Make Applicant role an option for Grants Managers
Current: the Applicant role is not available for Grants Managers. Grants Managers often want to see the application exactly as an applicant would, especially before we do outreach.
Desired: Applicant role is an option we can select for Grants Managers

Google Docs
My company switched from Microsoft Office products to Google in December 2019. I have been able to manage most processes with GLM without an issue, but cannot update merge templates using Google Docs (even though we can edit documents in .docx format in Google). I downloaded the original merge template file from GLM, uploaded it to Google Drive as a .docx format, made a few changes, and downloaded the updated version in Word Document format, but when I add the updated merge template and try to create a document with it in GLM the merge fields do not work even…

Auto-populate third party responses
I think it would be very helpful if repeating information in third party responses could somehow auto-populate with previously entered information (e.g. Responder's name, contact info etc.).
Our third party response's contain a lot of duplicated/repeating information so this would make it a lot easier and faster for responders completing multiple requests.

Make all evaluators accessible via Assign Evaluators regardless of process
Current situation: administrators must add evaluators through the Process Manager so they are available to be assigned
Desired situation: as evaluator accounts are added, they are added automatically to every process to make them available to Grants Managers immediately

Include email responses in Contact email history
The contact email history would be a much better tool if it included all correspondence with the applicants. Only being able to view emails sent to the applicant and not seeing responses makes it an incomplete history.

Limit the WalkMe training options to those tasks available to the user's assigned role
The WalkMe training is great but it assumes full administrator access. Most of our trainees are grants managers. This causes a mismatch between what the training is walking them through and what the trainee sees on the screen.
Current situation: Trainees see tasks in WalkMe that they are restricted from using based on role.
Desired situation: WalkMe training only shows modules that correspond with the available activities based on role

Present "E-mail Primary Contact" on Request Summary page
When on the Request Summary page, a few extra clicks are needed to e-mail the primary contact; either going to the orgs contact page or clicking for more detail, such as the request detail page or follow ups page Present that button on every instance of the Request Summary page.

evaluator scores
On our 2 stage processes, it would be nice if evaluators could see their scores from the previous LOI evaluation when scoring in the application phase.

add to calendar
Create an "add to calendar?" option for any due date (app/follow up forms, etc) whether from the dashboard or within an automatic email. This would be really helpful for applicants who are managing multiple grant processes that are in several stages.

Merge duplicate users
Hi! I'd like to be able to merge GLM users like we can with organizations. Sometimes it is created in error, either administratively or by the user. We'd like to be able to merge the data into one.

SLM - comments in Evaluation form be searchabl
Have comments in Evaluation form be searchable -- so often you remember writing something about a student but not the student name!

eval 2 closed app
This issue happens in both GLM and SLM. I consider it a CRITICAL priority issue for SLM. Users assigned Eval 2 permissions (to record decisions in application evaluation) have view capabilities to see ALL CLOSED EVALS REGARDLESS OF PROCESS.
This is a frightening case in SLM when you have data of students from multiple school districts all in different processes, but every Eval 2 user can see their application when the app is in Closed Eval status.
Applications in SLM have personal data (home address, phone number, email, potentially social security numbers, SAT scores, high school or college transcripts, etc.)…

Option to turn off adding administrators or grants managers to existing email notifications
We are having new (or updated) administrators and grants managers appear automatically on email notifications. This is NOT helpful. We want to be able to designate which admins or other internal staff receive email notifications. An example is the submission notification email for a grant application - we need to edit the list anytime we add or change the permissions of staff.
Desired behavior: Have the automatic addition of administrators/grants managers be an option that we can toggle on and off

Rules for Questions (beyond character limits)
It would be cool to have the option of certain "rules" for form questions.
For example, if the max dollar amount that an applicant can request for a grant is $2,000 set up a rule for the question that values above $2,000 will get an error message or not permit an applicant to complete that question.
Right now character limits and instructions are the best way to achieve that, but some applicants still bypass the instructions so a "rule" for a number range limit would be a great addition.

Non Paid Organizations
Is it possible to generate a quick list for all my non-paid organizations within a certain time frame? The Reporting and data sets is way to cumbersome to achieve this easily.

Follow-Up Form Automatic Staff Notification
When creating follow-ups in the system, it would be helpful if the system did not automatically select the options to inform all organizational staff when forms are submitted. It would be easiest if there was a system-wide setting to pre-select who will receive notifications, rather than having to remember to uncheck all staff members when creating a follow-up form.

Organization Relationship Field
Add a field so that history between the non-profit and the foundation can be recorded for future generations of board members to the foundation. The field would be an internal field to be recorded by the foundation and not viewable by the non-profit. This relationship field could then be pulled into the printed/online proposals as a merge field for educational purposes. For example, we helped start this non-profit back in 1975!

Branching within question groups (branched groups & individual questions)
Allow for both branched whole question groups and individual questions.
Our application has many questions within each section that could be branched, but it gets confusing to have to redirect applicants to a new section. It would be great to be able to have branched questions right within that question group/section so that all the same type of information stays under the same heading, but applicants are not having to wade through loads of "If Yes..." type questions that don't apply to them.
