  1. Help! The updated fund portal "the portal" does not show ticket sales when using campaigns, if they are not true donations/contributions. This is a change and a negative one! I have sold the campaign function to fund advisors for things like events and or membership drives - but now they don't see ticket sales (non gift) in the portal! If you export a donation excel list, you can see the ticket sales USED to be in there. For some reason, they stopped showing up (unless it's the 3% donation add on). Big loss for function and customer service.

  2. With the coming changes to the portal, specifically, with the multiple paths to login (PIN or ID/PW), this would be a good time to bring the login log up to date also. Some changes to consider maybe be:

    Completing the logoff field to indicate whether the logoff was via "Log off" or if the log off was due to a Foundant reset.

    Consider an inactivity timeout. An hour would be a good start (an option to choose inactivity minutes would be better).

    Log in and log off timestamps (log in Ts already exists).

  4. Now there is no Bi-weekly interval when creating recurring voucher. It would be greatly helpful to have that for organization that do bi-weekly salaries.

  5. I'm not sure when this field changed (recently as I pull reports regularly). The previous field for the steward on a profile was 'Steward' and the field for fund steward on a fund was 'Fund Steward'. This has recently changed to the same field name of 'Steward Employee ID'. The only way you can tell the difference is by what section the field is under, profile or fund. It would be nice to know when fields change on a report so I can ensure that my existing saved reports are pulling accurately.

  6. Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

  7. We recently used the mailchimp tag syncing for an event to add the initial invite list. Some of the attendees added were marked in CSuite as Do Not Email, but the sync still added the new tag to their email in Mailchimp so some got the email that did not want them. Just like the csv export, all the emails of any Do Not Email profile should be excluded from the sync so they both should not be added to the audience if they are not on it and they should not be updated with the campaign tag if they…

  8. Our organization makes loans to external organizations. It would be helpful if the information from the loan module could be exported to a fund statement. I believe currently only internal loan information is able to be published on a statement.

  10. Good morning, Foundant! I would like to 'export' a list of newly created profiles by the date option. Right now, I have to highlight the profiles created and export it to excel. It would save time to have the 'export' option at this stage. Thank you for considering my request today.

  11. I get lots of emails from Community Suite when someone includes me on a Note, or creates a Voucher for a fund I'm an approver on. Clicking on the link in those emails involves a 3 step process:
    1. Link takes me to the login page for our CS instance.
    2. After logging in successfully, I'm taken to our dashboard.
    3. But what about that original link? I need to go back to email and click it again, to go to the item in question.

We would like the functionality for our fund steward's business contact information to only show in the portal and have another set of public facing contact data to show on promoted/public funds in the giving hub. this way we keep the personal connection within the portal and sensitive contact information away from the public.

  16. The Allow Grant Request Notes gives us the option for fund advisors to put special instructions in as a note. However, when processing in bulk there is no clear way for the grants administrator to see that there are special instructions on that grant. They would also need to scroll all the way to the bottom to see this in the individual grant. So we have this feature turned off.   17. I would like in a donation report to pull the campaign field. This way we could have a much more detailed donation report or group donations by campaign. Because we would like to see donations that came in because of a campaign and ones not from the campaign in one report. Right now there isn't a way to do this without using the external API and building it in PowerBI.

  18. When making a grant request fund advisors are able to see the grantee name, but not the address. They can see the address at the review stage before submitting, but this means if they selected the wrong location they need to go back, delete it, find the right grantee and make the grant request all over again. We've gotten some feedback that some fund advisors are afraid to move forward in the grant request process because they are worried they selected the wrong one.   19. Right now, there is an option to either send the Cart Reminder Email daily automatically or manually, which we can control. We think daily is a bit too frequent and would love the option to set which days it is sent. Like Mondays only, or Monday and Wednesday, etc. That way we can control the cadence to work better with our workflows for grant processing, and not overload our users with too many emails.
