  1. My un-tech savvy applicants can't remember how to print a hard-copy of their application. I think if you hover on "Application Package" or "Question List" it should say "Print here"!!!
    There may be other options that solve this problem as well.

  3. When I press the Question List button from a follow up form to create a pdf of the form's questions, the form name doesn't appear anywhere on the pdf. It's got the process name, and the word FollowUp, but not the actual name of the follow up form. It would be super helpful to have that included, so there's no question which document I'm looking at.

  4. "You guys are awesome, and the changes have mostly been positive. However,
    there are a few items that changed away from better, so I just wanted to
    provide some feedback about the latest release...

    Before, when reviewing an application, we could just scroll down. Now, we
    have to click an extra time within the inner scroll bar to move the
    screen. This is a time waster.

    Also, when on the request summary page, there is now no indication of the
    organization on the initial view. Perhaps adding the organization name
    under the project name could solve…

  6. it's great that within an organization, everyone can view all of the applications that were submitted. Unfortunately, they can not see the followups. this is a challenge when a new person takes over a project and they don't use the same account. as well the primary contact which is usually the executive director can not even see the followups to know if they have been complete or what was shared. this would be so helpful for our non-profits so they can easily share application and followups... thanks

  7. I like the ability to add questions to a follow-up that are only visible to grants staff (visibility set to "internal"). For example, I have added a project description from an application to a follow-up so that I can compare the applicant's final report on the project to the original submission. I've also done this with projected number of attendees and final, projected cash expenses and final, etc. But when reading the follow-up later, it gets confusing as to what the applicant is submitting now and what was submitted at an earlier date. I would like to see a different…

  8. It would benefit if evaluators can view the average score page, like an administrator has access to. Currently each evaluator has to drill into each application to view the average score. And if you have 20-50 applications to review, it is frustrating and time consuming to come up with the average score for each application. Viewing the application Evaluation page listing all applications and their average scoring would be helpful.

  10. It would be great if an accounting/checkwriting software could be incorporated or integrated with GLM. To be able to award a grant and then have the amount merged with something like Quickbooks so that checks can then be generated would be a real time saver. At the present time, this is the only part of our grant process which must be done outside of GLM.

  11. Some of our grantees have failed to submit a Follow-Up /Report. Rather than erase them or having them stay perpetually in draft form, can Foundant add an option to mark as "Failed to Complete." Perhaps we could also add a "Waived" option. Many thanks!

  12. Please add the custom content back to the new and improved applicant dashboard. On the old dashboard, we included instructions on filling out the application, contact information for our Foundation, and links to trainings. This is not currently possible with the updated version of the applicant dashboard.

  14. Additional standard merge fields available in email templates and the ability to customize / add your own to the forms. We have information that must legally be included in our approval and denial letters which are not available to be merged into the email, so we need to stop and fill in each manually, reducing the efficiency of automation within GLM.

  15. I do see this was brought up in years past, but was hoping to renew interest in the topic. It would be great when using the Date question type to be able to select the format in which you would like that date provided. It would be great to be able to ask for a month and year, for example, especially when asking for degree conferral dates, where a specific day is often not known.

  16. We have a question used in several processes. I propose a question maintained in the process manager than can be added to multiple processes. We would have one location to maintain the response options for simplicity/authority. It would also streamline reporting metrics with uniform answers for comparison.

  20. Is there a way in GLM when sending an email to have the reply come back into the system so that it is recorded? Currently, I input my outlook email address in the "Reply To" but that does not pull into the GLM. I would like to be able to keep track of responses in a more seamless manner.
