  1. In addition to verifying a grantee is a valid 501(c)3, Catholic Foundations have to confirm that the organization they are granting to is verified with the Official Catholic Directory to ensure they don't support anything that is not in alignment with the Catholic Church's standards. Stellar has an integration with OFD, so information flows into grantee profiles form OCD.

  3. When we import a Voucher upload, there's no field for a GL subfund, so we have to go in after upload and choose the different subfunds for our GL codes. Would like to have this field included in the upload, so don't have to do this manual after-step.

  4. Can you PLEASE add an additional field to the securities section of the tax receipt? We need the Net Deposit Amount. We would also appreciate have the Fees as an option to pull onto our tax receipt. We would like to communicate to donors the amount that will show in their fund. Thanks so much.

  5. When posting/approving grants, if there are no more grants to be reviewed, why do we have to then click to return to the grant you just approved? This extra step will really make a difference in Q4 when we're posting several hundred grants.

  7. Please have the date format consistent throughout the system. MM/DD/YYYY. If you add dates to someone's org role, the formatting starts with the year. Other places it will start with the month. It would be really helpful if they were consistent.

  8. Currently the only billing "Terms" available for use on Vendor records is "Due on Receipt". Having the ability to edit this field to include additional billing terms would allow for more complete vendor records and assist with payment schedules.

    It would also be beneficial if the "Due Date" field auto populated during Voucher entry should specific "Terms" be selected on a Vendors profile.

  9. It would be nice for the Grant Document to be available to print prior to Approving and Posting the Grant...this would come in handy if the individual that typically signs the grant document will be out when the grant is actually paid. This way the document is signed and ready to be enclosed with the check payment

  10. It would be great to be able to change a Profile Fund Category by simply selecting a new category from the table, rather than having to unlink the profile from the fund then re-link the profile and fund with the new category.

  11. Household is setup with members but the members, in the profile module, do not have profile links setup, for instance SPOUSE. Would be great to be able to bulk update the members to automatically assign a profile link to the members instead of manually adding.

  12. Please can you consider adding a financials tab to organisation profiles where we can upload relevant information such as revenue, expenses, net income, assets, liabilities, net assets for an organisation. And if we could add/filter by financial year, that would be super.

  13. When reviewing files in a fund, it would be nice to bulk checkmark attachments as Yes to Share. Currently, it is only done one by one and it takes you to a different screen after marking Yes to share for every file.

  16. For the new portal I know you're able to login and view all of the funds you are a fund advisor for and then click into that funds overview. Say I am a fund advisor for a few Library funds in the area, is there a way to have one page that shows the summary of each fund? To view them all together?

  19. We would like the option to make Grant Type and Service Area required fields on grants just like we can require custom fields to be required. This is especially important for Service Area since there is no bulk update option for this, but for both we need to ensure that no grants are processed without these key fields if we want accurate reporting.
    This should include creating a new grant in CSuite and when creating a grant from a fund advisor portal request.

  20. Right now the NACHA file can be downloaded for a particular date before the checks are approved and posted. For internal control purposes we would like to only be able to download the NACHA file after the checks are posted for that date.
