  1. I am suggesting that the header area be made editable. It would be worthwhile if we could truly mimic our website header (logo and navigation) so the user thinks they never truly leave our website since there is no option to embed Foundant forms.

  2. The "close request" button has caused confusion for our staff. It's being clicked accidentally. As you go through the scholarship workflow, you often click the buttons in the bottom right corner. The Close Request button is located in the bottom right, but is not a button we want clicked. I also think using the word Closed is not the right word to use. Could the button be moved and the name changed to indicate something more drastic? "Close" can sound like you are just finishing this particular step in the process. Thank you!

  3. Redirect to login page after password reset.

Can you please have the system automatically redirct to the main login page after a password reset has been completed? This seems like an easy fix and should be automatic but currently users have to then go back in and locate the login page after they just reset their password.

In a perfect world, we could also have the system automatically send folks a password reset when adding new users to an organization vs. having to tell them to go reset themselves or manually having to send them an email reset link.

  4. It would be great to allow Follow-up Due Dates to be shared within Decision forms or future follow-ups. For example, within our Decision process and within our Grant Agreements (follow 1), we mention that grantees will need to complete a Final Report (follow-up 2). We would like to auto-populate the Due Date of the follow-up 2 in both the Decision process and the Grant Agreement so that grantees can sign-off that they acknowledge and commit to the final report. Being able to auto-populate this field based on system due-dates would allow for efficiency as well as minimize human error. This…

  5. We recently implemented a quarterly report for one of our grants - it would be great if there was a way to assign the same follow up more than once rather than creating a copy of the report for each quarter.

  6. GLM - It would be great to be able to add more than just one custom field to the evaluator dashboard.

  7. Block new application from applicant who hasn't completed a grant report on a previous grant award. This would encourage applicants to complete their grant report and provide another level of due diligence built into GLM

  8. It would be really helpful to ask all system users/contacts for their preferred gender pronouns (e.g. she/her/hers, he/him/his, they/them/their, and so on). In this day and age, it's important to people to be correctly addressed.

  9. For our GLM Processes, we typically create all of our Merge Grant Letters once the applications are moved into the Approval Buckets. Once these are in the approval buckets and we go to create the letters we have to go into each application one by one > create word docs > export > update > save etc... It would be awesome if we could batch create our letters by selecting the checkboxes on the approval bucket page and export 1 word doc with each letter having it's own page on that doc. This would allow us to create, export and…

  10. We have had several evaluators ask for there to be a way to see the amount of money they have recommended be allocated in total as they are going through all of the applications they have been assigned. As we give them a budget for each process, this would be helpful in seeing how close they are getting to that budget.

  11. Building forms with many branching questions groups can get confusing. It would be nice, as an admin, to be able to see how each question group is branched within a form without having to click on each one.

  12. It would be nice on forms, if the Submit button can be greyed out if a specific answer to a question is selected. Or if we could select rules for the submit button much like branching questions.

  13. My manager and I are looking for a way to track our interactions with non-profit organizations within Foundant. We frequently have conversations, tours, and meetings with these organizations and want to keep a comprehensive history for internal tracking purposes within Foundant.

I have been told there is no current feature in Foundant that allows us to input and monitor this information. This could be a very helpful feature for donors and their administrations to track and keep a running record.

  15. Our grant agreements in Follow Ups in Foundant GLM. We are looking to add the system Organization Name field in the follow up form. Since the available options on Follow Up forms don't allow me to pull system field info, I've had to ask for applicants to type "Organization Name" info on all applications just so that I can share this on the Follow Up (Grant Agreement). It would be easier if I could pull directly from the Org Info page on the follow up.

  16. Could we make the "This request was created as a copy by..." message more prominent? It would help if it jumped out at us so that we can do the required cleanup after a request has been copied.

  17. When evaluators are assigned applications as a batch action, it would be really helpful if an automatic email could go out to each evaluator letting them know they have been assigned applications for a particular process (one email per process, not per application). Currently, the only way evaluators can receive an automatic email is if each application is assigned one by one. That's time-consuming for the person assigning the evaluators, and that would generate a lot of individual emails to each evaluator. Having automatic emails go out to evaluators after batch assignments are made would eliminate the current two-step process…

  18. I would like to see Evaluator 1 & 2 forms have a hard stop if someone does not answer the required questions in their form. The same type of message applicants receive when they miss a question.

Currently, they can save the form and do not receive a warning they have missed any questions. Staff must check each evaluation to see if someone does not answer a question(s), call/email the evaluator, get them to log back into the system, complete the question(s), and we have to rerun our reports. It is very time consuming. Evaluators get cranky when they get…

  19. It would be great to be able to assign reviewers to applications on X date, but for the reviewers to not be able to access the applications until a later date and time that could be set in Foundant.

  20. We have about 60 scholarships, 200 applicants (1,100 applications), and 32 reviewers every year. When I assign applications for review, I want every student to be assigned to 2 reviewers. And I want all reviewers to have roughly the same number of applicants/students (not applications since we use Universal App). So I sort the applications by applicant name, and then manually click all applications for students x, y, z, and then batch assign to 2 reviewers. I have to repeat this process for all 1,100 applications in the system. I would love for there to be an automated way to…
