Tribute search
I don't see a way to search for a tribute by its ID number. This would be helpful in updating tributes or in cleaning up data.

Minimize/Maximize file categories
We love being able to create categories for files and will be utilizing it more soon. We discovered, however, that when there are many files in a fund, it would be beneficial to minimize all fund categories and be able to just maximize the category we're looking for a file under.

board portal
Create a Board portal. A place to put documents, ByLaws, minutes, agendas, governance documents etc. Board would login here to retrieve documents for meetings instead of email and re-emailing with changes.

Multi-platform integrations via Zapier, Make, MuleSoft, or similar middleware
One of the most limiting things about using Foundant is the lack of connectivity to other platforms that we all use. Even in cases where there is some integration (like with MailChimp) that integration is extremely limited.
I found those ideas all via one quick search in the Idea Lab for the word "integrate." I bet there are many other requests that could also be solved this way.

MuleSoft: https://docs.mulesoft.com/connectorsFoundant is a relatively small company and obviously doesn't have the capacity to develop connectors between CSuite and the many platforms we all use.
Instead, I suggest that Foundant focus on developing a connector to one middleware platform like Zapier, Make, or MuleSoft. CSuite could connect to one of these platforms, then users could create integrations between CSuite and many other.
I did a quick search in the Idea Lab and found a number of suggestions that could all be solved by a middleware integration. Here are some examples:

Authentication - UX
Make the authentication box on the login screen automatically populate the cursor and ability to type. Once you try to log in, it prompts for authentication. Then, you have to click on the text box, but most of the time, I forget to click the box because on most websites, it automatically is ready to have someone type in it. So I am left typing the authentication on my phone into nothing.

Tributes: Need template in tribute custom report
We have a custom report entitled 1303 Daily Tribute Card Recipient Report. We would like to be able to include the template used to create the tribute as a cross-check in the report. While template is a field in Tributes, we cannot pull it in to any reports.
We have various templates of different orientation(s) i.e., vertical, horizontal, mother's day No basket (horizontal) and mother's day With basket (horizontal). We would like to be able to check that the correct template was pulled in.

Add note to RSVP
We would like to add a note to RSVP's. For example, we currently have an event where people are RSVP-ing "No", but would like to talk to staff at a separate time. This would be a great way to keep track of these people/organizations.

Enable an edit button for file names in the voucher area without having to unpost. Currently we have to unpost and repost then go through the approval process again.

Receipt for multiple donations with import
Needing a multifund receipt option for imports. We are planning to utilize the file import for donations when we have large campaigns to save data entry time. When we go to pull the receipts however it's doing 1 page per donation instead of 1 page per donor.
I understand that we can manually enter the multi fund donation and get the same outcome but that is much more time consuming.2 votes -
Decouple the inactive button from the deceased button
When you mark a profile deceased, it is automatically marked inactive and you have to reopen it to make that change. Not all deceased profiles are inactive - we pull them frequently but if they're also marked inactive they might not get pulled.

It would be helpful to 1. choose the grants for which you do not want grant letters automatically generated and 2. review/edit the letters before they are automatically uploaded to the grant record.
Not all grants utilize the grant letters feature. We need the ability to use the feature for some grants but not all of them. Also, some grant letters need to be customized or revised before they go to the grant record.
Currently, the "disable grant check documents" feature offers an all or nothing approach. Either we use templates for all of our grants and the letters are automatically uploaded without the ability to edit OR we turn off the template feature all together.

Change GL Code on AP Voucher
Sometimes we need to change an expense code on an AP voucher after that month has been closed. Would love some functionality that would allow this in a subsequent month. The current workaround is a JE but that means the voucher has the wrong code for 1099 purposes.

Allow editing a custom report name, description or sharing without having to save as a different report
It is fantastic we can now just use "Save" in custom reports to save updates to an established report. It would be mind blowing if we could also have the option to EDIT the report to update the description, the shared toggle or even the name without using "Save As" and deleting the older report.

Profiles with Numbers
Can the search include pulling up organizations that use numbers in their name ie. 1st Bank or 34th Street Vet? Right now they don't appear in the drop down.

Have the ability to select account type rather than by account code or all. If you want to run all expenses only you cannot not. Or have the ability to put in a range of account codes OR select multiple accounts.
