Create Report that Combines Profiles default report, Profile Log fields and Logs fields
Please create a report that includes the Logs fields When (date and time), Who (who initiated the system action), Ref (link to the specific system action), Log Message (summary of the action) and the Profile Log fields When (date and time), What (profile update information), Who (who initiated the profile update) with all the fields available in the Profiles default report.
Please allow filtering by all of these fields.
This will allow us to see relevant information about updates to profiles all in one place, including profile name and ID, date, user, system action and summary of action.

Opportunity should show on Fund Profile
When there is an opportunity that is attached to a fund, it would be great if the opportunity showed up on the relationships tab of the fund, just like for individual profiles.

Follow link after login authentication
I get lots of emails from Community Suite when someone includes me on a Note, or creates a Voucher for a fund I'm an approver on. Clicking on the link in those emails involves a 3 step process:
1. Link takes me to the login page for our CS instance.
2. After logging in successfully, I'm taken to our dashboard.
3. But what about that original link? I need to go back to email and click it again, to go to the item in question.It would be great if, like on many other web applications, after login you were…

Tax Receipt For Gift With Multiple Designations
Our grantmaking organization has one large fundraiser each year for 20+ nonprofits. We often have donors who send one check that is distributed across several different nonprofits' funds. When a donor gives one check for one nonprofit, we are able to create a tax receipt using custom fields to share where the gift is routed to. In other words, the tax receipt includes the nonprofit fund, the nonprofit beneficiary, the gift amount, etc.
However, if a check is distributed across multiple nonprofits and funds, this method does not work. We have not found a way to create a tax receipt…

Giving Hub: Edit "Continue Giving" Options
At the time of testing (1/27/2025) The "Continue Giving" option in the Giving Hub is awkwardly placed at the top of the shopping cart and checkout screens. It is easy to overlook and does not make it clear how to continue adding donations to your cart. I would like to reposition this element to the bottom of the fund list summary. Ideally the text could be editable as well, at least providing a short caption to explain if we cannot edit the language on the buttons or headers.

Edit a Pledge
Please offer an option to edit a pledge after it's creation; whether it be to change the amount (accidental zeroes happen!) or change the donor from a household to an individual, it should be allowed to edit. Having to delete or 'write off' a pledge if a mistake occurs can have large and messy complications in our financials. This was posted previously but did not get moved along. Thank you!

"Grant Letter Template" name as grant report field
"Grant Letter Template" name as grant report field:
It would be very helpful to be able to add the grant letter template name as a field to CSuite grant reports.
This field would allow us to do a quick check of all the recent grants to ensure the right template was applied before printing our grant letters.

Scholarship Directory (Similar to Nonprofit Directory)
We would like to request that Foundant consider creating a scholarship directory similar to the Nonprofit Directory. We would like a place to easily share our scholarship names, descriptions, and photos to our students, parents, donors, and community. We would like to maintain this directory directly in C-Suite so that it can communicate externally and with SLM, if possible.

Unique URLs to Easily Share Reports
It would be great to be able to email a URL link for a Report, so Users can quickly access shared reports, rather than having to tell them the report name and hope they find it on their own. Currently URL for all reports is: https://columbusfdn.fcsuite.com/erp/report/display
I know there is functionality to email reports, but those don't have live links to profiles, so that is less ideal for many projects and processes.

default expense accounts
When a fund advisor submits a voucher through their portal we have to have a default expense account set up. Our funds have different expense accounts depending on the type of fund it is. It would be nice if we didn't have to set a default and could just assign an expense account when we create the voucher on the back end OR be able to set these defaults by fund or fund type.

Embed Donations into Personalized Donation Pages
We utilize personalized donation pages on our website to promote specific funds. We want to be able to embed a link to the C-Suite donation page directly within our own unique URL that donors recognize as ours and trust. This is something we were able to do with CanadaHelps, but C-Suite functionality doesn't currently allow it. And the C-Suite donation pages look and feel very different from our web page, due to their limited design capabilities.

Add Fields to the Donation Import Template
Add Middle Name, Suffix, Salutation, Mailing Label, and Recognition Name fields to the donation import template. This will alleviate some of the manual work needed on profiles after a donation import.

Custom Reporting: Portal Edit Report
To maintain data integrity and streamline auditing/reviewing, I propose a Fund Advisor Portal Edit Report that tracks fund advisor profile modifications in the portal. This report would summary any changes that the fund advisor makes to their profile within the portal. This would include, change of username, address, phone number, the new banking information, TIN, SSN, etc. Currently, an email is sent to say there was a change but users have to go into the log to find what was changed or updated. If created, this report will improve oversight, ensuring accurate data and easier auditing/reviewing.

Donation Portal: Filter/Search Funds
An option for users to select multiple fields (radio buttons/checkboxes) rather than just searching for a fund.
So, the checkboxes could allow a user to select two different service areas and filter the funds that way.
Anything in the works for filtering funds?

multifund recurring voucher
Need to create a recurring voucher that has a multi-fund. Currently, I create the lines for each fund's account but can only put in one fund. Once I create the voucher, then I can select the multiple fund. Opportunity for Functional Reporting and Efficiency: We figured out a method to do mutliple fund for functional reporting as transactions are recorded. This allows for timely reporting of by functional accounts. However, it takes more time with our recurring vouchers (75% of our transactions) to edit for the mutliple funds.

Report Editing
Currently you cannot edit someone else's report, you have to "Save As" and delete old report. It would be nice to either have an "Edit" option, similar to "Share" or if you select "Share", it would allow them to also edit.

Export Date / Run Date
It would be helpful to have the date that an export was run on the export itself (donations, grants, financials, reports). This would be helpful to know how recently the report was run.

File Categories and "sticky" function in the new portal to organize fundholder files
We use the File section of the new portal to share fund agreements, stewardship materials (for those who no longer receive paper statements), and other documents with our fundholders. As the list of files grows with our engagement, this starts to be unwieldy without the ability to use the internal File Categories (and the sticky function) to organize the files for our fundholders. It would be wonderful to have this functionality in the portal, not just behind-the-scenes for staff.
