. We need to remove them or at least remove the scores from the applications they completed. RIght now that will be a manual process.

  12. During a grant cycle, we will have a dozen or so requests that are abandoned. It would be helpful to have a category on the dashboard to show the number from that process that were abandoned just the same as you can see approved or denied.

  13. Asking an applicant to compose an email to their anonymous third party is an extra step that overcomplicates things. The applicant has to deal with opening up an email interface, copy-pasting a pre-written message, etc. And for what? It's redundant to send the third party an email explaining that they'll be getting another email.

    It should work like references on a resume. Provide us with the third party's email address, and we'll contact them ourselves. Simple as.

  14. We need side-by-side columns for our evaluators so that they can see how their individual application score compares to the group of evaluators' average score. Only the person in the admin role can see the average group score. And, if the admin is also an evaluator, things get messy quickly in a meeting. An admin/evaluator can never see both their individual score column and the average score column without flipping between roles. Having the ability to see individual scores and average scores on ONE PAGE in side-by-side columns will greatly help with our evaluation meetings and enable us to make…

  17. I'm reposting this since it was first submitted a few years ago and it is still an issue for us. It would be very beneficial to allow Shared Documents to be uploaded per Process. Currently if you upload shared documents, all board members in other processes can also see anything that is uploaded. We are unable to use this for our committees for this reason and I have to e-mail the documents versus the board members being able to review them in Foundant.

  18. I had a partner organization reach out to ask if it was possible for their organization to receive email notification to multiple people from the system. From the sounds of it, in the GLM only the applicant of the request (or assignee of follow-ups) can receive the automatic emails generated from the system.

    If it would be possible to have an option to select multiple recipients for an email to be sent from the system that would be great!

In the eligibility quiz in GLM, the ability to customize a "passing" message like you can customize a "failure" message would be beneficial to make things very clear to applicants that they can move on to the application stage. We had a few organizations last cycle that passed the eligibility quiz but it wasn't entirely clear to them that they were allowed to move onto the next step in the application process.

  20. We have about 60 scholarships, 200 applicants (1,100 applications), and 32 reviewers every year. When I assign applications for review, I want every student to be assigned to 2 reviewers. And I want all reviewers to have roughly the same number of applicants/students (not applications since we use Universal App). So I sort the applications by applicant name, and then manually click all applications for students x, y, z, and then batch assign to 2 reviewers. I have to repeat this process for all 1,100 applications in the system. I would love for there to be an automated way to…
