  1. Students can apply for multiple scholarship opportunities with our UA. If an evaluator saves an evaluation and clicks "next pending," the system takes them to the first scholarship opportunity the student applied for, which isn't the opportunity the evaluator was trying to read. This makes the "next pending" button basically useless. We would like a way to adjust this feature to stay within the same process.

  2. The email the system sends to a third party is editable except for the link to the request. Would it be possible to make that link much more visible? Like a button or header size or something?

  3. Nonprofits often run under a DBA or have a common name they use that does not always match their 501 c 3 IRS Designation name. If there was a field in the GLM profile that allowed for a legal name and common name, syncing that over to C-Suite, which already has a legal name field, would be IMMENSELY helpful.

  5. I would love the ability to close either eval 1 or 2 and leave the other open. We use one eval for staff and one for committee members. If we leave the committee member evaluation open while staff is reviewing, members change their comments and/or scores.

  7. It would be very helpful if we had the ability to mass upload documents from file to the email attachments in GLM. It would also be great if we had the ability, with a checkbox, to mass delete the email attachments once we are done with them.

  8. It would be helpful to allow Admins to submit for an applicant. We have instances of students/nonprofits completing their application but not hitting the submit button before the deadline. It is cumbersome to change the deadline for that applicant, proxy in as them (or have them sign in) to click submit. It's especially time intensive for SLM UA where a student has multiple opportunities, and therefore, multiple places where a deadline would need to be changes.

    Similarly to reverting an application status, it would be nice to be able to progress an application from the admin side.

  9. I'm frequently asked to reset people's passwords when they've forgotten their login or have had a staff change at an organization. It's a really small thing, but it would be super helpful if, when setting up a password on behalf of someone else, that password field was visible, rather than showing up as the little character dots. I understand why we can't view user passwords for security purposes, but when I'm setting up a password for someone else, it would be great to confirm that I'm not typing anything incorrectly as I do so!

  10. it's great that within an organization, everyone can view all of the applications that were submitted. Unfortunately, they can not see the followups. this is a challenge when a new person takes over a project and they don't use the same account. as well the primary contact which is usually the executive director can not even see the followups to know if they have been complete or what was shared. this would be so helpful for our non-profits so they can easily share application and followups... thanks

  11. When entering in a comment in the Administrator Comment field, I can check a box that allows the comment to be seen by the applicant. I would LOVE a checkbox that allows the comment to be seen by the evaluators as well (particularly staff evaluators). Thanks for your consideration!

  12. If an organization has multiple users, and user A creates a request, as the product works currently user B can NOT copy over that data when they enter a new application. I'm requesting that all users be able to copy data from all existing requests for an organization no matter who created the request.

  13. It would be helpful to have the county of an organization as a field in the organization profile since we are a regional foundation that serves specific counties. Currently we work around it by using the country field for the county but one must remember the work around when pulling reports.

  14. Would it be possible to add a Guidestar Charity check button on the payment screen in the area by the payment amount? This would be helpful in making sure the charity check was done before making the payment. In the past I have forgotten to do this at the time of making payment, a button here would help if it is possible.

  15. I would really love a way to export all documents, applications, evaluations etc. for an org (for each particular process) all at once rather than downloading and saving each item individually.

    For example, Grantee A: LOI, LOI Eval, App, App Eval and any other docs or processed they completed for a particular grant.

    This would be incredibly helpful for filing purposes to have everything in one place/merged into one document.

    Currently, we have to go to each separate proccess to create packets and save...very time consumming!

  16. A merge history should be included in case an error is made or in case an organization changes its name. Information should include the date of the merge, the names of the organizations merged, and the name of the user who did the merge.

  17. We conduct two rounds of evaluations on every grant application. After the first round we provide the results to the second group of people evaluating. Finally, at our board meeting we provide the results from both rounds of evaluations.

    We currently provide these to our evaluators through a fairly complicated merge document that we process after each evaluation. We were hoping that you all could create a report for all evaluations done, as well as a nicely laid out print packet of whichever evaluations were needed.

    Additionally, we have our second round evaluators check a yes, no or maybe box…

  18. It would be very helpful to have the form title on the cover page of the print packets. We compile copies of the application print packet, evaluation 1 print packet and evaluation 2 print packet and it would be very helpful to see which form it is on the first page of the packet.

It would be nice to have an option for an editable pop-up message that applicants would see once they are logged in (similar to the landing page message, but something they would have to notice and would see only once they log in). It could be used to notify applicants of any changes to the process or, really, anything that seems important.

  20. Add capability to include screenshots/images within Notes. This allows you to fully capture what may be needed for reference in the future when accessing a given application.
