  1. It would be helpful when an applicant submits a follow-up form that the automatic email that is sent to the admins has the actual person who submitted the follow-up form. Instead of "A new (blank) has been submitted for (grantee phase)".

Currently, once a manager evaluation has been assigned, if the manager reviews it and then realizes it should be reassigned to another manager, if he saves it (even without answering any questions), it locks the evaluation and it cannot be reassigned. This is an issue and has not always been this way. I would like to recommend this be changed so if needing to reassign an evaluation, it can be done without issue by the administrator, even if it has been saved.   4. It would be very helpful to add an additional one or two column filters to the process, applicant, project name and eval 1 & 2 headings. I have Graduating High School and Applicant ID currently set. I would like to add Student Status and graduating year so I can see at a glance what I need for the applicant. I have to go into the application to get the info I need which can be time consuming.

  5. The side-by-side view for evaluations does not properly show all of the text for 'text box' type questions. To see the rest of the text a user must manually select the text to make the box scroll - this is nonsensical or select the application button at the top creating a PDF popup.

    Please make all the text show so that the evaluators can just have a side by side comparison and not have to open up multiple documents.

  6. I would love an automated email to administrators for GLM/SLM for a conflict of interest question. That way we can see it and assign another evaluator. We shoot for a certain number of reviews of applications and if someone has a conflict of interest we would want to assign a different reviewer for that application.

  7. On the Dashboard there's the Amount Awarded graph that posts the last 10 years. Our organization would love the Payments graph to show the same (last 10 years vs. last 12 months). Or, we'd like the ability to change the Payments graph by year. Also, it would be so helpful if you could drill down on the graphs to see what grants make up those amounts/payments.

  9. We would like to remove or deactivate the "See Opportunities" button on the left-hand To Do panel. All of our applicants can get to the apply page by clicking "Apply", and having more than one pathway creates confusion.

  11. We would love the option to turn on 2-factor authentication. Applicants often share credentials to work on application and follow-up forms, and 2FA would help eliminate confusion on their end, as well as greatly reduce the risk of fraudulent activity.

  12. We would really love the option to turn off applicant's ability to edit their own contact information. We have had problems with applicants changing names and email addresses during staff changes, and it creates huge problems with our record-keeping and historical data.

  13. For GLM under website settings, "Warn Applicant of an Existing Request," if this could be for applications submitted by organization. For example, a user from an organization submitted an application but then another user tries to apply for the same grant opportunity. The user trying to submit the 2nd application would be notified that an application was already submitted. There may be instances when there are multiple programs within one organization are applying for a grant, if that's the case, allow multiple programs to be identified under one umbrella organization.

  15. Allow information from the organization and user details to auto-fill answers to questions in any form. For example, on the application form if the question is organization submitting an application that information would auto-populate based on the organization the user is linked to. Another example, would be if there is a question on the applicant form that asks who is completing the application, that information based on the user information of the person logged in.

  16. Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers.   17. When you create a listview that includes advanced data table displays, they are nested into a single excel cell. It would be great if there was an easy way to export out data from advanced data tables so they are parsed into individual cells.

You can create granular filters from the Grant Manager that pull from Organization and Contact and Activity fields, but then if you want to do the same from the Organization Manager or Contact Managers, you only have access to the specific fields on those UTAs. It would be amazing to be able to have the same filter access so you could for example pull a list of all Organizations with a Grant status: Active in 2025.

  20. Currently check content provides custom fields so I am using that to send payment notifications. However, I recently discovered this sends a notice to all payment recipients not just the ACH recipients like I was told. A support representative told me that if we use Voucher Content, and Grants Content it will only send notifications to those ACH payees, but there are no custom fields in these areas so I can't include any details about the payment or who the fundholder was that issued the grant payment like I can in the check content area.
