Inactive funds/profiles Search
When searching for a fund/profile, "deceased, inactive" or "closed" is displayed at the very right of the name. Is there a way to make these a different color as well so they stand out better? I'm looking at the left side and would rather not scroll through numerous records to find the open fund/profile.

Recognition Name - How do you want to be recognized
I’m wondering if this label ‘How do you want to be recognized’ could be changed to something like, ‘How would you like to be recognized if different than above.’
I’m also wondering if it could be moved down to the Additional Information section instead of being in such a prominent location.

Add closed funds to fund advisor designation
Now that closed funds have an option to be viewed in the portal, it would be nice to have the option to add closed funds to the fund advisor designation so folk can see the history in the portal.

Custom Reports need more options for numeric values other than TOTAL (like AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, COUNT) without grouping or removing fields
For numeric fields in a custom report there is currently a "Total Column" checkbox option to total the data from all rows in that column. The total will display in a new row at the bottom of the column.
We'd like the same thing but with the option for Average, Min, Max, Count, etc. Those are only possible now by grouping and removing all other fields. We end up with the calculated value but can't see any of the individual records or details. We can get what we need in Excel by exporting and adding a formula but would like our staff to be able to reference live CSuite reports with this information.

Is there a way to put giving levels on our grant catalog? I have them set up for the Giving Portal but they don't show up here.

Automatic Emails for Opportunities using Stages as Triggers
Please add the option to send out emails automatically based on when an Opportunity's stage is changed/reached.
We would like for CSuite to send out emails automatically, with both an external and internal option, when a particular stage or stages are reached in an Opportunity. This would cut back on much of the tedious work associated with changing stages and needing to send emails manually outside of the system.
This would help a lot with new donors as they receive a lot of communication, as well as with mid-year checkups.

Revise the CSuite login page
Revise the login page so I don't have to scroll down to enter my username and password, and the same with the next page when I need to scroll down to enter my choice for authentication, and the next page when I have to enter the code. Attached are screen shots showing the inconvenience.

Bi weekly internal for recurring voucher
Now there is no Bi-weekly interval when creating recurring voucher. It would be greatly helpful to have that for organization that do bi-weekly salaries.

Check register needs to include Description from voucher/grant
The check register export needs to include a Description from the voucher/grant. When I send the check register to committee members, they will ask why did I send a $ amount to a particular recipient. If the description is included, the distribution would be more clear.

Account List-Fund ID's
Please add a Fund ID column to ANY report that lists funds (at the very minimum if fund group/subgroup/division can not be added)
When in Accounts and click on the account hyperlink to see what funds are associated with that account - it is a combined name i.e. "xyz fund::Designated" with no fund identification. Makes it very difficulty to export/copy-paste and do any v-lookups.1 vote -
General Ledger - Make Account Field a Drop Down
When in General Ledger looking up the detail a specific account, it would be helpful if the "Account" field had a clickable drop-down list of all general ledger accounts. This would prevent the user from having to type in the account number. Many times the user does not know, or has forgotten, the account number they are looking for and a drop down would be beneficial in helping to find this.

Multiple Email Options for Communications
When individuals unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails, it is impossible to discern if they want to unsubscribe just from marketing/ communication emails and who should just simply be marked "do not email". If Foundant could add choices on emails that indicates something to the effect of, "Marketing Emails" and/or "Foundation business" as boxes to check as options, similar to "mailing" or "inactive" for mailing addresses, that would be very helpful. Currently, if someone unsubscribes from a MailChimp blast, there is no way to realistically remove that person from marketing email blasts unless you go 1-by-1 and remove them from every campaign created that is then linked to MailChimp. The last report we got of unsubscribes was over 400 profiles in length and we would need to cross-reference this list each time, for each campaign. That is not a workaround we, or any nonprofit, is capable of. If Foundant had the option though to mark a record's email as wanting to receive or opt-out of MailChimp emails, but still wants to keep receiving emails about fund statements, tax receipts, or other 'foundation business' this would be a great proactive step! To continue that idea, if bulk updates to this sort of feature to a list of records also was feasible, this would greatly enhance our database management goals of keeping our records updated and 'clean'.

bulk attach
A HUGE time saver would be the ability to attach one file to multiple journal entries at once. Currently, if the same documentation needs to be attached to multiple entries, you have to do it one at a time. A button on the main journal entry screen for a "bulk attach file" would be greatly beneficial. Say you could upload the file and then select all the entries it needs to be attached to. This pain point comes up all the time with multi-fund entries for payroll and other various monthly/quarterly closing tasks.

giving hub remove other option
We would like to have the option to eliminate the "other" amount when using Giving Levels in the Fund Advisor Portal settings in the Fund record. When using the Giving Levels field to allow a membership fee or other type of donation that there should not be an "other amount".

Customize Columns within Grantee's Record
Within a grantee record have the ability to customize the fields being populated. Currently they are: ID, Grant Date, Fund, Status, Amount, Sponsored Org, Beneficiary, Description.
We use grant programs and it would be helpful to identify at a glance what grant program the grant came from. See example below, we rarely use Sponsored Org or Beneficiary. It would excellent to have the ability to customize these columns.3 votes -
Export donor and fund advisor data in grants tab - grantee portal
In the nonprofit portal on the grantee tab, grantee organizations cant export CC giver/fund advisor data for their reporting, CRM, and acknowledgements. Add selectable options to display and export the CC donor and Fund Advisor name, address, email unless the transaction was made anonymously or the profile is anonymous.

Duplicate Grants
When grants are being processed, it would be nice to either show on the screen their most recent grants, or even have a pop up for grants that are very similar. (same date, same grantee, same amount, etc)

Improve Fund Advisor Portal Edit Recurring Grants Options
In March 2025 fund advisors gained the ability to edit recurring grants. However, they are currently only able to edit the number of occurrences and the next grant. I believe they can also end the recurring grant series. We often have fund advisors that want to edit the amount or change the interval. Although we can change it in our backend, the fund advisors often want the option to do so themselves. We also more often see a change in the amount. Currently their only option is to cancel the recurring grant series and create a new one.

Grant Confirmation Email: Fund Advisor Salutation
Can we please add the Salutation for the Fund Advisor as an available merge field for the Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody content (https://...fcsuite.com/erp/owner/content/editcontent?code=advisorrequestconfirmemailbody). As it currently stands, there does not appear to be a way to personalize this communication. The field that is available, {{owner_name}}, presents the name as "Last, First" and doesn't work well to address the Fund Advisor.
