  1. Changing American spelling for Australian clients for Organization and Recognized. (S instead of Z) Currently this is on the payment page for a donation but I am sure there are other spellings throughout the platform and GLM. For our Australian clients/donors it looks like we have spelt it wrong.

  2. We need side-by-side columns for our evaluators so that they can see how their individual application score compares to the group of evaluators' average score. Only the person in the admin role can see the average group score. And, if the admin is also an evaluator, things get messy quickly in a meeting. An admin/evaluator can never see both their individual score column and the average score column without flipping between roles. Having the ability to see individual scores and average scores on ONE PAGE in side-by-side columns will greatly help with our evaluation meetings and enable us to make…

  3. Can the number of students that are eligible for our active opportunities within a UA process, be updated once the first evaluation is determined? We had 223 students eligible for one of our opportunities, but then once they were evaluated they were no longer eligible, but that number in opportunities did not change.

  4. We have three SLM UA's that students can apply to and as it currently appears on a student's dashboard, all UA's are in the color blue. Is there a way that each UA has their own color. This will help with an inclusivity for color blindness.

  5. I would love to be able to edit the "Project Name" Field for our evaluators. Right now I change the "Project Name" within the application, but for our evaluators, the bar still reads "Project Name"

  6. Allow us to pull a list of the "grant manager" assignments for all assigned requests by adding a data field under "Processes" and "Requests" in report data sets.

    I'd like to be able to pull a report of which staff member is assigned to each request. Currently, I have to proxy as each staff member to pull each list individually.

  7. When the evaluator opens the application to evaluate, the page automatically scrolls down. You are not able to see the description of the opportunity which is at the top of the page. Can it open to where the page does not move and the description can be highlighted or made larger?

  8. It would be helpful to have more than 2 evaluation options for Universal Applications. Scholarship Opportunities vary vastly in what is important. Being able to have the Internal Evaluation and a choice of either the complex or simple evaluation form for the 2nd choice would be most helpful!

  9. We have a scholarship with a 2-step evaluation process. It would be great if we could customize the dashboard view of Evaluators to show not just the score, but Evaluator responses to one of the custom questions. Our committee is sophisticated enough that they are comfortable changing the sort order on the available columns, and adding an additional column to show an additional assessment question would provide them with more flexibility.

  13. When an evaluator uses the Process filter on the dashboard, completes and saves an evaluation form, then clicks the Next Pending Evaluation button, the next one may not be from that filtered Process. Please make it so the Process filter pulls through to when the evaluation forms are advance to the next request.

    Also, it would be much better for evaluators if the sort by organization on the dashboard would pull through to when they go into evaluation forms so Next Pending Evaluation button takes them to the next request that is alphabetical by organization name.

  14. Batch add multiple Processes when assigning new Evaluators.

    We've just discovered when trying to add in a new evaluator to our scholarship process, we have to add in every single scholarship opportunity separately as an individual process instead of being able to select "all", which, is what we need to do.

    So our "Universe" of applications breaks down into "Processes" which are our individual scholarships and because we look at everything from the individual Student (and not the opportunities), we need to be able to batch multiple processes all at the same time.

  15. It would be great if GLM could send multiple automatic reminders to grantees about follow-up due dates. We've found it helpful to give grantees a 30-day reminder about a follow-up, but would love it if GLM could send another automatic email a few days before the due date as well to make tracking easier for our grants administrator.

  16. In the eligibility quiz in GLM, the ability to customize a "passing" message like you can customize a "failure" message would be beneficial to make things very clear to applicants that they can move on to the application stage. We had a few organizations last cycle that passed the eligibility quiz but it wasn't entirely clear to them that they were allowed to move onto the next step in the application process.

  17. I would love to have the option to mark a submission/application as revisit. This is where we are not pursuing funds at this time, but we are interested enough to put their application in the "revisit" it will push it to the next cycle instead of flat out deny request.

  18. In order to facilitate the archival of correspondance linked to an organization or a request, we try to always send e-mails directrly from Foundant (using the "Send (no template)" option.

    However, the responses come to our Outlook inbox and we have to save them somewhere in order to upload them in the Document section of the organization or request. It takes time and it does not allow us to view all correspondance in one place (e-mail history).

    There is a lot of back and forth with applicants and grantees, so that would be very useful!

    We are continuing to understand the  needs and workflows for emails that need to come back into the system. 

    What providers are people using? 

    Are there emails other than responses to system messages that need to live in the system? 

    If an email was sent in relation to a request, example for submitted, where would you want to view that email from? 

    Any thoughts are very helpful

  19. It would be helpful when reviewing follow ups under a request to be able to tell which follow up you're currently viewing. We have to toggle between follow up sometimes during our review process, and the questions within the forms are mostly the same, the follow ups are tagged for the year it is to be submitted, though as you toggle back and forth it's hard to identify under which follow up you're under to provide approval/recommendations.
