Use organization domain for email communications
Enable sending automated emails from the organizations actual domain via the use of domain authorization rather than sending everything from grantinterface.com.
Emails from grantinterface.com are confusing, often caught in spam, and it is impossible to ensure that every online customer recognizes and properly whitelists it. This has caused significant overhead on our staff to manage missed communications. In addition, some organizations spend a lot of time and money to build their brand reputation and improve name recognition within the community. The many thousands of automated emails that go out every year should be representative of, and enhance, this investment. While…

Separate overdue Follow Ups from "Drafts" section on open requests dashboard
I realize that Overdue Follow Ups was added to the Metrics Dashboard tab but it would be nice if these could also be shown separately on the Open Requests dashboard tab.
Right now all overdue follow ups are lumped into the "Draft" follow ups section and isn't easy to see. It would be nice if they could be on the Open Requests dashboard tab as a separate line and in a different color instead of having to click over to the Metrics Dashboard to see them.

Organization Summary Feedback
As part of our June Monthly Release, we introduced a User Setting that allows you to preview the updated Organization Summary layout in your Sandbox environment. This was added to the Live environment in August.
This redesigned view consolidates key organizational details into a streamlined format to improve efficiency and usability. It also lays the foundation for future CRM-related enhancements.
We’d love your input!
Please use this thread to share any feedback, suggestions, or questions about the new layout:
Is the information easy to find?
Are there any workflows that feel smoother or harder?
Anything missing or unexpected?Your feedback…
11 votesHi Everyone!
Thank you for the initial feedback.
With our August Monthly Release, we just made this viewable in your live environment. Based on your sandbox feedbac,k we have made a couple of updates:
-Sort order of cards: primary contact in top right and then alpha A-Z, comments, and documents showing newest to oldest left to right.
-Table vs Card view on contacts, documents, and comments, you can change the view to either card or table view.
Foundation Status:
There is a full charity check to view all information. We are continuing to update this view and will highlight the organization more prominently in the coming releases.

Follow up incomplete
It would be helpful if follow ups could be marked as "incomplete" or "not submitted", not just "complete". There are times when an organization doesn't submit a follow up and the only way to close the request is to delete the follow up, or mark it complete, when it isn't actually complete.

Alphabetize Process Dropdown
When entering a new request, it would be extremely helpful if the "Process" dropdown list were sorted alphabetically. With up to 50 active processes at any given time, locating the correct one can be time-consuming. Alphabetical sorting would make the interface more user-friendly and improve efficiency for everyone.
Thank you!

Multiple emails for grant letters
When sending grant documents (grant letters), currently C-Suite only allows for one primary email address and if you want to add a second to be cc'd, you need to add it manually. It would be helpful if C-Suite allowed for a primary and secondary email address to be added and have that be automatically added to the cc section when sending grant letters.
We have many organizations who request multiple email addresses to be contacted when they're receiving a grant and unfortunately right now we can't do it as it's too much of a manual process to add in a…

It would be helpful if Admin could copy a question from one process to the other.
We're updating our form, and would like to retroactively make the changes to 2 closed processes to improve reporting. It would save time and reduce errors to copy a question and add it to another process.

Condensed List View for New Applicant Dashboard
With the updated applicant dashboard featuring a card/tile layout, applicants, particularly students, can face usability challenges when they’re eligible for multiple scholarships. For example, if a student qualifies for just six or more scholarships, they have to scroll to view all their opportunities.
To improve the user experience, especially for applicants managing several grants/opportunities, please consider adding a toggle option for a condensed or list-style view. This view could reduce the size of the cards or display opportunities in a single row-based layout, allowing applicants to see more at once without excessive scrolling.
This enhancement would make navigating the dashboard…

Search Bar for GLM
Adding a global search bar in GLM that allows administrators to filter across all requests, decisions, organizations, users, applications, forms, emails, and notes by keyword would significantly improve efficiency and information retrieval.
There have been many instances where my President has asked for a list of grants related to specific initiatives or geographic areas - such as homelessness, hunger, substance abuse prevention, utility assistance, Smith Lake, or camps. These types of searches often can't be fulfilled by simply entering the name of an organization, user, or location. Instead, I’m left to manually comb through grant notes and entries from previous…

Ability to set Organization as Inactive
Similar to users, it would be helpful to have the ability to set Organization as "Inactive" Some of our organizations have now closed their doors, and there isn't a way for use to remove those organizations from mailing lists reports. We do add the user's status, though, if we could take those out right away it would be very helpful.

multiple automated emails
The option to add multiple automated emails would significantly improve efficiency. For example, a "report due" automated email is sent to grant recipients 30 days and 7 days before the report is due.

Allow Multiple Files to be Uploaded to a Single File Upload Question
Please allow for the ability to upload multiple files to a single upload question.
Currently, it is only possible to upload one file per question. It would be very helpful and much more effective if the File Upload question type allowed for multiple files to be uploaded to a single upload question, as opposed to needing one file upload question for each upload.
Alternatively, the option to upload a folder to a file upload question would be another possible remedy.

GLM/SLM Syncing to CSuite - Add Manual Profile Match Option
When syncing GLM/SLM profiles, CSuite attempts to match and link them by suggesting one or more possible matches. If CSuite does not suggest a match, the only current option is to create a new profile. Many times, a matching profile does exist in CSuite, but with a different version of the first name (Will instead of William) or a different email address (personal email versus school/work email).
Please add the option to look up and manually enter a CSuite profile ID when syncing GLM/SLM profiles.

Add Submit Button for Administrators to allow admins to submit follow ups rather than proxying as the applicant .
Add Submit Button for Administrators to allow admins to submit follow ups rather than proxying as the applicant. When you stop proxying, the system throws you completely out of the application to the dashboard. You can place it next to the Email Applicant and Edit Deadline Buttons at the bottom of the follow up page. I get many follow ups from smaller organizations where the tech level is low via email so I have to scan and upload. Then I have to proxy as the user and it is a cumbersome process to have to search for the organization again,…

Implement a "foldering" system for processes, forms, and email templates
As a high volume organization with many departments deploying grants, the internal user interface is increasingly becoming unwieldy and unorganized. It might be helpful to implement a "foldering" system so different departments/teams can better organize processes, forms, and email templates which look different for each team.

Additional Multi Factor Authentication Options
My organization recently implemented Multi Factor Authentication for logging into GLM. Unfortunately, the only option available is to download an authentication app to verify logins. It would be helpful to have other options, such as receiving a code via text message or email, in addition to the authentication app for verification.

Sending Follow-Ups to Multiple contacts at an organization
Often with our grantees, we typically have multiple people working in tandem on different aspects of the report. While they are set up as collaborators, only one person is getting the reminder when upcoming reports are due. We would like to ensure that folks from departments such as the finance or program teams are all receiving the same advanced notice!

Sandbox Grant Approval
It would be helpful if the sandbox feature that prevented anyone but the creator of a grant from approving the grant was turned off.
I struggle to understand why would preventing other people from posting my grants help in training?
If the intent is for a user to be able to approve their own grant, CSuite offers a togglable setting that provides for this. Hard coding sandbox to prevent any user other than the creator of the grant from approving the grant is an un-necessary restriction. In reality it, prevents users from testing their internal control environments. It also requires…
