Allow custom fields from funds on list of available merge fields for Grant award letters
It would be great to have custom fields available on the grant award letter templates, especially from funds and other modules.

Deceased profiles linked to opportunities
Sounds like you often recommend that Opportunities be used to track bequest status however, the system does not allow you to link a deceased profile to an opportunity. Can you change this so that deceased profiles can indeed be linked to an opportunity?

Profile mailing address
We have profiles with a Primary address and a different Mailing address. When creating a report we are not able to have Mailing Address as a field, only whether or not there is a mailing address. Could the Mailing Address be a radial button like the Pay and Primary addresses are? This may also help with Campaigns . . . If a profile has a Mailing Address, that is the address used. If not, the Primary Address is used. Currently we get labels for both Primary and Mailing Address and one needs to be removed. Thank you.

Tasks
When you add a regular task to a profile or fund, you have the option to share with others. When you add an opp task, you do not have that option and instead you must create the task, edit the task and then share with others. It would save SO much time if this feature could be added to opportunity tasks.

Print Address from Donation Record on Envelope
When I create a donation record, I often select a different mailing address than the primary for the donor on the particular gift I'm posting. The new address prints perfectly on the acknowledgement letter but does NOT print on the envelope. Instead, the Primary Address for the donor profile is printing on the envelope. When working in the DONATIONS > Receipts space, I would like to see the address I selected for the donation printed on both the letter and the envelope. Thank you.

On Hold Grants
It would be great to have the "On Hold" grants put into an On Hold or Deferred bucket - similar to the "Deferred" bucket in the scholarships section.

Batch attach file to grant
It would be great if I could batch attach a file to grants, for example, a batch of 150 grants that all have the same backup doc.

When you select Set Scholarship it should not allow you to use an inactive fund or at least should provide a warning message

reference
Voucher Reference Numbers - please either allow duplicate reference numbers in a voucher and/or pop up a warning when entering the voucher that it is a duplicate and then allow a bypass. When we pay certain bills (phone bill, insurance, etc.), we put our account number in the reference number spot which is appropriate in those cases and doesn't change from year to year. Not every payable has a different invoice number each time.

Balance Swaps - Exclude Accounts
I want to select accounts to be excluded from balance swaps. I want everything in my grants payable, scholarships payable and spendable accounts to be in my checking account. The system only keeps amounts that are going out in the short term in checking. Giving the option to exclude those specific accounts would be very helpful.

Archive Campaign
It would be helpful to be able to archive a campaign from the actual campaign page. When doing it from a campaign list, there are multiple steps that seem unnecessary.

Scheduled Report Pickup within System instead of Email
Could you all add a report pickup location within the system for scheduled reports to be run and then downloaded from within the system? Currently, scheduled reports only have an email option which raises security concerns for donor or financial information being sent unencrypted over email to users.
Ideas could include putting a time line for expiration for scheduled report downloads (i.e., they are only saved in the pickup location for 24 hours) to prevent clutter.

types of labels and salutations
I would like to be able to create different types of mail labels and salutations (i.e. a formal, informal, board member, Professional Advisor). We use formal mail labels and salutations when notifying a non-profit of whom they can thank for the grant. But when we are sending mail to a fund advisor we use an informal label and salutation.

Sort event registrations by date registered
It would be helpful if there was a way to sort registration attendees by date and time they registered. We have more than 100 people attending an event right now and there is no way to tell when new people have registered. I am constantly reviewing this list to see if I recognize new names which can be very tedious.

Can you please have the chat box stay up on the screen instead of disappearing each time you have to move to a different tab, it's very annoying to have to restart the chat each time.

Email receipt
When a donor with an existing profile makes an online donation, the receipt is sent to the donor's primary email on file rather than the one provided at checkout. Hoping this change can be prioritized as it could be problematic for many reasons.

Profile Type Export Buttons
Within Profile Types, there is an option to Export Names, Export Emails, and Export Phones. It would be helpful to have the option to also Export Mailing Addresses. This would include the mailing label, salutation, and the full mailing address. This is a common report for us. Having this option in the Profile Type section would be convenient.
