Apply Page Process Customization
Hello!
I understand the logic of the apply page, but it would be ideal if our organization had more control with choosing the order of processes more automatically. We would like our process manager to reflect the order of processes in the Apply page exactly.
Currently, we have different members working on various processes which affects the date the EQ was created and the order it will appear within the Process, despite how it is listed in the process manager.
I know a personal solution would be for us to create EQ's in the order we want the processes to…

Make it easier to know when to close a request
I want to close a request when all follow ups have been completed and the grant/scholarship has been paid. I currently don't have visibility on these two pieces of info on the same workload page.
Ideas - make grant balance an custom field on follow ups workload page, or grant status (though that's a CSuite only field); have a count similar to third party of follow ups complete on the approval page as a column.

Mass Upload and Delete Email Attachments
It would be very helpful if we had the ability to mass upload documents from file to the email attachments in GLM. It would also be great if we had the ability, with a checkbox, to mass delete the email attachments once we are done with them.

Tasks and Reminders
Please add the "task" feature like in CSuite to GLM and SLM! It is so handy when the workload is shared between people!

Collaborators and Admin Comments
It would be great if Collaborators had the ability to see the Administrator comments that are visible to the Applicant.

Batch assignment of requests to someone with the "Grant Manager" role
Currently, anyone with the "Grant Manager" role needs to have requests assigned to them by an admin. Admins do this by going to a request's summary page and linking the Grant Manager there. However, you need to do this ONE REQUEST AT A TIME. We have over 350 requests that we need to assign to a grant manager (we need flexibility in deactivating privileges, so we cannot make them an admin). That means an admin will need to go to 350+ request summaries and repetitively assign the request to this user.
Please make batch options for that available. Ideally, the…

Add Custom Columns to Requests & Decisions Page
There are additional fields that I would like to see when I search for grants without having to open the request and then the application and then scan for it, etc. For example Grant Amount, Decision Date, and a few of our application questions.

collaborator role
When an individual is added as a collaborator, they seem to skip the registration process? They are not tied to an organization and don't have a role assigned. I'm getting emails from people that have been collaborators and think they have access to the system but don't. I'd also like to assign follow ups to a collaborator without having to add them as a user first. Can they automatically be granted applicant status?

Exclude a process
The filtering tool is really handy for seeing only specific processes, but I would really like a way to exclude one process from the total list. Currently, the only way to do that is to apply a filter selecting everything but that process, which feels a little cumbersome. It would be nice to have an additional switch added to the filter for selecting "include/exclude" and then being able to make the filter selection.

Automatic Emails for Grant Managers
To avoid sending all automatic emails to every grants manager in a process. It would be helpful to be able to have emails attached to a specific requests be automatically directed to the grants manager assigned to the request?

Question List as Word Doc.
It would be nice to be able to extract an application question list as a Word .doc instead of as a .pdf? We provide this list to our applicants, but it has internal only questions that appear, so it would be very helpful to be able to format this document as we see fit. - Thank you!

Search Bar
Could we keep the search bar and headers at the top (freeze them)? When you are scrolling down (up to 500 rows), it's easy to lose track of the header and I have to scroll all the way up just to search if I can't find what I'm looking for. If the search bar stuck, I could just enter my search criteria and keep moving without all of the scrolling to top to view the header or search.

Duplicate Org Search/Merge Help
When doing a duplicate organization search/merge, it would be extremely helpful to have the last login date with the other basic info on the list of organizations. Right now you are just seeing two identical listings for the same organization with no way to tell which one is the newer/more up to date one without completely interrupting the process of what you are doing when you are choosing which organization is primary.

Forms for Committee Members
We would like the ability to assign forms to users that review applications, such as Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality agreement forms. Ideally, they would have to sign those forms once and before they begin reviewing applications (even if they are reviewing for multiple opportunities).
We also ask our committee members to submit a recommendation form listing their top choices of applicants (we don't often go by scores). It would be great to have that form be something that committee members could fill out within the system.14 votes -
Shared Documents - batch upload and download / batch checkmark
I'd like to be able to batch upload files into Shared Documents. Currently I need to sit there and upload each of my 50+ files individually one after another and it's very tedious, with lots of clicking.
Relatedly, I would also like to see a batch download function where I can download all documents in a Shared Documents folder, instead of clicking each one.
I would also like to reiterate an idea posted by my colleague Billie Pandy in a former post - it would also be very helpful if we had an option to check "all documents in this…

Forward emails from outside of Foundant into the System
Allow "forwarding" emails to each organization file within Foundant. Our lives would be so much easier if we could forward emails from several places into an organization's "file" to keep the history all in one place.
In Evernote, they give an email address, customized to me, that allows me to forward any email/file into Evernote and then tag it within Evernote. Years ago, in Basecamp, they had an email address for each "project" we would set up. If you all could figure this one out and add it as an option, we would truly be able to have EVERYTHING in…17 votes -
Summary report for individual reviewers
Would like to ability to generate a report for each individual evaluator so that they have a summary of their scores, comments & recommended amounts, so that they can reference it during grant discussion meetings. Currently, there is no report builder field to check to called "Evaluator" or "Reviewer."

Make the email templates list more readable
We have a number of GLM email templates and sometimes it is quite confusing to choose the correct one, especially if sending out numerous emails. There are two ways that possibly it would be easier to distinguish among the numerous templates. One being, being able to assign templates to folders, so the list is smaller. Secondly, to make the background colour of each of the shaded templates darker or a different colour, so when scrolled over it is more apparent what is being chosen.

Batch Create Merge Docs AND Attach to Request
Would like to be able to create Merge Documents AND attach them to the individual request in a batch rather than only being able to do them individually. Right now, if I batch create a merge document, it cannot be attached to the request. When there are a lot of requests to process, the ability to batch create the merge docs AND attach them to the request would be a time-saver.
