Grant Confirmation Email: Fund Advisor Salutation
Can we please add the Salutation for the Fund Advisor as an available merge field for the Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody content (https://...fcsuite.com/erp/owner/content/editcontent?code=advisorrequestconfirmemailbody). As it currently stands, there does not appear to be a way to personalize this communication. The field that is available, {{owner_name}}, presents the name as "Last, First" and doesn't work well to address the Fund Advisor.

It would be great if profile images could be included in reports. It would be helpful for our philanthropy team to create pictoral directories of the donors they manage.

Add Subject Line for Resend Guest Link customization
Please add a field so that the subject line of the guest link email can be changed. While the recent updates to allowing for the email body content are great, they still do not solve the issue that individuals will not open emails that look like spam, and the current subject line looks like spam.
The current subject line is: Event Ticket Portal Link.
Refrencing this recent update: Portal Options-Giving Hub Content-Campaigns: Added a Resend Guest Link Content area. This will allow users the ability to customize the resend guest link content.

Link grant to campaign or opportunity
Over the years, many requests have been made to enable the ability to link an internal grant to a campaign or an opportunity (see list of requests below), but Foundant @skyeweber has always archived the idea due to lack of activity. For community foundations, much of our work is with fund advisors who hold funds with us, so it is important for us to be able to link our efforts to fundraise for programs through internal grants, and to link those to campaigns or opportunities. It’s possible to link a donation to campaigns and opportunities, so it seems logical that we should be able to do the same with grants. Please consider this idea again.

Stripe fee percentage
Stripes non-profit credit card fee is 2.2% +.30, it would be nice if we had the option to charge that exact fee amount in CSuite to prevent over charging our donors and causing confusion and extra activity on the fund statements. It should be a complete wash if the donor wants to cover the charge.
12 votesThe additional donation was built as a suggestion to cover not only the credit card processing fees, but the Foundation's fees as well. In general, a 3% fee works out to closely match the current stripe fees.

Multiple Email Options for Communications
When individuals unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails, it is impossible to discern if they want to unsubscribe just from marketing/ communication emails and who should just simply be marked "do not email". If Foundant could add choices on emails that indicates something to the effect of, "Marketing Emails" and/or "Foundation business" as boxes to check as options, similar to "mailing" or "inactive" for mailing addresses, that would be very helpful. Currently, if someone unsubscribes from a MailChimp blast, there is no way to realistically remove that person from marketing email blasts unless you go 1-by-1 and remove them from every campaign created that is then linked to MailChimp. The last report we got of unsubscribes was over 400 profiles in length and we would need to cross-reference this list each time, for each campaign. That is not a workaround we, or any nonprofit, is capable of. If Foundant had the option though to mark a record's email as wanting to receive or opt-out of MailChimp emails, but still wants to keep receiving emails about fund statements, tax receipts, or other 'foundation business' this would be a great proactive step! To continue that idea, if bulk updates to this sort of feature to a list of records also was feasible, this would greatly enhance our database management goals of keeping our records updated and 'clean'.

Tribute Template - Salutation Merge Field
For our Tribute letters, the Salutation merge field populates with the first and last name of the recipient. Would it be possible to have it just populate with the first name of the person or the couple receiving the letter? This would make the letter less formal, especially when it is being sent to any donors that we have a long-standing relationship with. I saw a post where this change was implemented for the Tax Receipt template, so I'm hopeful this would be an easy fix for Tribute templates as well. Thank you! Kelley H.

duplicate screen
Hi - it would be great if the screen showing duplicates would indicate what type of record it is, particularly if a record is a student. With just a giant list of names, it is hard to pick out the ones the student aid team needs to look at. (or a fund holder, or vendor etc) OR the date the duplicate was added. OR the number of times the record shows. If we have 3 John Lennons and one was created last week, we might be able know who needs to fix it at a glance.

Accents switching to ASCII Characters when put in Portal Cart
If a profile has an accent in their address etc, once it gets to the portal cart, it switches to an ascii character. Same thing happens if the description typed in by the donor has an accent in it, it also switches to an ASCII character.

Primary email for grant letters
It would be SO helpful for the primary email that gets pulled in to email grant letters be for the development person (or whoever should get the letter). This is usually different than the primary email for the grantee (CEO, info account, etc.). I think the best way to do this is on the profile have the ability to mark an email for specific tasks (primary, grant letter recipient, etc.). Thanks!

Import Profile Fund Relationships in Bulk
I'd like an enhancements to the Import Relationships tool. That functionality allows us to import profile link relationships, profile to profile relationships to CSuite in bulk. I am looking import profile-fund links where I can link the profile to the fund and the fund category in bulk via CSV import. This would allow me to in bulk add relationships that we are trying to keep track of that we didn't track prior to our import to CSuite.

Allow Users to Change Navigation Font and Color
The font color isn't dark or big enough, and if you want to use a dark background, there is no way to change the text to be lighter.

Grant Approval with Vouchers
As the CFO, I work on fund clean-up and other grants movement all the time. It would be helpful if grants went to the Approval bucket in Vouchers so my CEO could approve all of the week's payments at once and I wouldn't have to ask her to approve grants constantly. OR so I don't have to constantly change the Settings in Grants back and forth. Maybe this is a toggle within the grant creation? Thanks for considering this idea!

Public Securities - Name of Stock - in Description Field
We would like to have the name of the stock autofill in the "Description" field. Not the # of shares and ticker symbol as they have their own separate fields. We have to manually type in the Name of the Stock as we use it to populate on our tax receipt letters.

Ability to put Balance Sheet, Budget vs Actuals/Income Statement on Fund Statements
When working with fiscal projects, we are hoping to teach them how to read financial statements. The fund statement is not a true statement of activity, budget, or balance sheet. It would be easier to send them monthly fund statements with their financials already attached, either through an option or a template.

Return to PROFILE instead of campaign when deleting from campaign
When I'm looking at a profile, under Engagement, there's an option to delete the profile from a campaign. The problem I'm having is that after choosing delete, I'm taken to the CAMPAIGN instead of back to the profile so that I can delete it from other campaigns or make a note. It makes more sense to me, and would improve my work flow, if the system returned me back to the profile where I started.
Related to this, it would be helpful to have a Delete button on the archived campaigns found under List All Campaigns within a profile, rather than having to search each campaign. Or perhaps there can be a "delete from all campaigns" button, considering you can't delete a profile attached to a campaign.
If it's not possible to return to the profile, it would be helpful to have a "Recently viewed profile" area on the dashboard for quick access. I'm constantly having to search for the same profile over and over again. This would be helpful in a lot of situations, so if it makes sense to have this as a separate idea, I'm more than happy to do that.

Fixed Assets and Depreciation
I would love a Deprecation Schedule module in Community Suite! Currently, we pay our auditors to track our fixed assets and we could purchase software, but it would be great to have it integrated. Thanks for considering!
