Grant Evaluations
When viewing applications in the Application Evaluation Assigned screen you are able to sort by Organization, Applicant, or Program (which we call Sector-Progam to group like applications by our giving pillars: Arts, Education, Health, Human Services, and Other. Our evaluators like to review in order of Sector-Progam. After completing and saving an evaluation you have two options: Return to Dashboard or Next Pending Evaluation. Returning to Dashboard results in multiple steps to get to the next evaluation, and Next Pending Evaluation defaults to an alpha order by Organization. Administrator Comments in Quick Report for Submissions.
As we are running a quick report for Submissions, we found it would be helpful if one the fields we could include would be Administrator Comments. In our process, we have two administrators reviewing and there are actions that must be taken with each applicant to supply more info, clarify a narrative, or upload new documents. Instead of having to open each and every application to see these comments, the option to have them in the quick report would save a lot of time.

It would be wonderful if we could edit the name of a saved report versus saving a new report and then deleting the old report.

Add the ability to send automated emails sitting in the draft bucket for X days
I would like to have an automated "reminder to submit email" to be generated after 15-30 days to remind them to submit their application.

View History: by all of the organization's people
it's great that within an organization, everyone can view all of the applications that were submitted. Unfortunately, they can not see the followups. this is a challenge when a new person takes over a project and they don't use the same account. as well the primary contact which is usually the executive director can not even see the followups to know if they have been complete or what was shared. this would be so helpful for our non-profits so they can easily share application and followups... thanks

standard address format
It would be great if there was standard to the mailing addresses for users and organizations. Right now they can use any format they chose (e.g. MI, Mich, Michigan, 123-456-7890; (123) 456-7890) and it has to be formatted before it can be used for templates or imported into other software.

Change formatting for questions with internal visibility
I like the ability to add questions to a follow-up that are only visible to grants staff (visibility set to "internal"). For example, I have added a project description from an application to a follow-up so that I can compare the applicant's final report on the project to the original submission. I've also done this with projected number of attendees and final, projected cash expenses and final, etc. But when reading the follow-up later, it gets confusing as to what the applicant is submitting now and what was submitted at an earlier date. automatically abandon applications at end date
We would like to be able to set the system so that it automatically converts any uncompleted application to "abandoned" when the end date is reached. It would save us from having to go in and do it manually, when we might miss one and inadvertently allow someone more time to complete their application.

Organization Merge History
A merge history should be included in case an error is made or in case an organization changes its name. Information should include the date of the merge, the names of the organizations merged, and the name of the user who did the merge.

Grantee Failed to Complete Follow-up
Some of our grantees have failed to submit a Follow-Up /Report. Rather than erase them or having them stay perpetually in draft form, can Foundant add an option to mark as "Failed to Complete." Perhaps we could also add a "Waived" option. Many thanks!

Custom Logon Page Message
Hello - I am finding myself a little frustrated this time around when attempting to update my logon page message (for both SLM and GLM portal login pages). Even if I format outside of the page and copy to paste it in as I'd like it to display, it is now pulling everything left and not holding the formatting.
My bigger ask to help solve this is can we have better rich text tools in the editing of the Logon Page Message under settings in both SLM and GLM? I'd like the ability to first and foremost choose the alignment…

Activity log for follow-up forms
We would love a log for all activity on follow-up forms, so we can see which edits were made and when, and whether edits were made by the applicant or program officer.

For GLM under website settings, "Warn Applicant of an Existing Request," if this could be for applications submitted by organization. For example, a user from an organization submitted an application but then another user tries to apply for the same grant opportunity. The user trying to submit the 2nd application would be notified that an application was already submitted. There may be instances when there are multiple programs within one organization are applying for a grant, if that's the case, allow multiple programs to be identified under one umbrella organization.

Ability to Bulk Update RSVP and attendance in Campaigns
Hi, Currently there is the ability to import profiles to a campaign. It would be extremely helpful if we could also bulk import RSVP and attendance also instead of updating each profile 1 by 1. We currently use a 3rd party app for invites to an event. We build the list in CSuites through campaigns.

Restrict Inactive Applicants From Receiving Emails
I'd like to propose the idea of restricting applicants who have been set as inactive to no longer be included on emails. Ideally, those who are set to inactive should not continue to receive emails through Foundnat. For example, when I send an email to a user and I cc' the primary organizational contact (who happens to be inactive) he/she is included on the email chain. My temporary fix is to edit the inactive profile and then make a dummy email address and select a new applicant as the primary organizational contact.

Amount requested included in notification email
It would be helpful if the amount the organization is requesting would show up in the notification email. That way it's right there and you can look at it quickly rather than having to login.
