  1. We should be able to receive an automatic email from our evaluators once they have completed an evaluation. This would be a time-saving program enhancement for scholarship management.

  2. It would be helpful for SLM to include a spelling/grammar check tool within the scholarship applications for students to use when writing their essays or short answer responses. I know that some internet browsers have a spell check included, but it might be helpful from the student side to have a more comprehensive tool to help with spelling, grammar, etc. as they write their responses.

  3. Particularly when we are down to the deadline wire for committee member scoring in Foundant, it would be helpful not only to know the last login of the users, but also easily see who all is actively logged into our system at any point in time. This would help me understand who is still working vs. who I need to reach out to. I do not want to bother our busy volunteers if they are already doing what I need them to do.

  4. As you continue to tweak the new profile views in SLM, I suggest that you add an email history link to the profile page. With the help of Aden on chat, I found it after clicking on the edit pencil and then clicking on the 3 dots where it is one of 3 selections.

  6. Block new application from applicant who hasn't completed a grant report on a previous grant award. This would encourage applicants to complete their grant report and provide another level of due diligence built into GLM

  7. I should be able to "drill down" the data on all data shown on the dashboard. For example in the amount awarded chart on the metrics dashboard, I would like to click on the bar graph and have an spreadsheet of all the grants included in that bar graph.

    Hi Mark, Thank you for the feedback. The one tricky part about requested amount is that it is a custom field and not a system field in 2026 we may be looking at how we can create more system fields, or creating coding that would help us know what fields are similar across clients to use in scenarios like this.

  10. I was wondering if anyone would find value in the ability to weight evaluation questions. We are exploring the idea of funding general operating requests and project-based requests, all from one process. If we were able to weight questions or make some scoring questions optional, this would prevent and help us with our evaluation of LOIs and Applications.

  11. It would be awesome to be able to assign a default answer to a multiple-choice question (radio button or checkboxes). maybe a check box in the list for "Make this the default answer", if unchecked, there is no default answer. If checked, that selection is the default.

    This would be helpful when we have an internal question that is required, but will not need to be answered unless a change is needed. For example, "Does the board require an amendment to consider this grant for approval? Y/N." The grant manager doesn't need to answer this question until after the board…

  12. It would be nice if we could assign visibility to entire groups of questions, so we could have an "Internal Use Only" group of questions that our applicants can never see. And every question in that group would be "Internal" by default.

  13. I understand that there is a feature that allows follow ups to be submitted either sequentially or in any order. This is helpful if you want all follow ups to follow the same rules. However, we need most of our follow ups to be submitted sequentially, and then just a couple of them to be able to be submitted at any time.

    We have deadlines for each of our follow ups, but applicants are welcome to submit certain follow ups with a later deadline (i.e. match documentation) before the others (a final grant report, for example, which we do 3…

  14. The "applied (with check mark)" is confusing our grantees. Grantees can make multiple applications to the same process. They have no idea that "Applied" means they have the correct application submitted. Can you change "Applied" to "Apply". The following page warns them of duplicates anyway. Why confuse things.

    I would like the existence of internal follow ups to be visible on the applicant's dashboard. Even if they can't see the information in the internal follow up, the lack of visibility/availability for the client interferes with sequential follow up assignment. Internal/applicant visibility should be a separate issue from interna/applicant assignment.

    It would be good if an applicant could see that there is an internal follow up assigned associated with their request. This visibility could be controlled via a setting toggle.

  17. Please provide a way to remove completed electronic signature agreements and completed interim reports from the "follow ups complete" list without having to close the grant. either separate tabs for each or a way to remove them altogether.

  18. When using the text box option for answers requiring no more than 250 characters, the text is cut off when evaluators use side-by-side functionality. The workaround is for the evaluator to drag the dotted line dividing the sections to the left, but that is cumbersome and time-consuming. It would be nice to have these short responses automatically wrap when displaying during side-by-side evaluations like the questions that use 'text area' for more than 250 character responses.

  20. As I believe it is currently implemented, a user's account only allows them a single title, but they can be connected to multiple Organization records. A person's title may vary between the organization's they are affiliated with - they may be a Development Director for one organization, but the Board President for another. I would like a person's title to be stored at the User+Organization level, not the User level.
