Report on Donations filtered based on tax receipt template/type
Be able to run a report where we can filter donations by tax receipt template type. We are receiving IRA QCD and are wanting a report that will show gifts that we received for that type of receipt specifically.

Set registration information required
We would like to be able to set the required information for someone to register for an event. Sometimes we have donor events where the individual/household should register, other times we have grantee events where we would like the organization to be required and the guests should be the individuals actually attending. We are running into the problem with the individual "tab" being first is that organizations are registering as individuals rather than the organizations and we are having to manually fix each ticket. At this point, it would have been easier for organizations to call or email us and to manually register them.

Files - Report when there is NOT a file attached (NULL)
We want to see items that do not have a file attached....specifically vouchers. We want to verify that all vouchers had documentation attached to it before discarding the paper we have. At this time, it appears a Files report only will show you items that do have a file attached but not the opposite of not having an attachment. A "null" option for files would be helpful to see those items that are missing documentation.

Print Address from Donation Record on Envelope
When I create a donation record, I often select a different mailing address than the primary for the donor on the particular gift I'm posting. The new address prints perfectly on the acknowledgement letter but does NOT print on the envelope. Instead, the Primary Address for the donor profile is printing on the envelope. When working in the DONATIONS > Receipts space, I would like to see the address I selected for the donation printed on both the letter and the envelope. Thank you.

It would be great if campaigns could change or show the date as per the date on the ticket, not the actual campaign end date.

Batch attach file to grant
It would be great if I could batch attach a file to grants, for example, a batch of 150 grants that all have the same backup doc.

Add contact information for organization on envelope/labels
When we generate fund statements for mailing, we also export a CSV of the fund advisors who should be receiving the statements to merge into an envelope. When the CSV is generated, contact information is not exported for organizations, only individuals. This is critical as fund statements should go to certain people within the organizations and sometimes even multiple people within the organization. Please fix the CSV export!

A 1099INT report for the Term Investments would be helpful. I can't pull everything I need from a custom report.

On Hold Grants
It would be great to have the "On Hold" grants put into an On Hold or Deferred bucket - similar to the "Deferred" bucket in the scholarships section.

pledge promise
Please add the pay schedule to Pledge/Promise reports. We want to be able to see upcoming expected payments to be able to send reminders. I thought of creating a custom field so solve this issue but it doesn't seem like there's an option to create custom fields in Pledge/Promises.

Merge suggestion should automatically be removed when an individual is added to household
If I am linking a profile to a household, the merge suggestion in the Engagement tab should automatically be marked as reviewed or however it needs to happen on the backend so that it stops suggesting to merge the household that was just connected to the individual or vise versa.

Yearly Tax Receipt Template - add fund public name
For yearly tax receipts, allow the fund Public Name to be an available template merge field. Given that the receipt is a public facing document, the fund public name should be able to be used rather than the internal name which may include internal language.

Voucher Reference Numbers - please either allow duplicate reference numbers in a voucher and/or pop up a warning when entering the voucher that it is a duplicate and then allow a bypass. When we pay certain bills (phone bill, insurance, etc.), we put our account number in the reference number spot which is appropriate in those cases and doesn't change from year to year. Not every payable has a different invoice number each time.

Balance Swaps - Exclude Accounts
I want to select accounts to be excluded from balance swaps. I want everything in my grants payable, scholarships payable and spendable accounts to be in my checking account. The system only keeps amounts that are going out in the short term in checking. Giving the option to exclude those specific accounts would be very helpful.

You could create processes — known as workflows — as an automated series of steps in the form of actions, emails, or conditions. You can assign actions to someone in your organization to complete, then add conditions to have the workflow move to the next action.
You could add emails to your workflow and set conditions to automatically send those emails to your constituents. Scheduled Report Pickup within System instead of Email
Could you all add a report pickup location within the system for scheduled reports to be run and then downloaded from within the system? Currently, scheduled reports only have an email option which raises security concerns for donor or financial information being sent unencrypted over email to users.
Ideas could include putting a time line for expiration for scheduled report downloads (i.e., they are only saved in the pickup location for 24 hours) to prevent clutter.

Can you please have the chat box stay up on the screen instead of disappearing each time you have to move to a different tab, it's very annoying to have to restart the chat each time.

Email receipt
When a donor with an existing profile makes an online donation, the receipt is sent to the donor's primary email on file rather than the one provided at checkout. Hoping this change can be prioritized as it could be problematic for many reasons.

Please allow description field to be pulled into transfer letter template
We just sent our first bulk batch of transfer requests using the functionality in CSuite and were so excited! Previously, this was so tedious and having this "new" option was so optimistic!
Could we please have the ability to pull the transfer "description" into the transfer letter? We request both grants and fees and have one template for this, however, there is no way for the advisor to know what we are requesting whether it be a grant reimbursement or admin fees without this description line pulling.
Hopefully, since it's an existing field in the system, it would be an easy fix!
