Inactive Grantee, but not Inactive Vendor
Inactive Grantee, but not Inactive Vendor. I recently needed to correct activity that was improperly processed as a grant. I made the grantee profile inactive, and it also made the vendor profile inactive. The vendor designation is correct as the activity should be processed as a voucher. Ask: have the inactive flag seperate for grantee and vendor.

Bring back the option for archived campaign to show on a profile!
I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.
19 votesThere is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns. Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.

add a team member to fund steward
Add additional staff members to a profile/fund so a team could work together with fund advisors or prospects. Fund Steward remains primary and additional staff could be secondary/tertiary or even equal members of the supporting team. When a note is added to an opportunity or fund, team members who are also stewards for that fund/profile could be notified to see updates about the fund. This helps with collaboration, covering a fundholder's needs if their fund steward is out, provides updates in real time to members of the team.

Change profile on opportunity
There is no option to change the profile for an opportunity once it is made. Sometimes we have the name of the person who referred it, and we put it on that profile. Then once we get the name of the client we want it on the client profile. I have to delete the first opportunity and make a new opportunity. But if this opportunity started in 2024 and I don't have the details of 2025, the created date will look like this started in 2025. I want a button on the left that says change profile similar to the change grantee on the recurring grants or other areas in the system to be able to change the grantee.

Security Issue: Inactivating a User
We have a security issue that I hope can be addressed. We need to give someone the ability to inactivate a user without giving them extensive access throughout CSuite. This is necessary for immediate off-boarding. Right now, the only way to provide the ability to inactivate someone is to give them Edit permission on Users. Once you have that permission, you can add anyone to groups, sufficient enough to give almost anyone system-wide permissions. That’s sensitive and dangerous. We just want to give someone the ability to do user maintenance functions, such as resetting a password, unlocking a user, or inactivating one, as mentioned, without further permissions. In our case, we have a third-party IT group supplementing our support, so it is an important need.

Manual Sort Order in Giving Hub
Please allow for the giving hub to be manually sorted. This could be a sort order field on the fund record that allows for a number to be input, indicating the order it should appear on the giving hub fund list. It could also work in tandem with the currently alphabetical sort, sorting funds alphabetically that do not have a sort order set.

Track Fund Milestone Anniversaries
We want to have a stewardship program based on Fund Milestone Anniversaries - 1rst, 5th, 10th, 15th etc.. Currently the only way to manage is to use an excel spreadsheet to track the upcoming dates. If there was a function that permit this within CSuite, that could be reported on, that'd be great! Ideally, we could report on any fund that has a milestone anniversary year in any given year.

Default Grant Sort
I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

Split Interest Payment Schedule
On the Split Interest Payment Schedule, is there a way to edit the headings so it also refers to what box number of the 1099R that each amount should be populated in? And put the columns in the same order as the 1099R?

CGA Split Interest Federal Withholding
One of my CGA annuitants has federal withholding withheld from her payment. There isn't an option on the Split Interest Payment Schedule for this amount. Please include a column for this amount.

General Ledger - Make Account Field a Drop Down
When in General Ledger looking up the detail a specific account, it would be helpful if the "Account" field had a clickable drop-down list of all general ledger accounts. This would prevent the user from having to type in the account number. Many times the user does not know, or has forgotten, the account number they are looking for and a drop down would be beneficial in helping to find this.

Send email to multiple emails for electronic payments
Currently you can only send an electronic payment notification to one email that is identified in the profile. We have had requests from vendors/grantees that the notification be sent to two or more emails.

Please add capability to set up recurring invoices for incoming cash payments such as rent that is received on a regular basis (most commonly monthly in our case)

Scholarship Payment Report
The default scholarship payment report includes voided checks so payments are listed twice with no notation that the payment check has been voided. When creating custom reports, there is no filter to exclude voided payments. I was advised by foundant support to export two different reports to excel and use a merge query to combine reports. Maybe that sounds easy and doable but not to me. It would be helpful if a we could run a report that shows actual payments.

Favorite Custom Reports
I know there was already an idea submission about marking custom reports as a "favorite" and it was marked as implemented when the categories were added, but as one poster noted, the categories don't solve this request. Categories are company-wide and favorites are specific to the user. I cannot use a category to mark my favorites. Please consider re-opening this issue.

Add an edit feature to the distribution calculation
Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation. Also with our funds that we calculate the distribution amount that goes to the distribution committee we split the amount because we have two distribution rounds (spring and fall). We use half of the calculation in spring on December 31st then run the calculation again for fall on June 30th and only use half of the amount. If I make a mistake, I can't go back in a correct it before I post.

Items with "heart" icon i.e. Tax Receipts and Tribute Notify in left hand menu
Could items with "heart" icon i.e. Tax Receipts and Tribute Notify in left hand menu, not only have the heart, but also appear in "red" font? This would help identify the anticipated next step from either the Donations/Receipt bucket or Donations/Tribute bucket.
