Bank reconciliations - option to hide checked items for easier list of open transactions
It would be helpful on the Bank Rec screen to be able to refresh or filter the screen based on checked/unchecked items. So once items have been checked off, you can refresh the screen to show only what has been left open. It would save a lot of time scrolling up and down while doing a rec.

Notes: Collapse list to show most recent with ability to show all
Notes - many of our profiles have pages and pages of notes because currently each note is shown in it's entirety. I was wondering if we could only show the first 5 (?) lines of a note on the profile. Then have the option to click on a "show more" button or click on the note itself to get the full note to appear. This would allow for an 'at a glance' option to find the note we need to view.

Adding prospect profile reports and incorporating prospect research fields
In other DBs I’ve used there is a way to export a complete donor/prospect profile report that lists all information in the person’s record (contact info, prospect ratings, relationships, giving, granting (is applicable), notes, etc. in an exportable report – preferably into Word or a PDF. This is very useful for us to use as a working doc in a prospect meeting. (Perhaps I’m just to old school, but paper one can make notes on is still very helpful.)
Another VERY helpful element would be the ability for Foundant to pull in fields from one of the major prospect research services like Wealth Engine. This would provide a strong and consistent element for assessing and rating prospects, and consequently for focus put upon them.
Both of these components are, to me, key to being a really good advancement CRM.

Revenue Share option for Impact Investing
It would be great to have the ability to also add balance sheet accounts to the statement vouchers to automate the impact investing activities.

Make spendables a field in both the Fund Summary dashboard and the custom reports
We are going to be producing monthly a spreadsheet that will help us determine who normally distributes in a particular time frame and their spendable/available cash.
It would be a dashboard we can frequently review.
However, the pre-made reports or the custom ones do not grab both the spendable/available cash that we would need for review.
Other fields that we would find beneficial include: the distribution type/sub types, fund summary and fund advisor.
Nice to have would be the grantee names/dates/amounts.
The pre-made “Fund Report – Summary” is close and works well as a dashboard, but is missing some vital, to us, info.

We recently invested in an impact investment where we have a portion of $ in a mortgage. We earn interest and principal repayments monthly but only receive the funds 2 a year. I would like to book the monthly int earned and reduce the principal by the amount owed and set up a receivable for the twice a year payment. I was looking to the add int/fees to book the income no problem but how can I reduce the principle balance and set up the receivable other than booking journal entries. At the moment there is just one fund holding this investment but we foresee multiple funds sharing on these type of investments going forward and need to be able to allocate the receivable somehow and reduction of principle.Impact Investing-Revenue Share

The Balance Swap feature is extremely helpful, but it would be better if you could change the amount for the balance swap that is needed. In some instances, a fund needs a balance swap, but I would like the ability to make two different swaps on different days.

Upload IDs - Legacy Profile Code
It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

Creating customized templates for reports
I would love the ability to create a customized word template based on criteria from specific reports, where the data from that report would merge directly into the template. For example, I want a directory of all our Board Members, with work information and primary contact information. I created a custom report using Profile Org Role, but now I will need to export that information to merge into a word doc template. I would love to be able to do that merge within the system.
