Assign existing profile note to an opportunity
Once a note has been created on a profile, it isn't possible to assign that note to an opportunity. It needs to be deleted and then added to the opportunity. It would help if there were an option to edit the existing note and assign it to the opportunity.

new portal
Many things can be renamed or turned off on the left side navigation of the new portal. However, under the "Grantee" tab the left side navigation lists "Summary, Grants and Scholarships". I think we should have the ability to turn off scholarships particularly if you do not use that language with your grantees and there is a student tab that has scholarship info. It seems like it would cause some confusion. I realize some orgs my call their grants or donations scholarships so it would make sense to be able to turn this particular section off and on for grantees both individually or in bulk.

Add Tribute option for Grant Requests
This idea has been posted before, with many votes. I'm adding it again. In the new fund advisor portal, please add the option to add a tribute to grant requests. Donors want this option and a donation note is easily missed.

Auto-input fund advisor contacts when sending documents that have been uploaded to a grant file (ie. grant report)
When uploading documents (ie. a report) to a grant file, there is now the option to 'email' the document, as well as sharing it with the donor in their fund portal.
The email option currently auto-fills the email address of the grantee organisation, however it would be ideal if the email template pulled the email addresses of the fund advisors of the grant for ease of sharing the report with the funder.
It would be great if the copy field were blank, or also pre-filled the fund advisor email contacts as options, as opposed to just the grantee contact.

Ability to build custom dashboards
Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.
With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.
This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.
HubSpot example attached.

stripe total line
It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

Fund Advisors Field for Grants
When you set up fund advisors for the portal, they are usually linked to the individual advisor's profile, not the household. This makes setting the household as the advisor when entering grants difficult because it populates the profiles with portal access. We then have to manually update this on the next page to the household profile, and this sometimes causes confusion if the individual profile is selected.
It would be nice to set up a profile as a fund advisor without having it linked to portal access. Often, households want separate portal access but make their grants together and want to be credited as such.

2 votesThere is the following fund setting that populates a drop down box when a Fund Advisor requests a grant. This is would require the household to be an advisor - you do not need to give them fund access:
- Allow Additional Advisors - Allows fund advisors to make grant requests on behalf of other advisors.
- This does not need to be selected to have more than one fund advisor setup on a fund.

Include fund names for open pledges on donation page
When listing open pledges at the top of the Donation page, the Fund Name should be included with the other information. This would be especially helpful if a donor has more than one open pledge and/or if a donor is making a gift to a fund other than the one(s) they have open pledges for.

Please make new tributes default to private
Currently any tribute created is made public immediately. This leads to a lot of clean-up later. Could tributes be made private by default or could we have a setting that makes this an option?

Giving Hub Campaign - Add Location to Top of Event Under Start Time
On the individual campaign event page (event?eventdateid=xxxx), you show the event name, date and start time. Then there is a rather large blank space before you see the campaign details. Is there a way to move up the Location information -- maybe just the street address -- to that blank space?
Or is there any way to compress that space if there is no image added for the event?

Expense management integration
It would be great if we could integrate a third party app/software to manage credit card receipts/AP. Some on our team struggle with turning in business credit card receipts in a timely manner and there are apps out there that allow for the user to take a photo of those receipts, which are then integrated into the accounting system.

Fund Advisor: Make Password visible
When fund advisors reset their portal password, please add the option for them to make the passwords visible. Requested directly from donors.

Gift Adjustments: Requires Unreconciliation
Currently, we always have to unreconcile bank statements in order to make gift adjustments. That’s an unwieldy and problematic process. One proposed workaround is to make negative donations, but that requires 2 new gifts that have to go through a whole new creation/review process. What’s more concerning is that negative donations would be forever visible on the donor portal, as if we moved money from their fund. We really need a way to cleanly make gift adjustments.

Set both a default email tax receipt and print tax receipt templates by fund
It would be helpful to be able to set both a default email tax receipt and print tax receipt templates by fund. Currently you can only set one default per fund but we want to include an image of a signature for an emailed tax receipt but want to sign printed tax receipts. Being able to setup two defaults could make this possible without significant work.

Suggestion for Multi-Fund Grant Distribution in C-Suite
To enhance our grant funding process, I recommend implementing a feature that allows us to batch multiple funds for a cycle of grants. This would enable us to:
Select Multiple Funds: When bringing over a cycle of grants, we should have the option to select multiple funds for distribution.
Automated Fund Distribution: C-Suite should automatically calculate and distribute the correct amounts from each selected fund to the respective grants. This would streamline the process and reduce manual errors in fund allocation.
By enabling these features, we can improve efficiency and ensure accurate funding across multiple grants, making the overall process smoother for our team.

1 voteDo you utilize the fund beneficiary field on the fund? After setting these up, you can create grants in bulk once spendable is posted. Here is the link to the help article: https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405347700887-Create-and-Edit-Fund-Beneficiaries

make fund advisor inactive
there should be a check box on the fund advisor record that allows you to make them inactive. In some cases I don't want to delete them as I want to still know they are the fund advisor but I don't want them in the list

Allow Fund Advisors who are Staff Members to update the Contact Preferences
We have Staff Users who are also Fund Advisors. When the Primary email is set to their work email address, they receive all csuite notifications to the Primary email address, auto emailed csuite reports, which should go to their work email but they also receive notifications for their personal Funds. I was only able to update the Donation Notify to be linked to their Personal and preferred email address but there is nowhere else we can update their email/communication preferences to try separate their work email and personal email/notifications. This also happens in reverse, if their personal email is set as primary, they receive work notifications to their personal email. On the Fund Advisor setting, we should have the option to choose a default email for the Fund Advisor and/or allow the Fund Advisor to update their information in the portal.

Create Custom report option for Loyal Donors
I'm working in Donor reports and like that I can see each year of giving, and Custom Reports doesn't do this. I would LOVE a Loyal Donor report with a filter to select for donation date of 2023, 2022, 2021, etc. and be able to roll up donor information to the household with emails for both donors (if a household) and mailing address so we can thank/recognize donors for their loyalty.

Export donor and fund advisor data in grants tab - grantee portal
In the nonprofit portal on the grantee tab, grantee organizations cant export CC giver/fund advisor data for their reporting, CRM, and acknowledgements. Add selectable options to display and export the CC donor and Fund Advisor name, address, email unless the transaction was made anonymously or the profile is anonymous.
