  1. Can you add the "exclude from RevShare" tick box as an option for bulk editing funds? We want to bulk edit all of our legacy funds to exclude them from revshare and have to do it one by one currently.

  2. Donation report --- please add the ability to sort donations by date within the donation report screen. The most recent donations are at the bottom, and I often have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the report to find recent donations. Please add the feature to the date column so we can switch that view with one click to see most recent donations at the top.

  3. Can we incorporate the 30 cent transaction fee into the calculation when a donor chooses to cover the processing fee? We get a lot of questions as to why an amount of $99.70 was deposited, for example, and when we explain that the donor covered the fee, but there was an additional fee not covered, it just creates unnecessary confusion and time out of our day to explain. Seems like a simple adjustment.

  4. For checks/grants/vouchers/deposits/donations/documents and more, each has its own way of listing all the related items. Either 20 items per page or hundreds of items on one page. If there are 20 items per page, I have to advance it every 2 or so pages until I find the item I need and it could be years ago so this is very time consuming. There needs to be consistency and a search field within to search all pages without having to go page by page or be able to view all items or 50 items or 250 items.

  5. When you are in the Tributes page, you can search a name and it will show who the person to notify is behind the searched name.

    Ex. Jane Doe [Doe, John] (public)

    It would be nice if the same kind of populated search would show when entering a donation. I find if there are two different notifications, I have to go into the Tributes page and look to see which I need to choose. AND if they would be labeled the exact same (Example: "Jane Doe" and "Jane Doe" vs "Jane Doe" and "Dr. Jane Doe" I have no idea…

  6. It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

  9. The Add Fund field for templates currently does not recognize shortnames. It should look up funds by shortnames like most all other fields in the system.

  11. With the change of the USPS validation back to not using the standardization of all caps, it would be nice if we had the option to choose to use all caps, which is USPS standard, if we wanted. That was one of the great features for the USPS validation process for us. We have considerable trouble with mail not reaching its destination and want to do all we can to help it get where it’s supposed to go.

  12. On credit memo records, it would be helpful to have a link to the invoice that the credit was applied to. If you look on the original invoice record, there is a "Payments Applied" section that links to the credit memo. But the reverse is not true--if you're looking at the credit memo record, there is no way to tell which invoice it was applied to.

  13. Right now, the "duplicates" tab only flags profiles with duplicate name, email address, or phone number. Could it also flag duplicate addresses? We have many donors who may use a slightly different name when donating (like putting in "Michael" for one donation but "Mike" for another, so it doesn't flag it as a duplicate profile). If the system also flagged duplicate addresses, it would hopefully catch more of those.

  14. I'm running a report of donors with a birthday in a specific month, but for those donors who are a part of a household, the Steward is on the Household profile. I want the Stewards to sign the cards for these donors. In order to see the Household Steward, I need to open every donor profile who is a part of a household to find their Steward. Please add Household Steward as an option to select in custom reports.

  15. Changing the way the funds are presented in the Fund section in CSuite so that chronological is an option, instead of only alphabetical, would be helpful. I'd like to find my new funds faster.

  18. We have many donor advised funds with multiple advisors. There are often times when they want two or more advisors listed on the same grant. Is there a way to add this option? Otherwise we need to contact the grantee and let them know all of the advisors involved in a grant.

  20. Currently, Yearly Tax Receipts can only be produced in bulk as PDF's versus Word Documents. I would like to have the ability to select the file format download you'd like (PDF or Word.docx) for the Yearly Tax Receipt. This would then keep the options for YTR the same independently if you run them in bulk or individually.

    Currently, we would need to have something similar to Adobe Acrobat to turn the PDF into a Word Doc.
