Custom navigationI am suggesting that the header area be made editable. It would be worthwhile if we could truly mimic our website header (logo and navigation) so the user thinks they never truly leave our website since there is no option to embed Foundant forms. 1 vote

"Close Request" buttonThe "close request" button has caused confusion for our staff. It's being clicked accidentally. As you go through the scholarship workflow, you often click the buttons in the bottom right corner. The Close Request button is located in the bottom right, but is not a button we want clicked. I also think using the word Closed is not the right word to use. Could the button be moved and the name changed to indicate something more drastic? "Close" can sound like you are just finishing this particular step in the process. Thank you! 3 votes

redirect to main page after password resetRedirect to login page after password reset. Can you please have the system automatically redirct to the main login page after a password reset has been completed? This seems like an easy fix and should be automatic but currently users have to then go back in and locate the login page after they just reset their password. In a perfect world, we could also have the system automatically send folks a password reset when adding new users to an organization vs. having to tell them to go reset themselves or manually having to send them an email reset link. 2 votes

Follow-up Due Dates Shareable in Other Follow-upsIt would be great to allow Follow-up Due Dates to be shared within Decision forms or future follow-ups. For example, within our Decision process and within our Grant Agreements (follow 1), we mention that grantees will need to complete a Final Report (follow-up 2). We would like to auto-populate the Due Date of the follow-up 2 in both the Decision process and the Grant Agreement so that grantees can sign-off that they acknowledge and commit to the final report. Being able to auto-populate this field based on system due-dates would allow for efficiency as well as minimize human error. This… 7 votes

visibility of formsWe use a two-step evaluation process which involves two different groups of evaluators, one for each step. Once the first group evaluates the LOI we would like to restrict the visibility of that form from the second group of evaluators. Right now that requires going into each question and table row or column and updating the visibility, a very time-consuming and tedious job, between the two evaluation phases. It would be great if we could alter the visibility at the form level, overriding field by field visibility settings. That would allow us to basically turn the LOI form off after… 2 votes

Adding shared questions to installment forms to improve information in payment tracking tableThe standard columns for the tables are not optimal for our program, so we've assigned project numbers to each funded application. I would like to be able to see this number in the payment tracking table, but can't add it to the installment form as a shared question. Woiuld this be valuable to others? I would also like to be able to delete some of the standard columns--project titles take up a lot of space and are not that useful! 6 votes

File upload as shared question to allow budget files to carry forwardWe pay grantees on a reimbursement basis. With some programs, this is a quarterly request, with others it is a single installment at completion of project. 
 In either case, their budget will be collected in excel as part of the application. I would like that file to live with the specific project and be used to request reimbursements. Since file uploads are not shared questions, I don't have an easy way to help applicants do this.
 I saw that others had requested this functionality previously and the request hasn't been implemented due to lack of support. I'm hoping that by…20 votes

Pull Opportunity Info or Flag Questions into Follow Up FormsWhen creating Follow Up forms, it would be a real time-saver, and lessen the likelihood of error, to be able to pull information or fields from the Applicant Opportunities section of the Universe into the follow up form. (Or even from the connected CSuite Scholarship.) Currently, each opportunity we have has its own initial acceptance follow up form where the student must certify they still meet that scholarship's criteria, and we have to manually copy/paste that criteria into the follow up form from the Applicant Description section of the Opportunities page, or the scholarship description in CSuite. Make CSuite Grant ID# visible to Applicants, and add to merge field optionsWe currently use the CSuite Grant ID# for any GLM-synced grants as an identifier for award agreements. Would be helpful to have that number appear in the Applicant portal for reference. Business TitlesIs there any way to have the applicant's business title, as well as the primary contact's business title, listed on the cover page of the application and follow-up forms? Their other data, such as address, phone #, etc. is there and it would be nice to have the business title listed as well so you don't have to go back into contacts to find it. This would be especially helpful for the evaluators when it is a new or unfamiliar organization applying for a grant. 2 votes

Ability to Bulk Export EvaluationsWe use Evaluations in GLM for ED Approvals. We then have to save a copy of the ED Approval in a sharepoint file and in CSuite. It would be nice to have a bulk export option in the Evaluations bucket so we can export the ED Approvals all at once. 9 votes

Batch Create Merge letters from Approval BucketsFor our GLM Processes, we typically create all of our Merge Grant Letters once the applications are moved into the Approval Buckets. Once these are in the approval buckets and we go to create the letters we have to go into each application one by one > create word docs > export > update > save etc... It would be awesome if we could batch create our letters by selecting the checkboxes on the approval bucket page and export 1 word doc with each letter having it's own page on that doc. Link Sharing ErrorsWhen sharing a link to an LOI, Application, or Follow Up with someone on your team to easily access, the link often produces an error message, especially when the team member has another tab open to the Foundant login page. We would appreciate being able to share links to data within the platform without those links resulting in errors. 3 votes

Applicant FilterFrom the SLM Dashboard we have the ability to Filter by Processes. In the same way it would be great to be able to Filter by Applicant. We do not use universal application so this filter would allow us to group, screen and use Batch options based on an applicant name. 2 votesWe recently introduced Filters to the workload grids.
