  1. When files are shared with Fund Advisors or other within the portal, display the File Category name as it's own column beside the Description field or beside the date to allow an additional sort option and descriptor.

  2. It would be helpful to be able to set both a default email tax receipt and print tax receipt templates by fund. Currently you can only set one default per fund but we want to include an image of a signature for an emailed tax receipt but want to sign printed tax receipts. Being able to setup two defaults could make this possible without significant work.

  3. Can we add sponsored org to the profile of a organization. This would be helpful so if we create a check for an org, that sponsor automatically goes on the check and gets paid. This will also help with record keeping when we pay grantees.

  4. Please include the Fund name/short name on the Pay Vouchers screen. I want to double check that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund when paying multiple amounts from multiple funds to the same recipient.

    We have multiple people enter the vouchers/grants and the person approving them doesn't always check the attached/uploaded files to make sure the amount is distributing from the correct fund.

    When I write the check, I need confidence that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund. I have the supporting documentation printed and in front of me when writing checks.

  5. When viewing the voucher screen, it would be nice to be able to customize it to your own viewing needs. As a person who is paying the vouchers, perhaps I would like to see what type of payment we are issuing. We have set up the custom field to include various payment types including ACH, direct pay, autopay, check, etc. but have not way to see this information other than filtering the screen to see just one at a time. A customized screen would alleviate those additional steps.

  7. I would like to be able to adjust the sort order of Funds.

    For example, I would like a fund entitled The University Fund to appear under U instead of under T. Or John and Jane Doe Donor Advised Fund to appear under D instead of J.

    The report that I use most often that I would like sorted this way is the Fund Balance Report in Financials. I cannot figure out a work around to make this happen.

  9. The alert banner automatically breaks words when the page gets resized. It isn't possible to edit language in the banner so that when the browser is resized, the words stay together -- it automatically moves characters to the next line. See example attached

  10. It would be great to have a toggle at the top of each section for "show inactive roles/links" that would then show the table as it is, but otherwise would only show the active roles. Another option would be to seperate out the dates from the "Roles" column into their own column to make it easier to read and add a column for "active" with a check for active and nothing for inactive.
    The current structure for the org roles and profile links works well when there is only a couple links, but it is very difficult to read once…

  13. It would be helpful to have the ability to choose different fund statement types for Fund Advisors who advise on multiple funds.

    Example: John Doe's statement type is set to online. He is a Fund Advisor for Doe Family Fund and Designated Fund for ABC School. John needs to be able to view online information and make grant recommendations in the fund advisor portal for the Doe Family Fund. He needs to receive an emailed statement for the Designated Fund for ABC School but because of his role should NOT have access to see fund information online.

  14. Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

  15. Hello - I am wondering if at some point you all could have a geographic mapping tool for reporting so that we can share pins on a map for grants, gifts, and other reportable things as long as we have an address. This would be great for strategic planning, Board meetings, etc. Thank you

  16. We've had increased interest from the nonprofits that submit requests through the Grant Catalog to see the progress of their requested funding. Would be great if there was a way for the Nonprofit Grantee to track this during the Catalog cycle to know if they were getting partial or full funding prior to the close of the Catalog cycle (we process all the grants at one time at the end of the cycle). This would enable the nonprofit to plan accordingly if they are asking for an emergent need.

  17. It would be very helpful to have donor names tied to all stripe activity in fund statements- specifically fees (admin and stripe). We can sometimes have up to 4 or 5 line items under a donation and the only line that has the donor name is the actual donation line. If we get multiple stripe donations in the same day, the fees aren't always in order so it makes it difficult to see what fee is associated with a specific donor.

    I've attached an example of a section of a fund statement in the activity detail.

  18. We support multiple communities. When we show promoted funds on the portal, it would be nice to be able to show them by either Service Area or Group:Division. (Internally, we would be willing to use either of these attributes to assign the appropriate community.) So when the portal is displayed, users could easily find funds in their community. We want something similar to what the nonprofit directory allows where you can click on a type (i.e., Designated or Scholarship) to help filter a long listing.

    The search are does look at service area on a fund, so that could be an option that you communicate in the content area.

  19. It would be nice to be able to report notes with a profile, fund, or recurring grant or any other object on the same report. And the report still report the main object (profile, fund, grant) information even if a note is not present. We are trying to monitor recurring grants the donors initiate from the portal. They often include a note that never gets seen unless you expressly go looking for notes.

  20. We have some donor advisors who have endowed funds and want 100/50/etc% of their annual distribution to go to the same organization each year. Currently they can only set an amount for a recurring grant recommendation, but since their fund is subject to a spending policy their spendable balance amount varies year after year. Setting a percentage vs. an amount would be helpful.
