  1. Would like a way to export the questions that are asked in Application, Evaluation, Follow Up forms via the Reporting function. This would be used to compare questions that are asked across different processes.

  3. We have had some notes that when in the "grants" subsection of the "Grant Details" tab of the donor portal, the grants do not maintain the same order after using the "copy" function. So, if a donor just wants to run through and copy all the grants they made in 2023 for 2024, it makes it difficult to go through and copy the donees in order

  4. When choosing .doc or .pdf for a merge doc, it would be helpful if that choice was available at the top of the list of templates, instead of having to scroll to the bottom.

  6. Additional standard merge fields available in email templates and the ability to customize / add your own to the forms. We have information that must legally be included in our approval and denial letters which are not available to be merged into the email, so we need to stop and fill in each manually, reducing the efficiency of automation within GLM.

  8. It would be great to allow Follow-up Due Dates to be shared within Decision forms or future follow-ups. For example, within our Decision process and within our Grant Agreements (follow 1), we mention that grantees will need to complete a Final Report (follow-up 2). We would like to auto-populate the Due Date of the follow-up 2 in both the Decision process and the Grant Agreement so that grantees can sign-off that they acknowledge and commit to the final report.   9. I would love to have a search option when evaluators are assigned. We have over 150 potential evaluators so it would be helpful to be able to search by name instead of scrolling to find the evaluator's name.

  10. We would like to replace our budget template with tables but we need to be able to show %'s for each expense section and revenue area. In particular, we need to be able to identify the applicant's 10% match in the revenue section. Adding %'s to the Table feature would be helpful so we could do away with applicant's having to download the budget template and then upload it again.

  11. It would be helpful when reviewing follow ups under a request to be able to tell which follow up you're currently viewing. We have to toggle between follow up sometimes during our review process, and the questions within the forms are mostly the same, the follow ups are tagged for the year it is to be submitted, though as you toggle back and forth it's hard to identify under which follow up you're under to provide approval/recommendations.

  12. It would be great if you could customize the date range you see when looking at the metrics dashboard. For example, the decisions show the last 12 months, but I only want to see January 1 to today's date. I do not want December of 2022 bulked in that data.

  13. The addition of the subtotal function within tables is great, but more is needed for it to be compatible with my workflow. In particular, I would like to be able to have a subtotal that captures other subtotals.

    For example, I have one grant that has three funding categories, and one non-funding category. I can subtotal each of the three funding categories, but it won't let me then see a subtotal of those three added together, only the total of the three funding categories plus the non-funding category (which I also need, but I want to see both).   14. I noticed that if I'm in the Contact Email History page and I sort by date sent, it sorts by the month and day and seems to disregard year. For example, 08/26/2022 comes before 08/17/2023. The sort really needs to consider the year.

  15. There have been many occasions over the years where I wanted to pull data into a merge template or an email template, but certain fields were not available. I would like to have the power within the GLM product to generate custom documents and emails, rather than having to go outside of the system to accomplish these tasks, feeding the desired data via a report downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet.

  17. I'd like to have an additional bucket I can put LOIs and Applications in that shows I've reviewed the application and there's an issue. As it is now, if it's in "Submitted", it implies we haven't looked at it yet, and if it's in "Complete" it implies there's no issue. I realize GLM was designed so that if there is an issue with an LOI/Application, we revert it to Draft status so the applicant can correct the issue, but in an effort to be as burdenless as possible, we often just reach out with an email and ask them to…

  19. Could you format the summary row in tables to match the format on the rows above. In particular, use the thousands "comma"? It looks weird now if you use a summary row because the formatting is different.

  20. If an applicant uploads an iPhone photo (.heic photo) then you will not be able to view it within the system. You will need to download it to your computer first. Would like to be able to view .heic photos within the system.
