  1. Fund Name on the Advisor Portal

    Would like to see the fund advisor portal show the name of the fund, not the public name. Or have an option to choose one or the other. We have a few funds that include sub-funds for accounting purposes -- the sub-funds all use the same public name.

  3. Warning Before Deleting on All Pages

    It would be great if there was always an "are you sure you want to delete this?" message before something is gone forever. There is no warning message when clicking delete on the recurring grants page. There might be other pages where this is the case as well. Thanks for considering!

  4. Make GL account inactive

    We want to be able to make GL accounts inactive without deleting the history attached to the accounts. Right now the only way to clean up the GL codes is to close/delete ONLY if there is no transactions.
    Please add "Inactivate" option to the accounts. Thank you.

  5. Tribute & Tax Receipt Templates: Adding Custom Fields as Template Fields

    We like to have custom fields available in both tax receipt templates and tribute templates. They're available in grant and check templates now, but not in these 2. We have uses for them, sometimes as workarounds, and extending these templates to have those fields would be really helpful.

  6. Adding a date to the yearly tax template

    For Yearly Tax Receipt template, please add a "date" field so we show when the receipt is printed and sent. It's on the "tax receipt" for one time entries. Why not on the yearly tax receipt?

  7. Create account / subaccount without having to save and edit

    It would be great when creating GL account (and other records) to have all fields visible upon initial entry vs. having to edit after saving. It would ensure the complete set of data accompanied the record, and save time.

  8. Gift/Grant Reports Since Inception

    Love the ease of pulling grant/gift reports from the fund's main profile, but really wish there were either an "all" or "since inception" field. We often run these quick reports while on the phone with someone, and it never fails that I have to stop, go back, look at the fund's start date, hit grant report again so that I can add an inclusive date range. Silly, but slightly aggravating!

  10. Donor portal view multipayment grants

    Please show multi-payment grants in the donor portal with the status of the individual payments so that the donor can tell which payments have been paid. Currently the donor sees just the full amount of the grant with the status "Voucher."

  11. Ability to delete a default template

    You can delete a template if it’s not a default one but you can't if it is the default. I accidently created two templates we will never use because I didn't understand what I was creating and now I can't delete them out of the template list.

  12. Add ability to bulk upload an attachment to grants in the "New Bucket"

    It would be useful to be able to bulk upload attachments to grants in the New Bucket and be able to use the filter feature as well to do this. Especially if there is a grant login backup document or email that applies to one Fund with multiple grants. Toward year-end we get Funds that grant 60 grants at once. While using the import feature does save some time, it does not allow to bulk upload attachments. So I have to go into every grant manually and upload at the moment.

  13. Shift-Select Multiple Checkboxes #letshifthappen

    When filtering a custom report on a field with dozens or hundreds of entries (Ex: fund account listings) you currently need to check one... checkbox...at...a...time. This forced exercise in patience and eye-straining focus is simply unjust. We don't need the carpal tunnel injury lawyer sharks to start circling our Foundat dev team. Let's agree that the humane solution is to grant the user the civilized option to hold down shift while selecting between checkboxes, to auto check all the ones between them. Just 2 clicks needed for a range, not 200.

  14. Delete columns on canned reports

    Please make it so that we can delete columns from canned reports. For instance, on the Donor Report for a Fund there are a TON of columns that are not needed if all you want is a mailing list. It's way too clumsy to create a custom report. If we can delete columns, then we can just Print Page. Thanks!

  15. Campaign Ticket notification

    If our campaign event is a paid event, we are notified through Stripe about the purchase so we can keep up with who has registered. HOWEVER, if it is a free event we are having a hard time keeping up with registrants because we receive no notification that they have registered. Becomes a nightmare also when you want to make sure they have a calendar invite (that CS also isn't capable of doing yet).   16. investment performance

    It would be very helpful if there was more information on the investment report in Financials. When you go to the Financials page, select Investments, and enter the time period, the only information available is the amounts going in and out (income, realized, unrealized, gifts, payments, etc.). This can all be found in other areas - the fund activity, Revenue Share, the bank statements, etc. It would be very helpful if this also included percentages to show the investment account performance or some other way to determine how the investment account performed of the selected time period.   17. recurring donation

    Add more payment methods for Recurring Donations. I have some donors that prefer ACH'd donations every month that come directly to our Bank Account. It would be nice if I could add a recurring donation for the same amount every month and have it marked either Other Payment or Check.

  19. HTML and Merge Field Compatibility for Grant Letter Email Template

    Please make the grant_ letter_ email_ body template in site custom content HTML compatible! It appears every template is html compatible except this one.

    It would also be helpful to have more merge fields available within this template. For example, payment amount and payment description/memo!

    Without the html compatibility, you are unable to create line breaks or format any text which is very frustrating. Without additional merge fields, very limited information can be communicated to grantees.

  20. Allow user to specify dates on all custom reports

    Add a date field to all reports, so for example if you create a Funds report, you can ask for the balances as of a specific date.
